In other embodiments, the conveying member 121 includes a spiral blade 1211 and a conveying shaft 1212, the spiral blade 1211 is disposed at an outer circumferential side of the conveying shaft 1212, a feeding port 1221 is disposed above the hopper 122, and a discharging port 1222 is disposed at a left or right end of the hopper 122 to discharge the seedlings. Specifically, the spiral vane 1211 is disposed around the conveying shaft 1212, and both ends of the conveying shaft 1212 are connected to the hopper 122 and are rotatable with respect to the hopper 122, thereby rotating the spiral vane 1211. The left end and the right end of the hopper 122 are furrows in the field. When the conveying component 121 works, seedlings fall into the hopper 122 from the upper feeding port 1221, under the propelling action of the spiral blade 1211, the seedlings gradually move to the discharging port 1222 and then are discharged into furrows in the field, and the seedlings in the furrows can be used as fertilizer in the field after being decomposed. Therefore, the conveying part 121 can be used for avoiding the seedlings from being accumulated on the surface of the mulching film to influence the film collecting operation, and further improving the working efficiency of the potato seedling killing and mulching film collecting integrated machine 100.
In other embodiments, the conveyor assembly 12 includes a telescoping member and a sliding member disposed within the hopper 122, the telescoping member having one end connected to the hopper 122 and the other end connected to one end of the sliding member, the other end of the sliding member facing the outlet 1222. The retractable member can be retracted in the hopper 122 along the left-right direction, so as to drive the sliding member to move in the left-right direction, and further push the seedlings to move to the discharge port 1222.
In some embodiments, the seedling killing unit 1 further comprises a guide plate 13, the guide plate 13 is connected with the hopper 122, and the guide plate 13 and the hopper 122 define a feed inlet 1221. Specifically, the guide plate 13 is arranged above the seedling killing unit 1, the guide plate 13 is obliquely arranged on the rack 4, the front end of the guide plate 13 is higher than the rear end, and the rear end of the guide plate 13 is connected with the rear end of the hopper 122 to define a feeding hole 1221. The seedlings smashed by the seedling-smashing component 11 fall into the hopper 122 under the flow guiding effect of the flow guide plate 13. From this, utilize guide plate 13 can reduce or even avoid the seedling to scatter on the plastic film surface to conveniently improve the efficiency of receipts membrane operation, and then improved the potato and killed seedling and the work efficiency of plastic film recovery all-in-one 100 is optional, hopper 122 and guide plate 13 integrated into one piece, from this, conveniently assemble hopper 122 and guide plate 13.
In other embodiments, the seedling killing unit 1 further comprises a baffle 15, the baffle 15 is arranged at the front end of the guide plate 13, and the baffle 15 is positioned above the seedling killing assembly 11. The baffle 15 is obliquely arranged on the frame 4, and the front end of the baffle 15 is lower than the rear end of the baffle 15. When the seedling killing assembly 11 is used for smashing seedlings, the baffle 15 is used for preventing the seedlings from flying out of the front of the seedling killing assembly 11, and the baffle 15 and the guide plate 13 are matched to facilitate the seedlings to flow into the hopper 122, so that the seedling killing efficiency of the potato seedling killing and mulching film recycling integrated machine 100 is improved.
In other embodiments, the seedling killing unit 1 further comprises side plates, the side plates comprise a first side plate 141 and a second side plate 142 which are oppositely arranged in the left-right direction, the first side plate 141 and the second side plate 142 both extend along the front-back direction and are connected with the rack 4, the seedling killing assembly 11 and the conveying assembly 12 are both arranged between the first side plate 141 and the second side plate 142, and the hopper 122 and the guide plate 13 are both connected with the first side plate 141 and the second side plate 142. Specifically, the seedling killing assembly 11 and the conveying assembly 12 are fixed on the frame 4 through a first side plate 141 and a second side plate 142, and the seedling killing roller 1111 and the conveying shaft 1212 are connected with the first side plate 141 and the second side plate 142. Therefore, the first side plate 141 and the second side plate 142 are utilized to facilitate the strengthening of the structural strength of the seedling killing unit 1 and the fixing of the seedling killing assembly 11 and the conveying assembly 12.
