The second driving gear 16 is driven to rotate by the second driving motor 14, and the rotating table 2 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the second driving gear 16, so that the mechanical arm 3 and the top seat 6 rotate by taking the Z axis as a rotating center, and the spraying directions of the first spraying mechanism and the second spraying mechanism are adjusted.
When the second spraying mechanism is matched in the matching groove 7 in a C-shaped manner, the spraying equipment takes the top seat 6 as a main spraying working point, and the spraying equipment works in a mode of carrying out single spraying or a plurality of spraying combinations by using spray heads on the first spraying mechanism and the second spraying mechanism; the top seat 6 is driven by the mechanical arm 3 to move on a plane formed by YZ shafts, and the top seat 6 can be driven by the rotating table 2 to have multi-angle adjustment capability, so that the spraying work of the automobile shell can be completed from multiple angles.
The first connecting plate 20 is pushed through the air cylinder 35, so that the first connecting plate 20 swings outwards by taking a rotating shaft on the fixed block 36 as a center, and the first spraying mechanism swings outwards integrally; when the cylinder 35 pushes the first connecting plate 20, the sliding column 39 slides in the sliding groove, so that the driving end of the cylinder 35 can drive the first connecting plate 20 to be turned outwards; when the first spraying mechanism is perpendicular to one side wall surface of the top base 6, the first swing motor 26 drives the first connecting arm 24 to swing, so that the position of the second nozzle 23 close to the through hole 34 on the YZ axis plane is adjusted, the spraying angle is adjusted, meanwhile, the second swing motor 27 can drive the second driving gear 16 and the third driving gear 30 to rotate, and the transmission action of the second driving gear 16 and the third driving gear 30 and the second driving gear 31 and the third driving gear 33 on the first connecting arm 24 drives the rest of the second nozzles 23 to adjust the position of the YZ axis plane; the second spraying mechanism can form a whole shape of a straight line, an arc or a broken line by adjusting the position of the second nozzle 23 on a YZ axis plane, thereby being suitable for different automobile production spraying requirements.
