Background
With the high development of the livestock breeding industry, the breeding amount of breeding hens is increasing day by day, and various defects and problems of the traditional flat breeding mode are gradually revealed, such as low breeding density, waste of land resources, inconvenience in drinking water, difficulty in controlling feed intake, incapability of timely treating chicken manure, large amount of harmful gas and dust in the air, pathogenic microorganisms, easy breeding of parasites, disorder of chicken flocks, frequent occurrence of phenomena of piling and fighting, inconvenience in picking up eggs, high egg breaking rate and the like. Therefore, for farmers who need to improve the breeding efficiency, the improvement of the existing breeding mode and breeding concept of breeding hens is urgently needed.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the design structure of the laminated chicken cage reduces the size of a place occupied by breeding hens of the same quantity, and the whole equipment integrates feeding, manure cleaning and egg collecting, so that a brand new breeding hen breeding mode is provided, and breeding management of breeding hens is facilitated.
Optionally, a plurality of layers of first longitudinal beams and a plurality of layers of second longitudinal beams extend outwards and are fixed to two sides of the multi-layer cage respectively, each layer of first longitudinal beam comprises two first longitudinal beams which are arranged oppositely from front to back, each layer of second longitudinal beam comprises two second longitudinal beams which are arranged oppositely from front to back, and each layer of first longitudinal beam and each layer of second longitudinal beam are located on the same horizontal plane with the same layer of installation space; the end parts of the upper and lower layers of first longitudinal beams and the end parts of the upper and lower layers of second longitudinal beams are fixedly connected through upright posts respectively; the manure belt conveyor comprises a manure belt driven end transmission roller mechanism arranged on the first longitudinal beam, a manure belt driving end transmission roller mechanism arranged on the second longitudinal beam and a manure belt wound between the driven end transmission roller mechanism and the driving end transmission roller mechanism.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. In the breeding process, breeding hens are put in the chicken cage 2 and are relatively separated, the feeding amount to the trough 7 is controlled by the feeding machine 8 to realize accurate feeding, chicken manure generated in the breeding process falls onto the manure belt conveyor 3 and is conveyed and cleaned, and generated eggs are rolled by the bottom net 4 onto the egg collecting conveyor belt 6 in the egg collecting trough 5 and are conveyed and collected uniformly.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the manure belt driven end transmission roller mechanism comprises movable plates 13 which are oppositely arranged on two first longitudinal beams 10 on the same layer, a spiral roller 14 is rotatably arranged between the movable plates 13, the spiral direction of the spiral roller 14 with the middle position as a boundary and the spiral directions of the spirals on two sides are opposite, an anti-deviation guide wheel 15 is arranged on the movable plate 13 and is positioned below the spiral roller 14, the manure belt bypasses the spiral roller 14 from top to bottom, a return section manure belt positioned on the lower side of the spiral roller 14 and the anti-deviation guide wheels 15 on two sides are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the side edge of the return section manure belt is abutted against the wheel surface of the anti-deviation guide wheel 15; a support plate 16 is arranged on the movable plate 13 below the deviation-preventing guide wheel 15, the support plate 16 is of a Z-shaped upward bending structure, and the top surface of the support plate 16 is attached to the bottom surface of the return segment manure belt.
In implementation, the fecal belt driven end driving roller mechanism further comprises a screw 17 rotatably arranged between the upright columns 12 at two ends of the first longitudinal beam 10, the top of the movable plate 13 is provided with a groove 18 used for being hung on the first longitudinal beam 10, a vertical plate 19 is arranged on the outer side surface of the movable plate 13, the vertical plate 19 is perpendicular to the movable plate 13, a through hole used for the screw 17 to pass through is formed in the vertical plate 19, a nut 20 is fixed at the through hole on the vertical plate 19, and the nut 20 is in threaded fit with the screw 17.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the driving end transmission roller mechanism of the dung belt comprises a driving roller 21 which is rotatably arranged on two second longitudinal beams 11 on the same layer, the dung belt bypasses the driving roller 21 from bottom to top, a pressing roller 22 is arranged on the two second longitudinal beams 11 on the same layer and outside the driving roller 21, a dung cleaning device 23 is arranged on the two second longitudinal beams 11 on the same layer and below the dung belt in the return stroke section in a crossing manner, referring to fig. 7, the dung cleaning device 23 comprises a dung scraping groove 24 arranged on the second longitudinal beams 11, dung scraping knives 25 are arranged on two opposite side edges at the top of the dung scraping groove 24, the top edges of the dung scraping knives 25 are attached to the bottom surface of the dung belt in the return stroke section, and dung leaking long holes 26 are formed in the bottom surface of the dung scraping groove 24. Each driving roller 21 can be driven by a speed reducing motor, and the speed reducing motor and each driving roller 21 are driven by a gear chain transmission structure.

Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the feeder 8 comprises a moving trolley 36 arranged on a guide rail, feeding tanks 37 are arranged above the troughs 7 on two sides of the moving trolley 36, the bottom of each feeding tank 37 is provided with feeding grooves 38 with the same number as that of the troughs 7 on one side, feeding gears 39 are arranged in the feeding grooves 38, and the bottom of each feeding groove 38 is provided with a feeding pipe 9 communicated to the upper part of one trough 7; in the implementation, the feeding gears 39 on the same side are sleeved on a rotating shaft, and the rotating shafts on the two sides are driven by a speed reducing motor to realize the synchronous rotation of the feeding gears 39; the end of each feeding pipe 40 can be provided with a 30-degree material flowing angle to ensure that no material is stored.
