本发明提供了一种具有伪装效果的管道,包括:内衬层;复合在所述内衬层外侧的缠绕层;复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层;所述缠绕层中包括环向缠绕和螺旋缠绕并存的增强纤维;所述增强纤维选自玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维。本发明提供的管道在各项性能保持稳定的基础上,未采用石英砂作为原材料,石英砂使用过程会产生粉尘污染,对工人身体健康产生极大影响,不使用石英砂同时对环境保护与工人健康有一定好处;并且,管道能够运用缠绕层中原材料自身颜色的不同改变管道颜色,无需通过在管道外壁上喷涂油漆的方式来改变管道本身颜色,配合缠绕层中增强纤维的缠绕结构,实现伪装效果,能够避免被外界观测勘察,可应用于特殊领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种具有伪装效果的管道及其制备方法。
背景技术
新型复合材料管道具有轻质高强、耐腐蚀性能优良、抗生锈、可修复性强、保温效果好、可设计性强等特点,目前已被广泛应用于油田、化工、运输业等。
目前,新型复合材料管道通常采用在管道外壁上喷涂油漆的方式改变管道自身颜色;但是,此种方法在一定程度上增加了生产成本,生产单根管所用时间增加,且随着使用时间的推移,表面油漆存在掉落的情况。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有伪装效果的管道及其制备方法,本发明提供的具有伪装效果的管道在各项性能保持稳定的基础上,具有伪装效果,能够避免被外界观测勘察,可应用于特殊领域。
本发明提供了一种具有伪装效果的管道,包括:
内衬层;
复合在所述内衬层外侧的缠绕层;
复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层;
所述缠绕层中包括环向缠绕和螺旋缠绕并存的增强纤维;所述增强纤维选自玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维。
优选的,所述内衬层的制作过程具体为:
开动制衬机,将聚酯薄膜缠在模具上,再将内衬层混料均匀涂在聚酯薄膜上,然后按顺序依次缠绕表面毡、针织毡和网格布,之后经加热固化,得到内衬层。
优选的,所述内衬层混料由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
乙烯基树脂100重量份;
异辛酸钴0.5重量份~0.6重量份;
过氧化甲乙酮2重量份~3重量份。
优选的,所述内衬层混料的制备方法具体为:
将乙烯基树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮在20℃~30℃、500r/min~600r/min下混合10min~20min至均匀,得到内衬层混料。
优选的,所述加热固化的温度为200℃~300℃,时间为0.5h~1h。
优选的,所述内衬层的厚度为1.2mm~1.3mm。
优选的,所述缠绕层和复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层的制作过程具体为:

在本发明中,所述聚酯薄膜采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品即可;在本发明优选的实施例中,所述聚酯薄膜的宽度为200±2mm,厚度为40±0.8μm。

本发明对所述乙烯基树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮的来源没有特殊限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品即可。在本发明优选的实施例中,所述乙烯基树脂,适用于缠绕工艺,其酸值为10±4mg/KOH,粘度(25℃)为0.3±0.2Pa·s,固体含量为57±3%,凝胶时间(25℃)为20±10min;所述异辛酸钴采用浓度为8wt%的异辛酸钴,与乙烯基树脂体系适配;所述过氧化甲乙酮25℃下活性氧含量为8%~14%,室温≤15℃时,无结晶析出,不发生混浊。
在本发明中,所述内衬层混料的制备方法优选具体为:
将乙烯基树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮在20℃~30℃、500r/min~600r/min下混合10min~20min至均匀,得到内衬层混料;
更优选为:
将乙烯基树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮在20℃~30℃(室温低于15℃时可进行加热控制温度范围)、550r/min下混合15min至均匀,得到内衬层混料。
本发明对所述表面毡、针织毡和网格布的来源没有特殊限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品即可。在本发明优选的实施例中,所述表面毡适用于缠绕工艺,其碱金属氧化物含量≤0.8%,含水率≤0.2%,树脂浸透速率<100s,宽度为200mm~300mm;所述针织毡适用于缠绕工艺,其碱金属氧化物含量≤0.8%,含水率≤0.2%,树脂浸透速率<100s,宽度为250±5mm;所述网格布适用于缠绕工艺,其单位面积质量为55g/m2,宽度为250±5mm。
在本发明中,所述加热固化的过程采用本领域技术人员熟知的固化站实现即可。在本发明中,所述加热固化的温度优选为200℃~300℃,更优选为250℃;所述加热固化的时间优选为0.5h~1h,更优选为45min。
在本发明中,所述内衬层的厚度优选为1.2mm~1.3mm。
