An apparatus for detecting defects on a cylindrical surface, characterized by: the feeding device comprises a bottom box body (1), wherein a feeding inclined plate (2) is obliquely arranged inwards on the surface of the bottom box body (1), a row of distributing rods (3) are uniformly arranged along the feeding end of the feeding inclined plate (2), and a horizontal cylindrical bar (32) is placed between every two adjacent distributing rods (3); a first driving device (5) is installed in the bottom box body (1), three layers of movable plates are arranged in parallel at the driving end of the first driving device (5), and the movable plates are respectively a primary movable plate (6), a secondary movable plate (7) and a tertiary movable plate (8); three layers of fixed plates are fixedly arranged in parallel in the middle of the bottom box body (1), and are respectively a first-stage fixed plate (9), a second-stage fixed plate (10) and a third-stage fixed plate (11), and the heights of the fixed plates are sequentially increased; the three layers of movable plates and the three layers of fixed plates are inserted in a staggered mode at the same inclination angle, the movable plates and the fixed plates are in clearance fit, and the first-stage movable plate (6) is in clearance fit with the feeding end edge of the feeding inclined plate (2); when the first driving device (5) is in the lowest stroke, the primary movable plate (6) descends to a position lower than the feeding end edge of the feeding inclined plate (2), the secondary movable plate (7) descends to a position lower than the upper end of the primary fixed plate (9), and the tertiary movable plate (8) descends to the upper end of the secondary fixed plate (10); when the first driving device (5) is in the highest stroke, the first-stage movable plate (6) rises to be higher than the upper end of the first-stage fixed plate (9), the second-stage movable plate (7) rises to be higher than the upper end of the second-stage fixed plate (10), and the third-stage movable plate (8) rises to be higher than the upper end of the third-stage fixed plate (11); the upper end surface of the third-stage fixed plate (11) is an inclined surface;
a fixed plate (12) is transversely and fixedly arranged at the rear part of the bottom box body (1), a transversely arranged moving plate (14) is slidably arranged on guide rails (13) at two sides of the fixed plate (12), rotating roller brackets (15) are respectively arranged at two sides of the front end of the moving plate (14), a rotating roller (16) is arranged between the rotating roller brackets (15) at two sides, and the rotating roller (16) is in clearance fit with the lower end edge of the inclined surface of the third-stage fixed plate (11); a second driving device (18) is installed in the middle of the fixed plate (12) through a fixed seat (17), and the driving end of the second driving device (18) is connected with the middle of the moving plate (14); a motor (19) is installed at one end of the moving plate (14), and the motor (19) drives the rotating roller (16) to rotate through a transmission mechanism (20);
the bottom box body (1) is provided with a qualified product guide plate (21) which is obliquely arranged, the feed end of the qualified product guide plate (21) is connected with the lower end edge of the inclined surface of the third-stage fixed plate (11), and the discharge end of the qualified product guide plate (21) is connected with a qualified product bin (23); a row of material leakage openings (25) are formed in the qualified product guide plate (21), and the positions of the material leakage openings (25) correspond to the distribution positions of the cylindrical bars (32); an unqualified product guide plate (22) is obliquely arranged below the qualified product guide plate (21), and the discharge end of the unqualified product guide plate (22) is connected with an unqualified product bin (24); a material distributing turning plate (26) is respectively hinged in all the material leaking ports (25); a plurality of turning plate driving devices (27) are arranged on the back surface of the third-stage fixed plate (11), and the driving end of each turning plate driving device (27) is connected with a corresponding material distributing turning plate (26) so as to be positioned in a corresponding material leakage port (25) or connected with an unqualified product material guide plate (22);
the bottom box body (1) is provided with an outer frame (28), one or more CCD cameras (29) are installed on the outer frame (28), and shooting windows of the CCD cameras (29) are located above inclined planes of the three-level fixed plate (11).
2. An apparatus for detecting defects on a cylindrical surface according to claim 1, wherein: the first driving device (5), the second driving device (18) and the turnover plate driving device (27) adopt air cylinders.
3. An apparatus for detecting defects on cylindrical surfaces according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: and a light source (30) is arranged below the CCD camera (29).
