Step 3, the third motor 63 operates to drive the screw rod 62 to rotate, so that the thread block 64 moves along the screw rod 62, the first connecting rod 7 and the film roller 8 are further driven to move along the horizontal direction, the film roller 8 rotates in the moving process to cover the digital camouflage pattern paper on the spraying plate, and the third motor 63 stops operating; it should be noted that the digital camouflage paper used in this embodiment needs to be manually glued to the edge of the spraying plate or pressed to the side of the spraying plate by a pressing plate before the third motor 63 is operated.
And 4, the first motor 92 operates to drive the driving shaft 91 to rotate, the second connecting rod 96 is driven by the second rotating shaft to reciprocate in the spiral chute 93 on the driving shaft 91, so that the incomplete gear 95 is driven to swing back and forth, the incomplete gear 95 drives the rack 97 to reciprocate along the horizontal direction, and the rack 97 drives the pressing plate 99 to reciprocate to press the digital camouflage pattern paper covered on the spraying plate.
And 5, the lifting support frame 2 slides to the lower part of the spraying component along the base 1, the control system controls one of the electric control valves to be opened, the mechanical arm drives the high-pressure nozzle to be close to a plate to be sprayed to spray set paint, the mechanical arm changes a spraying track according to a set route in the spraying process to finish one-time spraying, and the one-time spraying is generally a top ground color such as a khaki color.
Step 6, the lifting support frame 2 resets, the electric telescopic rod 422 extends, the spraying plate on one surface which is sprayed is fastened through the two clamping heads 423, the pneumatic vacuum chuck releases the spraying plate in an air leakage manner, the lifting support frame 2 is recovered, the second motor 421 drives the electric telescopic rod 422 to rotate, the spraying plate is turned over, and the other surface is rotated to the upper surface.
And 7, lifting the lifting support frame 2 to support and fix the spraying plate, and resetting the clamping assembly 4.
And 8, repeating the steps 2 to 5, and continuing to perform film pasting, film pressing and spraying operations to finish one round of spraying operation.
And (4) finishing secondary spraying by the same method, wherein the secondary spraying is generally dark green, and finally finishing the dark green spraying.
It should be noted that before the second, second or more paper-coating and spraying are performed on the two sides of the spraying plate, the digital camouflage paper of the last time needs to be manually removed. The sprayed object can be dried after the digital camouflage paper is removed, so that the coating on the surface of the object which is just sprayed is prevented from being smeared, and the spraying quality is improved.

the two groups of clamping assemblies (4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lifting support frame (2) and respectively comprise a vertical plate (41) arranged on the base (1) and a telescopic clamping part (42) rotatably connected with the vertical plate (41), and the two telescopic clamping parts (42) are used for clamping and fixing a plate to be sprayed, which is placed on the lifting support frame (2);
the box body (5) is arranged at the tops of the two vertical plates (41), and a film sticking opening is formed at the bottom of the box body;
the film pasting assembly comprises a driving mechanism (6) arranged at the inner top of the box body (5) and two first connecting rods (7) connected with the driving mechanism (6), and a film roller (8) is rotatably connected between the two first connecting rods (7); the driving mechanism (6) drives the two first connecting rods (7) to reciprocate along the horizontal direction, and the spraying film on the film roller (8) is attached to a plate to be sprayed;
press mold subassembly (9), set up in box (5), include:
one end of the driving shaft (91) is rotationally connected with one side of the box body (5), the other end of the driving shaft is in transmission connection with an output shaft of a first motor (92) arranged on the outer wall of the other side of the box body (5), and a spiral sliding groove (93) is formed in the driving shaft (91) along the length direction;

a rack (97) which is arranged at the bottom of the incomplete gear (95) and meshed with the incomplete gear, and the bottom of the rack is provided with a tooth groove (98);
one end of each of the two pressing plates (99) is fixedly connected with the inner side of the rack (97), and the other end of each of the two pressing plates is connected with the inside of the box body (5) in a sliding manner;
the spraying component is arranged on one side of the film pasting component and used for spraying the digital camouflage patterns on the surface of the plate to be sprayed;
the retractable clamping portion (42) comprises:
the second motor (421) is arranged on the outer wall of the vertical plate (41);
the electric telescopic rod (422) is arranged on the inner wall of the vertical plate (41) and is in transmission connection with an output shaft of the second motor (421) through a third rotating shaft;
the clamping head (423) is arranged at the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod (422);
the drive mechanism (6) comprises:
the first slide way (61) is arranged on one side of the inner top of the box body (5);
the screw rod (62) is arranged in the first slide way (61), one end of the screw rod is rotatably connected with one end of the first slide way (61), and the other end of the screw rod is rotatably connected with a third motor (63) arranged on the outer wall of the other end of the first slide way (61);

the bottom of the pressing plate (99) is provided with a rubber pressing strip, a pressure sensor is arranged in the middle of the rubber pressing strip, one pressing plate (99) is arranged at one end of the rack (97), and the other pressing plate (99) is arranged in the middle of the rack (97);
the digital camouflage spraying method comprises the following steps:
placing a plate to be sprayed on a supporting plate (22), sending a signal to a control system when an infrared sensor receives a shielding signal, sending an instruction to a pressure pump by the control system to start the pressure pump to pump air out of a pneumatic vacuum sucker, and fixing the plate to be sprayed on the supporting plate (22);
the hydraulic lifting platform (21) is started to lift the supporting plate (22) to the position below the film sticking assembly, the top of the plate to be sprayed is in contact with the film roller (8) and the pressing plate (99), the pressure sensor sends a pressure signal to the control system after being extruded by the plate to be sprayed, and the control system sends a stop instruction to the hydraulic lifting platform (21) and sends a start instruction to the third motor (63);
the third motor (63) operates to drive the screw rod (62) to rotate, so that the thread block (64) moves along the screw rod (62), the first connecting rod (7) and the film roller (8) are further driven to move along the horizontal direction, the film roller (8) rotates in the moving process to cover the digital camouflage pattern paper on the board to be sprayed, and the third motor (63) stops operating;
the first motor (92) operates to drive the driving shaft (91) to rotate, the second connecting rod (96) is driven by the second rotating shaft to reciprocate in the spiral chute (93) on the driving shaft (91) so as to drive the incomplete gear (95) to swing back and forth, the incomplete gear (95) drives the rack (97) to reciprocate along the horizontal direction, and the rack (97) drives the pressing plate (99) to reciprocate to press the digital camouflage pattern paper covered on the plate to be sprayed;
the lifting support frame (2) slides to the position below the spraying component along the base (1), the control system controls the spraying component to be opened, the mechanical arm drives the high-pressure nozzle to be close to a plate to be sprayed to spray set paint, and the mechanical arm changes a spraying track according to a set route in the spraying process to finish primary spraying;
the lifting support frame (2) is reset, the electric telescopic rod (422) extends, the spraying plate on one surface which is sprayed is fastened through the two clamping heads (423), the pneumatic vacuum chuck loses air to loosen the spraying plate, the lifting support frame (2) is recovered, and the second motor (421) drives the electric telescopic rod (422) to rotate the other surface of the spraying plate to the upper surface;
the lifting support frame (2) rises to support and fix the spraying plate, the clamping assembly (4) resets, and the film sticking, the film pressing and the spraying operation are continuously carried out to complete one round of spraying operation.