In other embodiments, the second side plate 142 is provided with an escape portion, and the escape portion is opposite to the discharge port 1222. Therefore, the first side plate 141 can be prevented from blocking the discharge hole 1222 by the arrangement of the avoiding part, so that the seedlings can flow out of the hopper 122 conveniently.
As known to those skilled in the art, the mulching film covers the ridge surface for planting the potatoes, and soil covers the mulching film so as to compress the mulching film, so that the soil covered above the mulching film can be hardened to different degrees under the action of rainwater in the growth process of the potatoes, and the collection of the mulching film is influenced.
In some embodiments, the cleaning unit 2 includes a soil crushing assembly 21 and a sweeping assembly 22, the soil crushing assembly 21 is used for crushing soil covered above the mulching film, the sweeping assembly 22 is used for sweeping the soil, the soil crushing assembly 21 is arranged adjacent to the seedling killing unit 1 relative to the sweeping assembly 22 in the front-rear direction, the soil crushing assembly 21 includes a soil crushing roller 211 and a soil crushing member 212, the soil crushing member 212 is connected with the soil crushing roller 211, and the soil crushing roller 211 extends in the left-right direction and is rotatably arranged on the frame 4. Specifically, the soil crushing component 21 is arranged in front of the cleaning component 22, the soil crushing roller 211 can rotate relative to the frame 4, after the seedling killing unit 1 completes seedling killing operation, mulching films and soil covered on the mulching films are exposed, at the moment, the soil crushing component 21 moves to the upper side of the mulching films, the soil crushing roller 211 drives the soil crushing piece 212 to rotate in the rotating process, the soil crushing piece 212 can separate the caked soil into small pieces, then the cleaning component 22 cleans the small pieces of soil from the surface of the mulching films, the mulching films are conveniently recycled, and the film recycling efficiency of the potato seedling killing and mulching film recycling all-in-one machine 100 is improved.
Alternatively, the soil crushing members 212 extend in the radial direction of the soil crushing roller 211, and the soil crushing members 212 are provided in plurality. The soil crushing members 212 are bar-shaped members or block-shaped members extending in the left-right direction, and a plurality of the soil crushing members 212 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the soil crushing roller 211. Or a plurality of soil crushing members 212 are connected to be arranged in a net shape on the outer circumferential side of the soil crushing roller 211.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, a secondary soil crushing assembly (not shown) may be provided between the soil crushing roller 211 and the sweeping assembly 22, the secondary soil crushing assembly being similar in structure to the soil crushing assembly 21 so as to achieve secondary crushing of the bonded soil.
In other embodiments, the cleaning unit 2 further includes a soil-crushing adjusting assembly 23, the soil-crushing adjusting assembly 23 includes an adjusting plate 231 and a bearing seat 232, a bearing is disposed in the bearing seat 232, the soil-crushing roller 211 is connected to the bearing, one end of the adjusting plate 231 is connected to the bearing seat 232, the other end of the adjusting plate 231 is connected to the first side plate 141 or the second side plate 142, a first engaging portion 2311 is disposed on the adjusting plate 231, and a second engaging portion (not shown) is disposed on the first side plate 141 or the second side plate 142. The second matching part is multiple, and the first matching part 2311 can be matched with any one of the multiple second matching parts to adjust the relative position between the adjusting plate 231 and the first side plate 141 or the second side plate 142; alternatively, the first engagement portion 2311 may be plural, and the second engagement portion may be engaged with any one of the plural first engagement portions 2311 to adjust the relative position between the adjustment plate 231 and the side plate.
For example, the adjusting plate 231 is provided with a first matching portion 2311, the first side plate 141 or the second side plate 142 is provided with a second matching portion, the first matching portion 2311 is a plurality of through holes arranged at intervals, the second matching portion is one or more protruding shafts, and the one or more protruding shafts can be matched with the through holes at different positions, so that the relative position between the adjusting plate 231 and the side plates is changed, and the height of the soil crushing roller 211 is adjusted.
