Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of serious dust pollution in the cleaning process, fussy manual cleaning, inconvenience and low efficiency in the prior art, and provides an automatic dust-free cleaning device for a bottom support mould of a concrete drain pipe so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.

the dust removing mechanism comprises a scraping brush support arm which horizontally rotates through a driving part, two ends of the scraping brush support arm are provided with hairbrushes used for scraping and brushing a cork base mould, the hairbrushes are movably connected with two ends of the scraping brush support arm through a sliding mechanism,
the dust absorption mechanism comprises a draught fan communicated with the bag-type dust collector,
the driving part and the induced draft fan are respectively and electrically connected with the electric controller.
In order to play a certain buffering and fine adjustment role, a transmission disc in transmission connection with the driving part is arranged on an output shaft of the driving part, the transmission disc is in transmission connection with a driven disc arranged on the scraping brush support arm through a plurality of connecting rods, one end of each connecting rod is fixedly connected with the transmission disc or the driven disc, the other end of each connecting rod is movably inserted into the driven disc or the transmission disc through a nut, and a reset spring sleeved on the connecting rod is arranged between the transmission disc and the driven disc.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the horizontal position and the height position of the hairbrush, the sliding mechanism comprises a first adjusting screw rod which is arranged at the two ends of the scraping brush support arm and arranged along the length direction of the scraping brush support arm, a moving seat which is connected with the first adjusting screw rod in a transverse sliding mode is arranged on the first adjusting screw rod, and a second adjusting screw rod which is connected with the hairbrush in a vertical sliding mode is arranged on the moving seat.

In order to improve the negative pressure dust collection effect, a rubber curtain is arranged at the bottom edge of the shell.
In order to facilitate flexible movement, the bottom end of the shell is provided with universal wheels.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following technical effects:
firstly, the mode of manual clearance by traditional manual is improved to automatic clearance, and the operation is convenient labour saving more.
Secondly, the dust that produces during the clearance can directly be adsorbed and handled, and the dust can not leak the polluted environment outward.
Thirdly, the work efficiency is improved obviously, the cleaning time of each bottom support die is about 2 minutes, even if the whole work flow of loading and unloading is calculated, the time is about 3 minutes, the work efficiency is improved by one time, and the bottom support die can be well matched with the production progress.

the dust removing mechanism comprises a scraping and brushing support arm 16 which horizontally rotates through a driving part 11, two ends of the scraping and brushing support arm 16 are provided with a brush 14 for scraping and brushing a bottom support mould 15, the scraping and brushing support arm 16 rotates under the driving of the driving part 11, the brush 14 is movably connected with two ends of the scraping and brushing support arm 16 through a sliding mechanism 13, the scraping and brushing support arm 16 drives the brush 14 to rotate so as to scrape and brush the bottom support mould 15 to remove concrete dust on the surface,
