图3示出了另一现有技术。如图3所示,非弯曲的直线形式的吹气构件150在制造期间与马甲接合的失败率低,但是长度短,并且吹气端口不能从根本上指向穿着者的嘴部或不能定位成靠近穿着者的嘴部,因此不便于注入空气。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的一个目的是提供一种救生衣及其制造方法,所述救生衣的马甲构件与吹气构件之间的接合失败较少。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种能够自由调节吹气端口的方向和位置并允许穿着者或第三方以舒适的状态注入空气的吹气构件,以及一种包括该吹气构件的救生衣。本发明的又一个目的是提供一种能够调节长度的吹气构件和一种包括该吹气构件的救生衣。
本发明的其他目的不限于此,并且上面未提及的其他目的根据以下描述对于本领域技术人员将是显而易见的。
技术方案
本发明提供了一种救生衣。在一实施例中,所述救生衣包括:马甲构件以及吹气构件,所述吹气构件设置在马甲构件中以将空气注入马甲构件,其中,所述吹气构件包括:基部,所述基部与马甲构件联接;以及管部,所述管部从基部延伸,其中,柔性部分形成在管部的一部分或全部中。
在一实施例中,管部可以包括第一管部分和第二管部分,其中,第一管部分可以从基部延伸,并且柔性部分可以设置在第一管部分与第二管部分之间。
在一实施例中,基部和管部可以一体地形成。
在一实施例中,基部和管部可以设置为彼此分离的部件以彼此联接。
在一实施例中,基部可以包括:基体部分,所述基体部分被设置为环形板;以及延伸部分,所述延伸部分从基体部分的内径延伸,其中,延伸部分和管部可以彼此联接。

在一实施例中,面料与吹气构件的联接可以包括:将面料与基部的联接表面重叠;以及沿着基部的联接表面的周边(circumference,圆周)热接合救生衣。
在一实施例中,基部和管部可以一体地形成,并且将面料与基部的联接表面重叠可以包括:使管部穿过面料的孔并且使基部的联接表面与面料接触。

有益效果
根据本发明一实施例,马甲与吹气构件之间的接合失败较少。
根据本发明一实施例,由于可以将管构件的角度调节到预定角度,因此可以自由地调节吹气端口的方向和位置,并且允许穿着者在舒适的状态下注入空气,并且在紧急情况下允许第三方代替穿着者注入空气。
根据本发明一实施例,由于可以将长度调节到预定长度,因此即使穿着者的身体不同也可以允许穿着者在穿着救生衣时舒适地注入空气。
另外,在本发明中,由于吹气构件可以自由弯曲,因此折叠马甲以进行存放是没有困难的。
另外,根据本发明,吹气构件和救生衣可以彼此紧密接触,同时使空气泄漏最小化。
本发明的效果不限于上述效果,并且根据本说明书和附图,本领域技术人员将清楚地理解未提及的效果。

具体实施方式
在下文中,将参考附图更详细地描述本发明的实施例。本发明的实施方式可以以各种形式进行修改,并且不应被解释为本发明的范围限于下面描述的实施例。提供实施例是为了向本领域技术人员更完整地描述本发明。因此,附图中的部件的形状将被夸大以强调更清楚的描述。
图4示出了根据本发明一实施例的救生衣100。参考图4,救生衣100包括马甲构件20、气体供应装置300和吹气构件500。
马甲构件20是由穿着者从身体的脖子后面穿在包括肩膀和前胸的上半身上的构件。马甲构件20可以在其中填充有气体。当马甲构件20填充有气体时,马甲构件20可以漂浮在水上。因此,马甲构件20可以使穿着者的身体漂浮在水上。
气体供应装置300设置在马甲构件20的左侧和右侧上。虽然穿着者在哪里可以容易地操作并不重要,但是气体供应装置300通常可以设置在马甲构件20的下侧处,使得穿着者可以容易地用手操作。在气体供应装置300中,当注入水或拉动安全销310时,爆炸针使气瓶340爆炸。当气瓶340爆炸时,马甲构件20被填充气体。
吹气构件500可以设置在马甲构件20中的设置有气体供应装置300那一侧或另一侧上。在图4中,吹气构件500和气体供应装置300设置在马甲构件20的左右两侧上,但是也可以设置在同一侧上。吹气构件500足以位于马甲构件的适于由使用者通过吹气端口535(参见图6)注入空气的那部分中。为了防止不必要的材料浪费,吹气构件500优选地设置在马甲构件20上方。将参考图5详细描述吹气构件500。