In some embodiments, the sweeping assembly 22 comprises a sweeping shaft 221 and a brush head 222, the sweeping shaft 221 extends along the up-and-down direction, one end of the sweeping shaft 221 is connected with the frame 4 and can rotate relative to the frame 4, the other end of the sweeping shaft 221 is connected with the brush head 222, and bristles 223 are arranged on the brush head 222. When the sweeping shaft 221 rotates, the brush head 222 is driven to rotate, and further the brush bristles 223 are driven to rotate, so that the brush bristles 223 can sweep the soil on the surface of the mulching film clean. Therefore, the soil on the surface of the mulching film can be cleaned by the cleaning assembly 22, so that the film collecting unit 3 can conveniently collect the mulching film, and the working efficiency of the potato seedling-killing and mulching film recovery all-in-one machine 100 is improved.
Alternatively, the cleaning shafts 221 and the brush heads 222 are provided in plural numbers, the cleaning shafts 221 and the brush heads 222 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the cleaning shafts 221 and the brush heads 222 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction. Therefore, the soil on the surface of the mulching film can be cleaned by the brush heads 222, so that the seedling-killing and mulching film recovery integrated machine 100 for potatoes can conveniently perform film recovery operation. Optionally, the material of the bristles 223 is steel, and the surface of the bristles 223 is provided with a glue layer. From this, brush hair 223 not only has certain rigidity so that sweep soil, has certain flexibility in order to prevent to cut off the plastic film moreover to make the plastic film expose and keep intact, and then be convenient for potato to kill the seedling and plastic film recovery all-in-one 100 retrieves the plastic film.
It should be noted that after the seedling killing assembly 11 delivers most of the seedlings to the furrow, a small part of the seedlings may still remain on the surface of the furrow, and the cleaning assembly 22 can clean the remaining seedlings together when cleaning the soil on the surface of the mulching film.
In some embodiments, the film collecting unit 3 includes a film forming assembly 31 and a film rolling assembly 32, the film rolling assembly 32 is disposed adjacent to the cleaning unit 2 relative to the film forming assembly 31 in the front-rear direction, the film forming assembly 31 is used for shoveling the mulching film from the surface of the ridge body, the film forming assembly 31 includes a plurality of film shovels 310, and the plurality of film shovels 310 are disposed at intervals in the left-right direction. Therefore, the mulching films can be shoveled from the surface of the ridge body by using the plurality of film shovels 310, so that the mulching films can be conveniently recycled.
The construction of the film lifting blade 310 is described in detail below with reference to fig. 9-12.
The film removing shovel 310 comprises a film removing shovel body 3101, an arc-shaped film guide plate 3102, two wing-shaped teeth 3103 and an arc-shaped flattening block 3104.
Wherein, the free end of the bottom of the film-forming shovel body 3101 is processed with a straight-tooth cutting edge 3107, the symmetry plane of the straight-tooth cutting edge 3107 coincides with the symmetry plane of the film-forming shovel body 3101, i.e. the cutting edge faces the surface of the ridge body, and the straight-tooth cutting edge 3107 is used for breaking the stubbles in the advancing process. Of course, the cutting edge of the straight-line-shaped tooth cutting edge 3107 may be a straight line or an arc line, and in order to facilitate breaking stubbles, the included angle between the two side surfaces of the cutting edge of the straight-line-shaped tooth cutting edge 3107 is 67 °.
The arc film guide plate 3102 is fixedly arranged in front of the film removing shovel body 3101, and the symmetrical plane of the arc film guide plate 3102 coincides with the symmetrical plane of the film removing shovel body 3101.
The two wing-shaped teeth 3103 are fixedly (e.g., welded) at the bottom of the film forming shovel body 3101, and the symmetric surfaces of the two wing-shaped teeth 3103 coincide with the symmetric surface of the film forming shovel body 3101, and are used for matching with the arc-shaped film guide plate 3102 to separate the mulching film from the surface of the ridge body. Wherein the angle between the two airfoil teeth 3103 is 67 °.
The arc-shaped flattening block 3104 is arc-shaped, is fixedly arranged behind the straight-line tooth cutting edge 3107, is in smooth transition connection with the straight-line tooth cutting edge 3107, and is used for flattening the broken stubbles so as to separate the stubbles from the mulching film.
