Background
In the power grid industry, equipment wire clamps in a transformer substation often cause bolts to loosen due to factors such as surface oxidation, external force traction, untight crimping and the like, so that the connection parts of the wire clamps generate heat; if the heating condition is not processed in time, the heating condition is aggravated to develop into a critical defect, and the conditions of equipment heating damage and power grid safe operation damage are certainly generated; particularly, when critical defects are in the nighttime, urgent repair must be performed at night, and the working danger of operating personnel is increased rapidly. Therefore, at the initial stage of heating of the equipment wire clamp, live fastening is carried out on the bolt of the wiring board, so that the problem is solved in time, serious heating deterioration damage to equipment is avoided, and the power failure times are reduced; the device has a simple structure and is fast to implement, but in the using process, as only one end of the single insulating rod is used for fastening the bolt, the bolt cannot be fastened under the condition that the nut rotates; in addition, the bolts horizontally arranged face to face, and need to be horizontally arranged at the same height, so that the use difficulty and danger in field use are increased; the working process of the combination of the single insulating rod and the turning gear set comprises the following steps of fixing one end of a screw by utilizing the single insulating rod and the turning gear set, and rotating the driving wheel to drive the fastening screw of the driven wheel; the device can change the fastening direction, saves labor in operation and has good fastening effect, but because the gear set can only fix the screw at one end and can only fasten the bolt in the vertical direction, when the nut and the screw rotate together, the gear set can not be fastened; therefore, it is necessary to provide a bolt fastening device with a reasonable structure, a good fastening effect, and a good adaptability to various different conditions.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the electrified bolt fastening device which is reasonable in structure, good in fastening effect and suitable for fastening bolts under various different conditions.

The connecting frame is arranged in a rotating mode relative to the connecting hole, and the lug on the connecting frame can prevent the adjustable wrench from falling off.
A lock ring is arranged on the horseshoe lock, and a first insulating rod and a second insulating rod are arranged in the lock ring.
The length of the limiting pin can meet the maximum displacement limit of the wrench plate teeth, and the limiting pin is connected with the limiting nut through threads.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the first sleeve wrench and the hexagon wrench which can rotate are arranged on the first insulating rod, so that bolts in the horizontal direction can be fastened, the second insulating rod is pushed, the monkey wrench can be driven to rotate, the monkey wrench can drive the first sleeve wrench or the hexagon wrench to rotate for fastening the bolts, the monkey wrench is connected with the hexagon wrench through the limiting pin and the limiting nut, and meanwhile, the monkey wrench can be taken down from the hexagon wrench; the bolt fastening device has the advantages of reasonable structure, good fastening effect and suitability for fastening bolts under various different conditions.