图5示出了根据本发明一实施例的吹气构件500。吹气构件500被构造用于将空气注入马甲构件20中。吹气构件500包括基部510和管部560。根据一实施例,基部510和管部560可以一体地设置。吹气构件500可以由例如聚氨酯材料制成。
基部510被构造用于提供与马甲构件20的联接表面(例如,基部510的上表面)。基部510的联接表面联接(例如,热接合)到马甲构件20。基部510被设置为板状。在一实施例中,基部510被设置为环形盘。环形不限于圆板,并且可以是各种形状,例如椭圆形或方形。当基部510具有更大的面积时,与马甲构件20的联接表面变得更宽。
在一实施例中,管部560从基部510延伸。管部560包括第一管部分520、第二管部分530和柔性部分540。第一管部分520从基部510延伸。连接第一管部分520与第二管部分530的柔性部分540设置在第一管部分520与第二管部分530之间。柔性部分540将管部560分成第一管部分520和第二管部分530。在一实施例中,尽管包括第一管部分520,但是如果需要,可以省略第一管部分520和/或第二管部分530。在一实施例中,省略了第一管部分520,使得柔性部分540可以从基部510(未示出)延伸。根据一实施例,省略了第一管部分520和第二管部分530,使得柔性部分540可以形成整个管部560(未示出)。在柔性部分540形成整个管部560的情况下,柔性部分540可以以如上所述的波纹管的形式实现,或者也可以在不使用波纹管的情况下使用柔性材料以管形式实现,并且在这种情况下,容易与其他构造(例如,盖和基部)联接。
在一实施例中,柔性部分540被设置成在长度上被调节。在一实施例中,柔性部分540被设置成在角度上被调节到预定角度。在所示实施例中,柔性部分540以波纹管的形式设置。波纹管能够进行长度调节和角度(方向)调节。在所示实施例中,柔性部分540以波纹管的形式设置,但不限于此,并且对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是,柔性部分540可以被修改成可以在长度和/或角度上自由调节的柔性材料。根据本发明一实施例,由于可以调节管构件的长度和角度(方向),因此可以自由地调节吹气端口的方向和位置,以允许穿着者在舒适的状态下注入空气,并且在紧急情况下允许第三方代替穿着者注入空气。另外,尽管穿着者的身体彼此不同,但是穿着者可以在穿着救生衣时通过适当地调节管构件的长度和方向来舒适地注入空气。
盖550联接到管构件560的端部。在一实施例中,盖550联接到第二管部分530。当空气被注入或移除时,盖550打开,并且当空气的注入完成时,所述盖关闭,从而阻挡空气的流动。尽管未示出,但是管构件560可以在管构件560的靠近吹气端口535(参见图6)的端部处设置有例如止回阀(未示出)。止回阀(未示出)允许空气在一个方向上流动。当空气被注入时,止回阀(未示出)在空气注入方向上打开,并且当空气注入停止时,所述止回阀关闭,从而防止空气被移除到外部。
图6和图7示出了根据本发明一实施例当基部和管部一体形成时用于组合马甲构件和吹气构件的方法。将参考图6和图7描述该方法。
准备构成马甲构件20的面料20a。面料20a例如是防水材料。面料20a可以包括例如由防水材料制成的内部面料和用于保护内部面料的外部面料。内部面料可以设置有乙烯基材料。当与身体接触时,作为纺织材料的外部面料可以设置有与乙烯基材料相比相对舒适的材料。可以省略面料20a的外部面料。在面料20a中形成孔。面料20a的孔以吹气构件500的管部560可以穿过而基部510不穿过的尺寸形成。使管部560穿过该孔,同时将吹气构件500的基部510的上表面(联接表面)与面料20a重叠。然后,使面料20a和基部510彼此接触。因此,当面料20a定位在基部520的上部分(联接表面)上时,管部560穿过面料20a的孔。另外,当基部520放置在下方时,辅助用于向面料20a上部分进行压力和热传递的环构件610被联接(通过使管部560穿过环构件610的内径)。面料20a和基部510可以通过热接合彼此接合。作为热接合的一示例,可以提供诸如热接合、高频接合、超声波接合等方法。加压构件620和630定位在环构件610上方,并且马甲构件20的面料20a和基部510通过在压力下加热环构件610所传递的能量彼此热接合。此时,由于环构件610按压基部510的整个周边,因此基部510的整个周边被接合到面料20a,从而防止接合失败。根据一实施例,代替环构件610,加压构件620和630可以与面料20a和基部510直接接触以传递能量。