The film removing shovel 310 of the integrated machine 100 for potato seedling killing and mulching film recycling is suitable for the situation that mulching films and stubbles need to be separated. For example, when the integrated potato seedling-killing and mulching film recycling machine 100 needs to separate mulching films from seedling stubbles of potatoes, the integral forward movement of the film-lifting shovel 310 is realized through the straight-tooth cutting edge 3107, and in the moving process, the mulching films are separated from the surface of a ridge body through the arc-shaped film guide plate 3102 and the two wing-shaped teeth 3103, so that the grown mulching films gradually move upwards along the arc-shaped film guide plate 3102 and the wing-shaped teeth 3103; in addition, the straight-tooth cutting edge 3107 can also break the potato seedling stubbles when encountering the potato seedling stubbles, and the broken seedling stubbles are flattened by the arc flattening block 3104 behind the straight-tooth cutting edge 3107, so that the broken stubbles are prevented from moving together with the mulching film, and the separation of the film stubbles in the film removing process is realized.
Optionally, the number of the film lifting shovels 310 is 2-6. During specific use, in order to guarantee the integrality of the mulching film, the number of the film-lifting shovels 310 can be determined according to the width of the ridge body in the field, so that the whole mulching film is separated out through the plurality of film-lifting shovels 310.
The film removing shovel 310 of the integrated potato seedling killing and mulching film recycling machine 100 is simple in structure and practical in function, and the mulching films are conveyed to the rear upper part of the film removing shovel 310 under the action of the arc-shaped film guide plates 3102 and the wing-shaped teeth 3103 by adopting a film removing-stubble breaking-stubble pressing method, so that the subsequent film collecting operation is facilitated, and therefore the film removing shovel 310 can solve the problem that the effect of separating the mulching films from the surface of a ridge body is not complete in the film removing process.
In order to facilitate the installation of the film-lifting shovel 310, in a possible implementation manner, it further includes: a film-lifting shovel mounting seat 3105, wherein the film-lifting shovel mounting seat 3105 is arranged in the middle of the rear part of the film-lifting shovel body 3101.
The film raising blade mount 3105 includes: a fixing member 31051 and a hinge through hole 31052, the hinge through hole 31052 being used for connection with the frame 4, for example, the second mounting rod 31221 may be mounted in the hinge through hole 31052 so that the blade body 3101 can rotate about the axis direction of the hinge through hole 31052.
In addition, an angle adjusting through hole 3106 is arranged at the top of the film removing shovel body 3101, and the axis of the angle adjusting through hole 3106 is parallel to the axis of the hinge through hole 31052; the angle-adjusting through-hole 3106 is used in connection with the first mounting bar 31211 to adjust the angle of penetration of the straight tooth blade 3107.
According to the film removing shovel 310 of the integrated potato seedling killing and mulching film recycling machine 100, the film removing shovel mounting seat 3105 and the angle adjusting through hole 3106 are arranged, so that the connection between the film removing shovel 310 and the second mounting rod 31221 is realized, the operation is convenient, the soil penetration angle of the straight-tooth cutting edge 3107 can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the application range is widened.
Hereinafter, the structures of the film raising shovel body 3101 and the airfoil teeth 3103 will be described separately.
With regard to the structure of the film lifting shovel body 3101, in one possible implementation, the film lifting shovel body 3101 is circular in cross-section, comprising: an arc section part 31011 and a straight section part 31012 fixedly arranged above the arc section part 31011, a straight tooth cutting edge 3107 is arranged at the free end of the arc section part 31011, and an angle adjusting through hole 3106 is arranged at the top of the straight section part 31012.
Regarding the configuration of the airfoil tooth 3103, in one possible implementation, the airfoil tooth 3103 is circular in cross-section, with one end fixed to the arc segment portion 31011, the other end extending upward, and the other end having a height lower than the height of the upper plane of the arc diaphragm guide plate 3102. That is, the arc plane of the two airfoil teeth 3103 at the installation position is higher than the arc plane of the lower end of the arc film guide plate 3102, and the arc plane of the extended ends of the two airfoil teeth 3103 is lower than the arc plane of the upper end of the arc film guide plate 3102.
Further, in order to ensure that the mulching film can smoothly move upwards along the arc-shaped film guide plate 3102 and the two wing-shaped teeth 3103, the wing-shaped teeth 3103 are arc-shaped, have a continuous spline curve in appearance and three sections of radians, and are bulged upwards from bottom to top, then downwards and then upwards, and in addition, the tail ends of the wing-shaped teeth are processed into a spherical shape.
