the actuating mechanism comprises a rotary drum (5), the rotary drum (5) is parallel to the discharging pipe (3), the rotary drum (5) is positioned above the discharging pipe (3), both ends of the rotary drum (5) are sealed and fixedly provided with support rings (6), the support rings (6) are coaxially arranged with the rotary drum (5), rotating pipes (7) are arranged in the two support rings (6), the rotating pipes (7) are movably and hermetically penetrated on the shell (1), one ends of the rotating pipes (7) are sealed and fixedly inserted into annular holes of the support rings (6), one side, close to the discharging pipe (3), of the shell (1) is provided with a fixed box (8), the two rotating pipes (7) are connected with the shell (1) through first bearings (9), one rotating pipe (7) is inserted into a driving box (28), the other rotating pipe (7) is inserted into the fixed box (8), a transmission assembly is arranged in the driving box (28), one rotating pipe (7) is inserted into the driving box (28) and is connected with the rotating assemblies (5) along the plurality of actuating assemblies, and the rotating assemblies are distributed along the rotating direction of the rotating assemblies (5;
the supercharging assembly comprises a movable disc (21) and a plurality of air cylinders (22), wherein the movable disc (21) is positioned in a rotating tube (7), the movable disc (21) is in sliding and sealing connection with the rotating tube (7), the air cylinders (22) are uniformly distributed circumferentially by taking the axis of the rotating tube (7) as the center, the cylinder body of each air cylinder (22) is fixedly connected with a shell (1), the piston of each air cylinder (22) is connected with the movable disc (21), and the air cylinders (22) drive the movable disc (21) to move along the axis direction of the rotary drum (5);
the execution assembly comprises a plurality of execution units which are uniformly distributed circumferentially by taking the axis of the rotary drum (5) as the center;
the execution unit comprises a guide pipe (10) and a mounting hole (11), wherein the mounting hole (11) is formed in the rotary drum (5), one end of the guide pipe (10) is sealed and fixedly inserted into the mounting hole (11), the other end of the guide pipe (10) is positioned in the rotary drum (5), the axis of the guide pipe (10) is perpendicular to the axis of the rotary drum (5), a blade (12) is arranged in the guide pipe (10), the blade (12) is slidably and hermetically connected with the inner wall of the guide pipe (10), a movable rod (13) is fixedly arranged at one end, close to the axis of the rotary drum (5), of the blade (12), a supporting block (14) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the guide pipe (10), the movable rod (13) movably penetrates through the supporting block (14), the blade (12) abuts against the supporting block (14), and the movable rod (13) is connected with the supporting block (14) through a spring (29).

the pushing assembly comprises a pushing rod (24), a fixing block (25), a connecting rod (26) and a transmission rod (27), wherein the pushing rod (24) is vertically arranged, one end of the pushing rod (24) is fixedly arranged on the scraping rod (23), the fixing block (25) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the shell (1), the pushing rod (24) movably penetrates through the fixing block (25), the transmission rod (27) is parallel to the discharging pipe (3), the transmission rod (27) is movably and hermetically penetrated on the shell (1), one end of the transmission rod (27) is fixedly connected with the movable disc (21), and the other end of the transmission rod (27) is hinged to one end, far away from the scraping rod (23), of the pushing rod (24) through the connecting rod (26).
