The invention relates to a water supply pipe buttress with functions of heightening, damping and electrochemical corrosion in a pipe gallery, which comprises a buttress lower block 1, a buttress upper block 2 and a plurality of heightening supports 3 which are arranged in the pipe gallery, wherein the buttress lower block 1 and the buttress upper block 2 can adopt a reinforced concrete cast-in-situ structure or a prefabricated structure or a steel structure, and the heightening and damping device comprises:
the lower buttress block 1 is a horizontally arranged rectangular support body, and the bottom of the lower buttress block is fixed on the pipe gallery body; the buttress upper block 2 is a horizontally arranged block-shaped body, is positioned above the buttress lower block 1, and has adjustable distance with the buttress lower block 1; the upper part of the buttress upper block 2 is used for supporting and bearing a water supply pipeline.
The plurality of height-adjusting supports 3 are vertically arranged between the buttress lower block 1 and the buttress upper block 2, and the upper end and the lower end of each height-adjusting support are connected with the corresponding buttress upper block 2 and the corresponding buttress lower block 1; can be extended upwards or shortened downwards; a plurality of height-adjustable supports 3 are provided for: when the utility tunnel is unevenly settled and the buttress is unevenly settled, the heightening support 3 at the settling position is upwards extended, the support buttress upper block 2 is lifted to the initial spatial position, and the buttress upper block 2 is kept at the initial spatial position to bear the water supply pipeline. As shown in fig. 3, each height-adjustable support 3 comprises an upper support tube 8 and a steel sleeve 9, wherein the support tube 8 is coaxially connected with the steel sleeve 9 in a threaded manner, and the steel sleeve 9 is connected with the steel sleeve 9 in a threaded manner and is rotated in a threaded manner to ascend or descend; the outer wall of the supporting pipe 8 is provided with an external thread, and the inner wall of the steel sleeve 9 is provided with an internal thread.

The supporting top plate 6 and the supporting bottom plate 10 are arranged and mainly used for increasing the contact surface and realizing the firm connection of the supporting tube 8 with the buttress upper block 2 and the buttress lower block 1.
The upper wall of the buttress lower block 1 is provided with a groove, the lower wall of the buttress upper block 2 is provided with a vertical downward support body, and the support body is embedded into the groove. And a shock absorption and isolation material pad 4 is laid in the groove along the outline of the groove. The shock absorption and isolation material pad 4 is a polyurethane shock absorption pad with the thickness not less than 40 mm. The embedded structure and the polyurethane shock absorption pad can effectively reduce the influence of subway vibration on the upper block of the buttress, so that the influence of the vibration close to subway operation on a water supply pipe is reduced. The vibration effect on surrounding strata and structures during the operation of the subway can be avoided, and the influence on the normal operation of a water supply pipeline in the gallery body can be avoided.
As shown in FIG. 6, a threaded central hole 11 is radially formed in the support tube 8 and penetrates through the tube body, and the diameter of the hole is 1-2 cm. The threaded central hole 11 is used to insert a hard cylinder to screw the support tube 8, and the support tube 8 can be easily screwed by means of an external tool, such as a screwdriver or the like, to raise or lower the support tube 8.
When the uneven settlement that takes place when utility tunnel makes the feed pipe atress uneven, instrument such as available ordinary screwdriver inserts the mounting hole and rotates the volume in the interior steel casing 9 of taking internal screw thread of stay tube 8 screw in area external screw thread, thereby play the purpose of adjusting buttress upper segment 2 height, only take place the stay tube 8 of settlement department of increaseing, after increaseing, make buttress upper segment 2 be in initial balanced position, the feed pipe that it bore is still in initial stress state, and the position that receives the support, it is even to have guaranteed that the feed pipe atress is even, thereby play and reduce the uneven purpose of feed pipe atress that causes because of utility tunnel uneven settlement, avoid the feed pipe to break off in each junction, and avoid taking place the event such as leaking.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a plurality of height-adjustable supports are arranged in a plane along four sides of the pier lower block 1 and the pier upper block 2. The supporting points are arranged on the periphery, so that the supporting pier lower block 1 and the supporting pier upper block 2 are in a uniform stress state for a circle. When uneven settlement occurs, the height-adjustable support is adjusted by taking the initial position of the upper pier block 2 as a reference to ensure that the four sides are stressed uniformly and evenly, and as shown in fig. 9, the height-adjustable support is a diagram when the upper pier block 2 is still at the initial position after the height of the height-adjustable support is adjusted.