Optionally, the film lifting assembly 31 further comprises an adjusting member 312, the adjusting member 312 comprises a first adjusting member 3121, a second adjusting member 3122 and a third adjusting member 3123, the upper end of each film lifting shovel 310 is connected to the third adjusting member 3123, and the lower end of each film lifting shovel 310 is connected to the second adjusting member 3122. The distance between the first adjustment member 3121 and the second adjustment member 3122 is adjustable to facilitate adjustment of the height of the film lifting blade 310.
Specifically, the first adjusting member 3121 is connected to the frame 4, the first adjusting member 3121 includes one first mounting bar 31211 and two first adjusting bars 31212, the first mounting bar 31211 extends in a left-right direction, the first adjusting bar 31212 extends in an up-down direction, and both ends of the first mounting bar 31211 are connected to the two first adjusting bars 31212, respectively.
The second adjusting member 3122 includes one second mounting bar 31221 and two second adjusting bars 31222, the second mounting bar 31221 extends in a left-right direction, the second adjusting bar 31222 extends in an up-down direction, and both ends of the second mounting bar 31221 are connected to the two second adjusting bars 31222, respectively.
The upper end of each film lifting blade 310 is fixed to the third adjustment member 3123, and the hinge through hole 31052 of each film lifting blade 310 is engaged with the second mounting bar 31221. The two first adjusting rods 31212 are respectively connected with the two second adjusting rods 31222, the upper end of each first adjusting rod 31212 is provided with a handle 3124, the handle 3124 is connected with the second adjusting rods 31222 through a screw rod, and the first adjusting rods 31212 are in threaded fit with the screw rod. The relative position between the first adjusting rod 31212 and the second adjusting rod 31222 can be adjusted through rotating the handle 3124, and then the height of a plurality of film removing shovels 310 is adjusted simultaneously to the position adaptation that the plastic film in with the field is located.
In other embodiments, the adjusting member 312 further includes a plurality of third adjusting members 3123, the plurality of third adjusting members 3123 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of film removing shovels 310, an upper end of each third adjusting member 3123 is fixed to the first mounting bar 31211, a lower end of each third adjusting member 3123 is connected to the film removing shovels 310, and the third adjusting members 3123 are used for adjusting an angle of the film removing shovels 310 so that the film removing shovels 310 are adapted to the terrain of the field. Specifically, the third adjusting member 3123 includes a third adjusting lever 31231, an upper end of the third adjusting lever 31231 is connected to the frame 4, a lower end of the third adjusting lever 31231 is connected to an upper end of the film raising shovel 310, for example, the lower end of the third adjusting lever 31231 is provided with an adjusting hole having the same shape as the angle adjusting through hole 3106, a pin is installed in the adjusting hole and the angle adjusting through hole 3106, and the third adjusting lever 31231 is rotatable with respect to the film raising shovel 310.
The middle section of the third adjusting rod 31231 is provided with a spring 31232, because of different field soil firmness, the resistance of the straight tooth cutting edge 3107 of the film lifting shovel 310 in the soil is in a dynamic change state, under the action, the film lifting shovel 310 generates vibration, and the spring 31232 generates stretching after being vibrated, so that the film lifting shovel 310 is driven to realize the up-and-down profiling film lifting process, and the film lifting efficiency is further improved. Moreover, by adjusting the angle of the third adjusting rod 31231 with respect to the frame 4, the angle of the film lifting shovel 310 with respect to the ground can be adjusted, thereby, the film lifting shovel 310 can be adapted to the position of the mulching film.
In other embodiments, the film lifting assembly 31 further comprises a plurality of side film lifting shovels 311, the side film lifting shovels 311 are disposed at both sides in the left-right direction and in front of the film lifting shovel 310, in other words, the side film lifting shovels 311 are disposed at the left front and the right front of the film lifting shovel 310.
