Abstract
The invention discloses a quick adjustment tool for a workstation of turntable processing equipment and an adjustment method thereof. The invention also discloses an adjusting method of the quick adjusting tool of the workstation of the turntable machining equipment. Through the use of the paired tools, quantitative adjustment can be carried out on heavy and large workstations only by four adjusting jackscrews, the adjustment precision and efficiency are guaranteed, the original 12 hours can be shortened to 30 minutes, the adjustment time is greatly reduced, and the adjustment precision is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an auxiliary tool of joint fork machining equipment, in particular to a quick adjusting tool of a rotary table machining equipment workstation and an adjusting method thereof.
Background
The multi-station rotary table machining center is adopted by the joint fork machining equipment at present, the equipment is special machine equipment, and machining beats of joint fork parts are reduced by simultaneously machining different stations, so that the production capacity of the equipment is improved, and the cost of the parts is reduced. As shown in fig. 1, when such a facility is periodically maintained, it is necessary to detach and maintain the workstation 1 at a different station, and then to newly attach the workstation 1 to the turret 2. Because the equipment is a multi-station rotary table structure, each work station 1 has higher precision requirement relative to the rotary table 2: the relative position requirements (three dimensions) of the respective work station 1 with respect to the machine tool holder 3 must be ensured. Because whole workstation 1 is great, heavier, and the adjustment needs to remove the adjustment (along dovetail 4 on the revolving stage lateral wall) according to 0.01mm as the unit, relies on the mode of prying by hand completely and hardly guarantees, neglects little to workstation 1 inclines very easily in the adjustment process, not only can spend a long time, and hardly adjusts ideal position, has caused very big influence to the maintenance progress. If the adjusting position of the work station 1 is not ideal, the machining size of the joint fork is directly influenced. Therefore, how to quickly and quantitatively adjust the position of the workstation 1 to the ideal position is a major problem to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a quick adjusting tool for a workstation of a rotary table machining device and an adjusting method thereof, which can quickly, conveniently and quantitatively adjust the position of the workstation.
On one hand, the quick adjustment tool for the rotary table machining equipment workstation is arranged on the side portion of the workstation to be adjusted and comprises an L-shaped support, a plurality of adjusting jackscrews penetrating through the side surface of the support and a plurality of T-shaped positioning nuts penetrating through the bottom of the support, wherein the support is arranged in a dovetail groove of the side wall of the rotary table in a matched mode through the positioning nuts and abuts against the side wall of the workstation to be adjusted through the front ends of the adjusting jackscrews.
The number of the adjusting jackscrews is at least two.
The number of the positioning nuts is at least two, and the distance between the positioning nuts is matched with the distance between the dovetail grooves on the side wall of the rotary table.
On the other hand, the adjusting method for the quick adjusting tool of the rotary table machining equipment workstation comprises the following steps:
1) A pair of quick adjusting tools are adopted, positioning nuts are respectively arranged in dovetail grooves corresponding to rotary tables on two sides of a workstation with adjustment, and the positioning nuts are rotated by 90 degrees to realize sliding connection with the dovetail grooves;
2) Adjusting an adjusting jackscrew of the quick adjusting tool to enable the front end of the adjusting jackscrew to be in contact with the side wall of the workstation to be adjusted on the same side;
3) The current position of each processing spindle of the workstation to be adjusted is determined through the dial indicator, and the processing spindle of the workstation to be adjusted is pushed to reach the required position through adjusting the adjusting jackscrew on the corresponding side according to the dial indicator data.
The quick adjusting tool and the adjusting method for the workstation of the turntable processing equipment have the following advantages that:
1. the invention has simple structure and convenient processing, and can be widely popularized to the working station of the turntable processing equipment and other related adjustment activities;
2. by using the paired tools, quantitative adjustment can be performed on heavy and large workstations only by four adjusting jackscrews, so that the accuracy and efficiency of adjustment are ensured;
3. by adopting the quick adjustment tool, the adjustment time can be shortened to 30 minutes from the original 12 hours, the adjustment time is greatly reduced, and the adjustment precision is improved.

