Background
The bridge transport vehicle is a concrete beam transport machine specially designed for road and railway bridge erection. Consists of three independent running mechanisms (a tractor, a semitrailer and a rapid gun carrier). The tractor is provided with a diesel engine which provides driving force for the whole tractor through speed reduction, and the final-stage driving is planetary gear transmission. The existing bridge transport vehicle is easy to generate torque by eccentric force when steering, so that the precast beam is unstable or overturned, the precast beam overturn accident on the beam transport vehicle occurs, the bending resistance and the shearing strength are not enough, and the problem of vehicle overturn caused by wing plate fracture when the beam transport gun vehicle passes through can be caused.