Alternatively, the side film removing blade 311 includes a shaft portion 3111 and a shovel portion 3112, the shaft portion 3111 is disposed at an upper end of the shovel portion 3112 and is connected to the frame 4, the shovel portion 3112 of the side film removing blade 311 located on the left side of the frame 4 is bent to the right side of the frame 4, and the shovel portion 3112 of the side film removing blade 311 located on the right side of the frame 4 is bent to the left side of the frame 4. The side film lifting shovel 311 is used for shoveling the two sides of the mulching film, and the lower end of the side film lifting shovel 311 is lower than the lower end of the film lifting shovel 310. When the integrated machine 100 for potato seedling killing and mulching film recycling works, the side film removing shovel 311 is located at the furrow position, the film edges on the two sides of the mulching film are located near the side film removing shovel 311, the side film removing shovel 311 is used for assisting the film removing shovel 310, and the recycling rate of the mulching film can be improved.
Optionally, the position of the lever portion 3111 relative to the frame 4 is adjustable. For example, the lever portion 3111 and the frame 4 are both provided with a limit hole 3113, and the relative position of the side film raising blade 311 and the frame 4 is adjusted by the limit hole 3113. Specifically, be equipped with first spacing hole on pole portion 3111, be equipped with the spacing hole of a plurality of seconds that set up in the up-down direction interval on frame 4, utilize holding screw with the spacing jogged joint of first spacing hole and the second of difference to adjust the position of side film shovel 311 in the up-down direction.
In some embodiments, the mulching film rolling assembly 32 includes a mulching film rolling roller extending in the left-right direction, the mulching film rolling roller being disposed higher than the mulching film removing blades 310, each of the mulching film removing blades 310 being bent in a direction of the mulching film rolling roller so as to guide the mulching film to the mulching film rolling roller.
Specifically, when the potato seedling killing and mulching film recycling all-in-one machine 100 works, the film lifting shovel 310 shovels and guides the mulching film to the film rolling roller, and the film rolling roller drives the mulching film to rotate in the rotating process, so that the mulching film is rolled on the periphery of the film rolling roller, and the mulching film is conveniently recycled. Therefore, according to the potato seedling-killing and mulching film recycling integrated machine 100 disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the mulching film is rolled up by the film rolling roller, the mulching film recycling efficiency is high, the space occupied by the rolled mulching film is small, and the reduction of the volume of the potato seedling-killing and mulching film recycling integrated machine 100 is facilitated.
In other embodiments, the film roll is tapered to facilitate film removal.
The film rolling assembly 32 of the potato seedling-killing and mulching film recycling integrated machine 100 according to the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 13-19.
The film rolling assembly 32 comprises a film rolling roller and a linkage film unloading mechanism. The film winding rollers include a driving film winding roller 321 and a driven film winding roller 322. The driving film winding roller 321 and the driven film winding roller 322 are both tapered and can be butted or separated. The linkage film unloading mechanism is used for driving the driven film rolling roller 322 and the driving film rolling roller 321 to be in quick butt joint or split joint. The active film-rolling roller 321 is rotatably arranged on the frame 4, and the active film-rolling roller 321 can drive the driven film-rolling roller 322 to rotate when rotating.
In some embodiments, the linkage film unloading mechanism can drive the driven film rolling roller 322 to move relative to the driving film rolling roller 321, so as to realize quick film unloading. The linkage film unloading mechanism comprises a swing arm 324, one end of the swing arm 324 is rotatably arranged on the frame 4, the other end of the swing arm 324 is rotatably connected with a fixed seat 325, the driven film rolling roller 322 is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat 325, the swing arm 324 is pulled, and the driven film rolling roller 322 can be driven to be in butt joint with or split from the driving film rolling roller 321.
In some embodiments, the fixed seat 325 and the swing arm 324 are connected by a second rotating shaft 326, and a ninth sprocket 327 is fixed on the second rotating shaft 326. The swing arm 324 and the frame 4 are connected by a first rotating shaft 328, a tenth sprocket 329 is fixed to the first rotating shaft 328, and the tenth sprocket 329 and the ninth sprocket 327 are connected by a fifth chain 3210. The tenth sprocket 329 is a large sprocket, the ninth sprocket 327 is a small sprocket, when the swing arm 324 is pulled, the tenth sprocket 329 drives the ninth sprocket 327 through the fifth chain 3210, and when the swing arm 324 and the driven film winding roller 322 rotate around the first rotating shaft 328, the angle α that the swing arm 324 rotates is greater than the angle β that the driven film winding roller 322 rotates.
