Background

Preferably, the two ends of the stirring plate are provided with an adjusting stirring mechanism, the adjusting stirring mechanism comprises a turnover plate arranged on the inner side of the stirring plate, a rear plate and a front plate which are arranged in a V shape, the turnover plate, the rear plate and the front plate are hinged and fixed with the inner side of the end part of the stirring plate through rotating shafts, and two ends of the stirring plate are provided with storage grooves for storing and limiting the rear plate and the front plate.

As shown in fig. 1-9, the milk tea conveying and stirring device comprises a conveying belt 1 for conveying milk tea and blocking frames 2 arranged on two sides of the conveying belt 1, a supporting frame 3 is arranged on one side of the conveying belt 1, a stirring mechanism is arranged at the top of the supporting frame 3 and comprises a stirring frame 4 fixed on the supporting frame 3, stirring cylinders 6 opposite to the conveying belt 1 are arranged at the lower ends of the inner parts of the stirring frames 4, the tail ends of the stirring cylinders 6 are rotatably connected with two sides of the bottom of the stirring frame 4 through rotating shafts 5, piston rods 9 of the stirring cylinders 6 penetrate through the stirring frames 4 and are fixedly connected with the centers of the upper parts of stirring plates 10 which are arranged on the conveying belt 1 and can be automatically adjusted, floating cylinders 8 vertically fixed on the front parts of the stirring frames 4 are arranged on the upper parts of the front ends of the stirring cylinders 6, and piston rods 9 of the floating cylinders 8 are hinged and fixed with clamping blocks 7 which are clamped at the front ends of the stirring cylinders 6.

The two ends of the stirring plate 10 are provided with an adjusting stirring mechanism, the adjusting stirring mechanism comprises a turnover plate 1001 arranged on the inner side of the stirring plate 10, a rear plate 1002 and a front plate 1003 which are arranged in a V shape, the turnover plate 1001, the rear plate 1002 and the front plate 1003 are hinged and fixed with the inner side of the end part of the stirring plate 10 through rotating shafts 1004, and two ends of the stirring plate 10 are provided with storage grooves 1005 for storing and limiting the rear plate 1002 and the front plate 1003.
The support frame 3 is fixed with a blanking groove 101 connected with a blocking frame 2 on one side of the conveying belt 1, and a discharge hole 102 with the width exceeding the length of the material stirring plate 10 is formed in the blocking frame 2.
The material stirring cylinder 6 adopts a double-rod supporting cylinder to set the stroke of a piston rod 9 of the material stirring cylinder to be matched with the width of the conveying belt 1.
The bottom of the stirring plate 10 is fixed with a protective rubber plate 11 which can be pulled and detached.

The pneumatic three-way valve 12 of the material stirring device is externally connected with a gas source with certain pressure at the inlet, the PLC controller 16 controls the second electromagnetic valve 14 to start the material stirring cylinder 6, the piston rod 9 of the material stirring cylinder 6 drives the material stirring plate 10 to move forwards, meanwhile, the PLC controller 16 controls the first electromagnetic valve 13 to start the piston rod 9 of the floating cylinder 8 to move upwards, the piston rod 9 of the floating cylinder 8 drives the front end of the material stirring cylinder 6 to rotate around the rotating shaft 5 at the tail end of the material stirring cylinder 6, so that milk tea bags on the conveying belt 1 are formed, the piston rod 9 of the material stirring cylinder 6 drives the material stirring plate 10 to move upwards and pass through the milk tea bags on the conveying belt 1, when the travel of the material stirring cylinder 6 is reached (the material stirring plate 10 reaches the outer side of the conveying belt 1 to block the frame 2), the material stirring cylinder 6 is transmitted to the PLC controller 16, the PLC controller 16 controls the first electromagnetic valve 13 to start the piston rod 9 of the floating cylinder 8 to extend, the material stirring plate 10 is contacted with the conveying belt 1 downwards, and the signal is transmitted to the PLC controller 16 to start the piston rod 9 of the material stirring cylinder 6 to retract, and the piston rod 9 of the material stirring cylinder 6 drives the material stirring plate 10 to enable the milk tea bags on the conveying belt 1 to drop into the milk tea bags 102 along the lower line 101;