在本发明中,所述缠绕层和复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层的制作过程优选具体为:
将用结构层混料浸透的增强纤维,按环向缠绕与螺旋缠绕相交替的顺序缠绕在内衬层上,然后在外表面缠绕聚酯薄膜,之后经加热固化,得到缠绕层和复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层;
更优选为:
将用结构层混料浸透的增强纤维排列,每根纱间隔不超过5mm;再按环向缠绕与螺旋缠绕相交替的顺序缠绕在内衬层上,然后在外表面缠绕聚酯薄膜,之后经加热固化,得到缠绕层和复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层。
在本发明中,所述结构层混料优选由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
不饱和聚酯树脂100重量份;
异辛酸钴0.05重量份~0.06重量份;
过氧化甲乙酮2重量份~4重量份;
更优选为:
不饱和聚酯树脂100重量份;
异辛酸钴0.055重量份;
过氧化甲乙酮3重量份。
本发明对所述不饱和聚酯树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮的来源没有特殊限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品即可。在本发明优选的实施例中,所述不饱和聚酯树脂为间苯型,其酸值为13±4mg/KOH,粘度(25℃)为0.3~0.4Pa·s,固体含量为61±3%,凝胶时间(25℃)为18±5min;所述异辛酸钴采用浓度为8wt%的异辛酸钴,与不饱和聚酯树脂体系适配;所述过氧化甲乙酮25℃下活性氧含量为8%~14%,室温≤15℃时,无结晶析出,不发生混浊。
在本发明中,所述结构层混料的制备方法优选具体为:
将不饱和聚酯树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮在20℃~30℃、500r/min~600r/min下混合10min~20min至均匀,得到结构层混料;
更优选为:
将不饱和聚酯树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮在20℃~30℃(室温低于15℃时可进行加热控制温度范围)、550r/min下混合15min至均匀,得到结构层混料。
在本发明中,所述缠绕层中包括环向缠绕和螺旋缠绕并存的增强纤维;在此基础上,呈现出规则的花纹状,并具有伪装效果。
在本发明中,所述增强纤维选自玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维。在本发明优选的实施例中,所述增强纤维具体为玄武岩纤维非短切粗纱和玻璃纤维非短切粗纱;其中,所述玄武岩纤维非短切粗纱的线密度为2400tex,含水率≤0.2%,可燃物含量为0.3%,单丝直径为15~18μm;所述玻璃纤维非短切粗纱的碱金属含量≤0.8%,线密度为2400tex,含水率≤0.2%,可燃物含量为0.45%,单丝直径为17μm;本发明将用结构层混料浸透的玄武岩纤维非短切粗纱和玻璃纤维非短切粗纱按(2~5):1的质量比排列,优选为17:5。
在本发明中,所述聚酯薄膜与上述技术方案中的相同,在此不再赘述。
在本发明中,所述加热固化的过程采用本领域技术人员熟知的固化站实现即可。在本发明中,所述加热固化的温度优选为200℃~300℃,更优选为250℃;所述加热固化的时间优选为0.5h~1h,更优选为45min。
在本发明中,所述缠绕层的厚度优选为9mm~10mm。
在本发明中,所述外表面层的厚度优选为30μm~50μm。
本发明提供的管道在各项性能保持稳定的基础上(根据管道内外壁所接触环境不同,内衬层与结构层采用两种性能不同的树脂,整体实现较好相互作用,从而使管道各项性能能够保持稳定),未采用石英砂作为原材料,石英砂使用过程会产生粉尘污染,对工人身体健康产生极大影响,减少制作工序的同时对环境保护与工人健康有一定好处;并且,本发明提供的管道能够运用缠绕层中原材料自身颜色的不同改变管道颜色,无需通过在管道外壁上喷涂油漆的方式来改变管道本身颜色,同时配合缠绕层中增强纤维的缠绕结构,实现伪装效果,能够避免被外界观测勘察,可应用于特殊领域。
本发明还提供了一种上述技术方案所述的具有伪装效果的管道的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)制作内衬层;
b)在内衬层外侧依次复合缠绕层和外表面层,得到具有伪装效果的管道。
在本发明中,所述制作内衬层,并进一步在内衬层外侧依次复合缠绕层和外表面层的过程采用上述技术方案中记载的内衬层的制作过程及缠绕层和复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层的制作过程进行即可,本发明在此不再赘述。同时,在得到具有伪装效果的管道之前,优选还包括:
固化完全的管道经修整、脱模得到成品;成品检验合格后入库即可。
本发明提供的制备方法工艺简单(生产工序更简单,在一定程度上提高工作效率),条件温和、易控,具有广阔的应用前景。
本发明提供了一种具有伪装效果的管道,包括:内衬层;复合在所述内衬层外侧的缠绕层;复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层;所述缠绕层中包括环向缠绕和螺旋缠绕并存的增强纤维;所述增强纤维选自玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的管道在各项性能保持稳定的基础上,未采用石英砂作为原材料,石英砂使用过程会产生粉尘污染,对工人身体健康产生极大影响,减少制作工序的同时对环境保护与工人健康有一定好处;并且,本发明提供的管道能够运用缠绕层中原材料自身颜色的不同改变管道颜色,无需通过在管道外壁上喷涂油漆的方式来改变管道本身颜色,同时配合缠绕层中增强纤维的缠绕结构,实现伪装效果,能够避免被外界观测勘察,可应用于特殊领域。
