Abstract
A composite paper yarn and a preparation process thereof relate to the technical field of textile; the method comprises the following steps: 1) cutting the base paper into strips to obtain paper yarns A; 2) placing the paper yarn A in an antiseptic solution, fishing out and standing, then placing in a wet strength solution, fishing out and airing to obtain a paper yarn B; 3) placing the paper yarn B into a soft solution, taking out and airing to obtain paper yarn C; 4) and twisting or coating the paper yarns C and the organic fibers in an atomized and humidified state to obtain the composite paper yarns. According to the preparation process of the composite paper yarn, the paper yarn is sequentially treated by the wet strength solution and the softening solution, so that the tensile strength and the flexibility are improved, the paper yarn is not easy to break, and the difficulty of subsequent processing is reduced; then under the condition of atomization and humidification, the paper yarns become softer, can be better combined with organic fibers for twisting, are not easy to break, and improve the production efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to a composite paper yarn and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The paper yarn is processed by plant fiber and is used as a sustainable, natural, environment-friendly and healthy textile material; the environment-friendly water-based dye has the characteristics of good dyeing property, good air permeability, strong water absorption, environmental protection, easy degradation and the like, and has great development prospect in the field of textile materials.
The existing paper yarns generally have the problems of low strength and poor softness, and the finished clothing product has poor effect. Meanwhile, the processing difficulty is increased, especially superfine paper yarns are easy to break under the action of tension in the twisting process, the appearance of finished products is affected by excessive thread ends, and the processing efficiency and twisting effect are affected by the reduction of twisting tension.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation process of composite paper yarns, which can improve the tensile strength and softness of the yarns, and has the advantages of simple processing process and high production efficiency.
The invention also aims to provide the composite paper yarn which has good air permeability, strong water absorption, environmental protection and easy degradation.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

4) and twisting or coating the paper yarns C and the organic fibers in an atomized and humidified state to obtain the composite paper yarns.
Further, in the step 1), the width of the paper yarn A is 0.15-8 mm; preferably 0.15-0.5 mm.
Further, in the step 2), specifically: and (3) placing the paper yarn A in an antiseptic solution for soaking for 40-90min at the soaking temperature of 20-60 ℃, taking out and standing, then placing in a wet strength solution for soaking for 10-15h at the soaking temperature of 20-60 ℃, taking out and airing until the dryness is 75-85%, and obtaining the paper yarn B.
Further, the concentration of the preservative in the preservative solution is 0.2-0.4%; the concentration of the wet strength agent in the wet strength solution is 10-20%, and the PAE wet strength agent is preferred.
Further, in the step 3), the paper yarn B is placed in a soft solution to be soaked for 1-3 hours at the temperature of 20-40 ℃, and is fished out and dried until the dryness is 75-85%, so that the paper yarn C is obtained.
Further, the concentration of the softening agent in the softening solution is 4-6%. The softening agent is preferably a betaine type surfactant and/or a silicone surfactant.
Further, in the step 4), the relative humidity of the atomized and humidified state is 110-120%, and the twist degree of the twisting is 80-800 twisting.
Further, the organic fiber is at least one of rayon, cotton fiber, water-soluble yarn and hot-melt yarn.
Further, the rayon has a yarn count of 10-80s or a denier of 20-600D; the yarn count of the cotton fiber is 10-80 s; the yarn count of the water-soluble yarn is 20-80s or the denier is 20-600D; the denier of the hot melt yarn is 20-600D.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the preparation process of the composite paper yarn, the paper yarn is sequentially treated by the wet strength solution and the softening solution, so that molecular chains in the paper yarn are easy to move relatively under the action of stress, the tensile strength and the flexibility are improved, the paper yarn is not easy to break, and the difficulty of subsequent processing is reduced; then under the condition of atomization and humidification, the paper yarns become softer, can be better combined with organic fibers for twisting, are not easy to break, and improve the production efficiency.
The composite paper yarn disclosed by the invention is good in air permeability, strong in water absorption, environment-friendly and easy to degrade.

2) placing the paper yarn A in an antiseptic solution for soaking for 60min at the soaking temperature of 40 ℃, taking out and standing, then placing in a wet strength solution for soaking for 12h at the soaking temperature of 40 ℃, taking out and airing until the dryness is 80% to obtain a paper yarn B; the concentration of the preservative in the preservative solution is 0.3%; the concentration of the wet strength agent in the wet strength solution is 15%;
3) placing the paper yarns B in a soft solution to be soaked for 2 hours at the soaking temperature of 30 ℃, taking out and airing until the dryness of the paper yarns B is 80%, and obtaining paper yarns C; the concentration of the softening agent in the softening solution is 5 percent;
4) twisting the paper yarns C and organic fibers in an atomized and humidified state to obtain composite paper yarns; the relative humidity of the atomization humidification state is 110%, and the twisting degree is 300 twisting;

Example 2

3) placing the paper yarn B in a soft solution to be soaked for 1h at the soaking temperature of 40 ℃, taking out and airing until the dryness of the paper yarn B is 80% to obtain paper yarn C; the concentration of the softening agent in the softening solution is 4%;
4) twisting the paper yarns C and organic fibers in an atomized and humidified state to obtain composite paper yarns; the relative humidity of the atomization humidification state is 110%, and the twisting degree is 80 twisting;

3) placing the paper yarn B in a soft solution to be soaked for 3 hours at the soaking temperature of 20 ℃, taking out and airing until the dryness of the paper yarn B is 80% to obtain paper yarn C; the concentration of the softening agent in the softening solution is 6 percent;
4) twisting the paper yarns C and organic fibers in an atomized and humidified state to obtain composite paper yarns; the relative humidity of the atomization humidification state is 120%, and the twisting degree is 800 twisting;

3) placing the paper yarns B in an antiseptic solution for soaking for 60min at the soaking temperature of 40 ℃, taking out and standing, then placing in a wet strength solution for soaking for 12h at the soaking temperature of 40 ℃, taking out and airing until the dryness is 80% to obtain paper yarns C; the concentration of the preservative in the preservative solution is 0.3%; the concentration of the wet strength agent in the wet strength solution is 15%;
4) twisting or coating the paper yarns C and the organic fibers in an atomized and humidified state to obtain composite paper yarns; the relative humidity of the atomization humidification state is 110%, and the twisting degree is 300 twisting;

Performance testing
1. The composite paper yarns of examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 were scored for softness performance, wherein 0 is a score of the yarns being very hard and difficult to bend; 10 points are very soft; the results are shown in Table 1.

Referring to table 1, the composite paper yarns of examples 1-3 had good softness, and the yarns of comparative example 1 had poor softness.
2. The composite paper yarns of example 1 and comparative example 1 were subjected to tensile property tests.
The test method comprises the following steps: testing the composite paper yarn sample by using an electronic fiber strength tester; wherein the stretching gauge is 20 mm; the stretching speed is 20 mm/min; pre-tension of 0.05 cN; 5 samples of each sample group were taken and tested, and the average value was calculated, and the results are shown in Table 2.
