The first driving plate 114 and the second driving plate 115 are respectively connected with a thrust cylinder (not shown in the figure), the thrust cylinder and the jacking cylinder 106 are synchronously started, and the thrust cylinder is used for enabling the first limiting hook 112 and the second limiting hook 113 to be far away from the telescopic rod 108.
