the hinged support (131) is arranged between the connection part of the telescopic rod (13) and the headrest (14), and the headrest (14) forms a rotating structure with the telescopic rod (13) through the hinged support (131);
a clamping rod (132) which is arranged at the connection position of the telescopic rod (13) and the support platform (12).