Detailed Description
The fast adjusting tool for the workstation of the turntable processing equipment and the adjusting method thereof according to the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The specific structure of the quick adjustment tool for the workstation of the turntable machining equipment is shown in figure 2: the adjusting device mainly comprises an L-shaped support 6, a plurality of adjusting jackscrews 7 arranged on the side surface of the support 6 in a penetrating mode, and a plurality of T-shaped positioning nuts 8 arranged at the bottom of the support 6 in a penetrating mode, wherein the support 6 is arranged in a dovetail groove in the side wall of the rotary table 2 in a matching mode through the positioning nuts 8, and the front end of each adjusting jackscrew 7 abuts against the side wall of a workstation to be adjusted. As an embodiment, the number of the adjusting jackscrews 7 is at least two, and the adjusting jackscrews can be abutted against the side wall of the workstation 1 to be adjusted and uniformly stressed. As another embodiment, the number of the positioning nuts 8 is at least two, the distance between the positioning nuts 8 is matched with the distance between the dovetail grooves on the side wall of the rotary table 2, the positioning nuts 8 can be quickly arranged in the corresponding dovetail grooves of the rotary table 2 on two sides of the adjusting workstation 1, and after the positioning nuts are rotated by 90 degrees, the connection with the dovetail grooves can be realized and the positioning nuts can slide along the dovetail grooves.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for adjusting a tool for quickly adjusting a workstation of a turntable processing apparatus according to the present invention includes the following steps:
1) A pair of quick adjusting tools are adopted, positioning nuts are respectively arranged in corresponding dovetail grooves of the rotary table 2 at the left side and the right side of the adjusting workstation 1, and the positioning nuts are rotated by 90 degrees to realize sliding connection with the dovetail grooves;
2) Adjusting an adjusting jackscrew 7 of a corresponding quick adjusting tool to enable the front end of the adjusting jackscrew 7 to be in contact with the side wall of the workstation 1 to be adjusted on the same side;
3) The current position of each processing spindle 5 of the workstation 1 to be adjusted is determined through a dial indicator, and according to dial indicator data, namely deviation between the current position and a target position, the adjusting jackscrew 7 on the corresponding side is selected to push the processing spindle 5 of the workstation 1 to be adjusted to reach a required position, and during adjustment, the adjusting jackscrew 7 on the other side needs to be reserved with a certain adjusting distance from the workstation 1 to be adjusted in advance. And in the adjusting process, the adjusting amount can be synchronously corrected by combining with the measuring table.
In summary, the quick adjustment tool for the workstation of the turntable machining equipment and the adjustment method thereof have the advantages of simple structure and convenience in machining, can be widely popularized to the workstation of the turntable machining equipment and other related adjustment activities, and can realize quick and quantitative adjustment particularly for adjustment of large and heavy workstations. And, through implementation and verification, the adjusting time can be shortened to 30 minutes from the original 12 hours, the adjusting time is greatly reduced, and the adjusting precision is improved.

1. A method for adjusting a tool for quickly adjusting a workstation of a rotary table machining device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the quick adjustment tool comprises an L-shaped support, a plurality of adjusting jackscrews and a plurality of T-shaped positioning nuts, wherein the adjusting jackscrews penetrate through the side surface of the support, the T-shaped positioning nuts penetrate through the bottom of the support, the support is matched and arranged in a dovetail groove in the side wall of the rotary table through the positioning nuts, and the front ends of the adjusting jackscrews are abutted against the side wall of the workstation to be adjusted;
the adjusting method comprises the following steps:
4.1 A pair of quick adjusting tools are respectively arranged in the dovetail grooves corresponding to the rotary tables on the two sides of the workstation to be adjusted through positioning nuts, and the positioning nuts are rotated by 90 degrees to realize sliding connection with the dovetail grooves;
