The prompting unit can be arranged on the base 1 or at other places, so that a user can conveniently view the prompting unit. The prompting unit can be a display screen, an indicator light, a buzzer or a loudspeaker.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle garbage classification apparatus may further include: the UVC that sets up in containing box lateral wall top kills the lamp to carry out germicidal treatment to the containing box through the UVC lamp that kills.
Specifically, UVC disappears and kills the lamp and can carry out germicidal treatment to the rubbish in the containing box, avoids breeding of microorganism.
In summary, according to the vehicle garbage classification device of the embodiment of the invention, the main control unit controls the motor to drive the garbage carrying box to move, controls the crushing unit and the vacuum compression unit according to the type of the garbage identified by the classification and identification unit, and controls the motor to throw the garbage in the garbage carrying box into the corresponding containing bag according to the type of the garbage. The device can classify and store the garbage in the vehicle, can solve the problem of placing the garbage during driving, and can improve the resource value and the economic value of the garbage.
Based on the above vehicle garbage classification device, the present invention further provides a control method for a vehicle garbage classification device, and since the method embodiment of the present invention is based on the above device embodiment, details that are not disclosed in the method embodiment may refer to the above device embodiment, and are not described again in the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a control method of the vehicle garbage classification device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the steps of:

Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, identifying the type of waste in the waste bin includes: detecting whether the garbage in the garbage carrying box is metal or not; detecting the liquid level in the refuse container; acquiring images of garbage in the garbage carrying box, and judging the type of the garbage according to the images, wherein the type comprises: food residues, paper, plastic, glass; and detecting the content of combustible gas in the garbage carrying box.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling a vehicle garbage classification device further includes: when the content of combustible gas in the combustion detection garbage carrying box exceeds a preset content or the liquid level in the garbage carrying box exceeds a preset liquid level, controlling the extraction device to extract the liquid or gas in the garbage carrying box out of the vehicle through a pipeline; when the garbage is identified as metal, the garbage in the garbage carrying box is put into the metal containing bag, and then the vacuum compression unit is controlled to carry out vacuum compression on the metal containing bag; when the garbage is identified to be plastic or paper, the crushing unit is controlled to crush the garbage in the garbage carrying box, the garbage in the garbage carrying box is put into the plastic containing bag or the paper containing bag, and then the vacuum compression unit is controlled to carry out vacuum compression on the plastic containing bag or the paper containing bag; when the garbage is identified as glass, after the garbage in the garbage carrying box is put into the glass containing bag, controlling a vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the glass containing bag; when the food residue is identified, the garbage in the garbage carrying box is thrown into the food residue containing bag, and then the vacuum compression unit is controlled to carry out vacuum compression on the food residue containing bag; wherein, when the type of the garbage in the garbage carrying box is identified as a multi-type composite, the type of the garbage is determined according to the priority of metal > glass > food residue > plastic > paper.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling a vehicle garbage classification device further includes: detecting the volume of the garbage in the storage bag; and sending out prompt information when the volume of the garbage in the storage bag detected by the volume detection unit exceeds a preset volume.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling a vehicle garbage classification device further includes: the UVC that the control set up in containing box lateral wall top disappears kills the lamp and carries out germicidal treatment to the containing box.
According to the control method of the vehicle garbage classification device, the type of garbage in the garbage carrying box is identified, the motor is controlled to drive the garbage carrying box to move, the crushing unit and the vacuum compression unit are controlled according to the type of the garbage, and the garbage in the garbage carrying box is thrown into the corresponding containing bag through the motor according to the type of the garbage. The method can store the garbage in the vehicle in a classified manner, not only can solve the problem of placing the garbage during driving, but also can improve the resource value and the economic value of the garbage.

a base, the base with the containing box passes through the buckle and connects, the base includes: the garbage bin comprises a main control unit, a classification identification unit, a crushing unit and a vacuum compression unit, wherein the main control unit is respectively connected with the classification identification unit, the crushing unit, the vacuum compression unit and the motor, the classification identification unit is used for identifying the type of garbage in the garbage carrying box, the crushing unit is used for crushing the garbage in the carrying box, the vacuum compression unit is used for carrying out vacuum compression on the containing bag, the main control unit is used for controlling the motor to drive the garbage carrying box to move, controlling the crushing unit and the vacuum compression unit according to the type of the garbage identified by the classification identification unit, and controlling the motor to put the garbage in the garbage carrying box into the corresponding containing bag according to the type of the garbage.