加压构件620和630可以被设置成圆形横截面。加压构件620和630可以被设置为第一加压构件620和第二加压构件630。第一加压构件620和第二加压构件630可以彼此组合以形成圆。通过组合第一加压构件620和第二加压构件630,可以以与环构件610的横向截面相同的方式设置第一加压构件620和第二加压构件630的与环构件610接触的横截面。同时,第一加压构件620和第二加压构件630可以一体地形成。
如上所述,当马甲构件和吹气构件彼此组合时,基部520的周边可以均匀地接合到面料20a,使得马甲构件与吹气构件之间的接合失败被减少。
根据另一实施例,基部和管部可以单独形成。图8是根据另一实施例当基部和管部单独形成时吹气构件1500的分解立体图。
根据另一实施例吹气构件1500包括由第一管部分1520、第二管部分1540和柔性部分1540构成的管部1560;基部1510和盖1550。管部1560和基部1510作为单独的部件提供。管部1560和基部1510可以通过接合而彼此接合,如下所述。
当管部1560和基部1510作为单独的部件提供时,整个管部1560可以是柔性的。基部1510可以由与面料20a具有良好热接合的材料制成。
基部1510包括基体部分1511和延伸部分1512。基体部分1511是联接到救生衣的部分。延伸部分1512是从基体部分1511延伸并且联接到管部1560的部分。基体部分1511设置为如上所述的环形板。延伸部分1512从基体部分1511的内径延伸。
图9、图10、图11和图12示出了根据本发明另一实施例当基部和管部单独形成时用于组合马甲构件和吹气构件的方法。将参考图9、图10、图11和图12描述该方法。
图9是用于描述吹气构件和马甲构件的组合的立体图。
参考图9和图10,准备构成马甲构件20的面料20a。在面料20a中形成孔20b。使从基部1510的基体部分1511延伸的延伸部分1512穿过孔20b,并且使基体部分1511的上表面(联接表面)与面料20a的下表面接触。另外,使辅助压力和热传递的环构件1610穿过基部1510的延伸部分1512以联接到面料20a的上表面。此时,由于环构件1610按压基部1510的基体部分1511的整个周边,因此基部1510的整个周边被接合到面料20a,从而防止接合失败。环构件1610可以形成为高于延伸部分1512。因此,在加压构件1620中可以不形成孔,并且其底部可以设置为平坦表面。
接下来,参考图11,面料20a和基部1510可以通过热接合而彼此接合。作为热接合的示例,可以提供诸如热接合、高频接合、超声波接合等方法。加压构件1620定位在环构件1610上方,并且马甲构件20的面料20a和基部1510通过在压力下加热环构件1610所传递的能量彼此热接合。
参考图12,当基部1510联接到面料20a时,管部1560联接到基部1510的延伸部分1512。管部1560和延伸部分1512可以通过接合部1560彼此接合。
在上述实施例中,在基部1510接合到面料20a之后,管部1560已经联接到基部1510,但是以不同的顺序,在基部1510首先联接到管部1560之后,基部1510可以接合到面料20a。在这种情况下,基部1510可以通过参考上述图6和图7描述的联接方法联接到管部1560。

Claims (17)

1.一种救生衣,所述救生衣包括:
马甲构件;以及
吹气构件,所述吹气构件设置在所述马甲构件,将空气注入所述马甲构件,
其中,所述吹气构件包括:
基部,所述基部与所述马甲构件联接;以及
管部,所述管部从所述基部延伸,
所述管部包括:第一管部分,从所述基部以一直线形态直直地延伸;柔性部分,从所述第一管部分延伸;以及第二管部分,从所述柔性部分延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的救生衣,其中,所述基部和所述管部一体形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的救生衣,其中,所述基部和所述管部被设置为彼此分离的部件以彼此联接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的救生衣,其中,所述基部包括:
基体部分,所述基体部分被设置为环形板;以及
延伸部分,所述延伸部分从所述基体部分的内径以一直线形态直直地延伸,
其中,所述延伸部分和所述管部的所述第一管部分彼此联接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的救生衣,其中,所述柔性部分以波纹管的形式设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的救生衣,其中,所述柔性部分被设置为长度能调节。
7.一种用于救生衣的吹气构件,所述吹气构件设置在救生衣,用于将空气注入所述救生衣中,所述吹气构件包括:
基部,所述基部联接到所述救生衣;以及
管部,所述管部从所述基部延伸,
所述管部包括:第一管部分,从所述基部以一直线形态直直地延伸;柔性部分,从所述第一管部分延伸;以及第二管部分,从所述柔性部分延伸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于救生衣的吹气构件,其中,所述基部和所述管部一体形成。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于救生衣的吹气构件,其中,所述基部和所述管部被设置为彼此分离的部件以彼此联接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于救生衣的吹气构件,其中,所述基部包括:
基体部分,所述基体部分被设置为环形板;以及
延伸部分,所述延伸部分从所述基体部分的内径以一直线形态直直地延伸,
其中,所述延伸部分和所述管部的所述第一管部分彼此联接。
11.根据权利要求7所述的用于救生衣的吹气构件,其中,所述柔性部分以波纹管的形式设置。
12.根据权利要求7所述的用于救生衣的吹气构件,其中,所述柔性部分被设置成长度能调节。
13.一种用于组合救生衣和吹气构件的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
准备构成所述救生衣的面料;
准备包括基部和管部的吹气构件,其中,所述基部具有与所述面料的联接表面,所述管部包括:第一管部分,从所述基部以一直线形态直直地延伸;柔性部分,从所述第一管部分延伸;以及第二管部分,从所述柔性部分延伸;
将所述面料与所述吹气构件联接。
14.根据权利要求13所述的用于组合救生衣和吹气构件的方法,其中,将所述面料与所述吹气构件联接包括:
将所述面料与所述基部的所述联接表面重叠;以及
沿着所述基部的所述联接表面的周边热接合所述面料。
15.根据权利要求14所述的用于组合救生衣和吹气构件的方法,其中,所述基部和所述管部一体地形成,且
将所述面料与所述基部的所述联接表面重叠包括:使所述管部穿过所述面料的孔并且使所述基部的所述联接表面与所述面料接触。
16.根据权利要求14所述的用于组合救生衣和吹气构件的方法,其中,所述基部和所述管部被设置为彼此分离的部件,所述基部包括基体部分和延伸部分,所述基体部分被设置为环形板并且具有与所述面料的联接表面,所述延伸部分从所述基体部分的内径延伸,且
将所述面料与所述基部的所述联接表面重叠包括:使所述基部的所述延伸部分穿过所述面料的孔并使所述基部的所述基体部分与所述面料接触,且
所述方法还包括在沿着所述基部的所述联接表面的周边热接合所述面料之后,将所述管部联接到所述基部的所述延伸部分。
17.根据权利要求14所述的用于组合救生衣和吹气构件的方法,其中,所述基部和所述管部被设置为彼此分离的部件,
所述基部包括基体部分和延伸部分,所述基体部分被设置为环形板并且具有与所述面料的联接表面,所述延伸部分从所述基体部分的内径延伸,且
将所述面料与所述基部的所述联接表面重叠包括:将所述管部与所述基部的所述延伸部分联接的状态下,使所述基部的所述延伸部分和所述管部穿过所述面料的孔并使所述基部的所述基体部分与所述面料接触。