另外,本发明提供的制备方法工艺简单,条件温和、易控,具有广阔的应用前景。
为了进一步说明本发明,下面通过以下实施例进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)内衬层配方:
乙烯基树脂100kg,规格型号1166,供应商:贝特;
异辛酸钴0.55kg,浓度为8wt%,供应商:贝特;
过氧化甲乙酮2.5kg,供应商:贝特;
将上述原料混合均匀,得到内衬层混料,备用;混料桶转速为550r/min,混合时间15min,室温低于15℃时可进行加热,温度需控制在20℃~30℃。
(2)结构层配方:
不饱和聚酯树脂100kg,规格型号TM-2003,供应商:天马;
异辛酸钴0.055kg,浓度为8wt%,供应商:贝特;
过氧化甲乙酮3kg,供应商:贝特;
将上述原料混合均匀,得到结构层混料,备用;混料桶转速为550r/min,混合时间15min,室温低于15℃时可进行加热,温度需控制在20℃~30℃。
(3)管道制备方法:
①制作内衬层:开动制衬机,将聚酯薄膜缠在模具上,每圈薄膜需搭接25mm~50mm;再将上述内衬层混料(乙烯基树脂混料)均匀涂在聚酯薄膜上,无多余树脂从模具上滴落为宜;然后按顺序依次缠绕表面毡、针织毡和网格布,每圈需搭接25mm~50mm,内衬层厚度至少需达到1.2mm,制作完成后运至固化站加热固化,加热温度控制在250℃,加热时间为45min,得到固化后的内衬层。
②制作缠绕层:将用结构层混料(不饱和聚酯树脂混料)浸透的玄武岩纤维非短切粗纱和玻璃纤维非短切粗纱按17:5的质量比排列,每根纱间隔不超过5mm;再按环向缠绕与螺旋缠绕相交替的顺序将两种纤维纱缠绕在固化后的内衬层上,厚度根据实际要求确定;然后在外表面缠绕一层聚酯薄膜,制作完成后运至固化站加热固化,加热温度控制在250℃,加热时间为45min,得到固化后的缠绕层,并带有外表面层。
③固化完全的管道经修整、脱模得到成品;实物图参见图2所示。
经检测,本发明实施例1提供的管道及传统夹砂管各项性能数据参见表1所示。

由此可知,与传统复合材料管道相比,本发明提供的管道在各项性能保持稳定的基础上,未采用石英砂作为原材料,石英砂使用过程会产生粉尘污染,对工人身体健康产生极大影响,减少制作工序的同时对环境保护与工人健康有一定好处;并且,本发明提供的管道能够运用缠绕层中原材料自身颜色的不同改变管道颜色,无需通过在管道外壁上喷涂油漆的方式来改变管道本身颜色,同时配合缠绕层中纤维纱缠绕结构,实现伪装效果,能够避免被外界观测勘察,可应用于特殊领域。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有伪装效果的管道,包括:
内衬层;
复合在所述内衬层外侧的缠绕层;
复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层;
所述缠绕层中包括环向缠绕和螺旋缠绕并存的增强纤维;所述增强纤维选自玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述内衬层的制作过程具体为:
开动制衬机,将聚酯薄膜缠在模具上,再将内衬层混料均匀涂在聚酯薄膜上,然后按顺序依次缠绕表面毡、针织毡和网格布,之后经加热固化,得到内衬层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述内衬层混料由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
乙烯基树脂100重量份;
异辛酸钴0.5重量份~0.6重量份;
过氧化甲乙酮2重量份~3重量份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述内衬层混料的制备方法具体为:
将乙烯基树脂、异辛酸钴和过氧化甲乙酮在20℃~30℃、500r/min~600r/min下混合10min~20min至均匀,得到内衬层混料。
5.根据权利要求2所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述加热固化的温度为200℃~300℃,时间为0.5h~1h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述内衬层的厚度为1.2mm~1.3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述缠绕层和复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层的制作过程具体为:
将用结构层混料浸透的增强纤维,按环向缠绕与螺旋缠绕相交替的顺序缠绕在内衬层上,然后在外表面缠绕聚酯薄膜,之后经加热固化,得到缠绕层和复合在所述缠绕层外侧的外表面层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述结构层混料由包括以下组分的原料制备而成:
不饱和聚酯树脂100重量份;
异辛酸钴0.05重量份~0.06重量份;
过氧化甲乙酮2重量份~4重量份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有伪装效果的管道,其特征在于,所述缠绕层的厚度为9mm~10mm。
10.一种权利要求1~9任一项所述的具有伪装效果的管道的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)制作内衬层;
b)在内衬层外侧依次复合缠绕层和外表面层,得到具有伪装效果的管道。