2. The vehicular garbage classification apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the classification recognition unit includes:
the metal detector is used for detecting whether the garbage in the garbage carrying box is metal or not;
a liquid detector for detecting a liquid level in the waste bin;
the image recognizer is used for acquiring images of the garbage in the garbage carrying box and judging the type of the garbage according to the images, wherein the type comprises the following steps: food waste, paper, plastic, glass;
and the combustible gas detector is used for detecting the content of combustible gas in the garbage carrying box.
3. The vehicle garbage sorting device according to claim 2, further comprising: a pipeline arranged on the side surface of the containing box and used for communicating the containing box and the outside of the vehicle, and an extraction device arranged in the containing box;
the main control unit is specifically configured to: when the combustible gas content in the garbage carrying box detected by the gas detector exceeds a preset content, or the liquid level in the garbage carrying box detected by the liquid detector exceeds a preset liquid level, controlling the extraction device to extract the liquid or gas in the garbage carrying box out the extraction through the pipeline;
when the metal detector identifies that the garbage is metal, after the garbage in the garbage carrying box is thrown into the metal containing bag, the vacuum compression unit is controlled to carry out vacuum compression on the metal containing bag;
when the image recognizer recognizes that the garbage is plastic or paper, controlling a crushing unit to crush the garbage in the garbage carrying box, putting the garbage in the garbage carrying box into a plastic containing bag or a paper containing bag, and controlling a vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the plastic containing bag or the paper containing bag;
when the image recognizer recognizes that the garbage is glass, after the garbage in the garbage carrying box is thrown into a glass containing bag, controlling the vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the glass containing bag;
when the image recognizer recognizes that the garbage is food residue, after the garbage in the garbage carrying box is thrown into a food residue containing bag, controlling the vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the food residue containing bag;
when the classification and identification unit identifies that the type of the garbage in the garbage carrying box is a combination of multiple types, the main control unit determines the type of the garbage according to the priority of metal > glass > food residue > plastic > paper.
4. The vehicle garbage sorting device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the prompting unit is arranged on the base;
a volume detection unit disposed in the storage bag, the volume detection unit being configured to detect a volume of the waste in the storage bag;
the main control unit is respectively connected with the prompting unit and the volume detection unit, and is also used for controlling the prompting unit to send out prompting information when the volume detection unit detects that the volume of the garbage in the storage bag exceeds a preset volume.
5. The vehicle garbage sorting device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the UVC sterilizing lamp is arranged above the side wall of the containing box, and the containing box is sterilized through the UVC sterilizing lamp.
6. A control method of the vehicular garbage classification apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
identifying the type of waste in the waste bin;
the motor is controlled to drive the garbage carrying box to move, the crushing unit and the vacuum compression unit are controlled according to the type of the garbage, and the motor is controlled to throw the garbage in the garbage carrying box into the corresponding containing bag according to the type of the garbage.
7. The method for controlling a vehicle garbage classification apparatus according to claim 6, wherein identifying a kind of garbage in the garbage box includes:
detecting whether the garbage in the garbage carrying box is metal or not;
detecting a liquid level in the waste bin;
acquiring images of the garbage in the garbage carrying box, and judging the type of the garbage according to the images, wherein the type comprises: food residues, paper, plastic, glass;
and detecting the content of combustible gas in the garbage carrying box.
8. The method for controlling a vehicle garbage classification apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising:
when the combustible gas content in the garbage carrying box exceeds the preset content or the liquid level in the garbage carrying box exceeds the preset liquid level, controlling the extraction device to extract the liquid or gas in the garbage carrying box out the extraction to the outside of the vehicle through the pipeline;
when the garbage is identified to be metal, after the garbage in the garbage carrying box is thrown into a metal containing bag, controlling the vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the metal containing bag;
when the garbage is identified to be plastic or paper, controlling a crushing unit to crush the garbage in the garbage carrying box, putting the garbage in the garbage carrying box into a plastic containing bag or a paper containing bag, and controlling a vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the plastic containing bag or the paper containing bag;
when the garbage is identified to be glass, after the garbage in the garbage carrying box is put into a glass containing bag, controlling the vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the glass containing bag;
when the garbage is identified as food residues, after the garbage in the garbage carrying box is thrown into a food residue containing bag, controlling the vacuum compression unit to carry out vacuum compression on the food residue containing bag;
wherein, when the type of the garbage in the garbage carrying box is identified as a multi-type composite, the type of the garbage is determined according to the priority of metal > glass > food residue > plastic > paper.
9. The method for controlling a vehicle garbage classification apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:
detecting the volume of the garbage in the containing bag;
and sending prompt information when the volume detection unit detects that the volume of the garbage in the storage bag exceeds a preset volume.
10. The method for controlling a vehicle garbage classification apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:
and controlling a UVC sterilizing lamp arranged above the side wall of the containing box to sterilize the containing box.
