Disclosure of Invention
The application is a special vehicle discernment traffic mediation system based on target identification, and when special vehicle passed through the traffic crossing, the system can discern special vehicle direction of travel to control traffic signal director, real-time control traffic signal lamp function, but the universal application is in various special vehicles on duty.
In one aspect of the present application, a traffic grooming system is provided, comprising:
the audio processing module is arranged at an entrance of each traffic path and used for acquiring and processing vehicle audio information entering each traffic path, wherein the vehicle audio information comprises special vehicle audio signals;
the target recognition analysis processing module is connected with the audio processing module, is arranged at an inlet of each traffic path, acquires and analyzes real-time road condition image information of the special vehicle entering each traffic path after recognizing the audio information of the special vehicle, wherein the real-time road condition image information comprises vehicle type and license plate information, and forms a special vehicle traffic signal scheduling scheme when the special vehicle is in an on-duty state;
the traffic signal lamp control module sends corresponding scheduling signals to the traffic signal lamps of each traffic path according to the special vehicle traffic signal scheduling scheme;
the special vehicle is a vehicle for performing a special task, and the special vehicle comprises at least one of an ambulance, a police car and a fire truck.
The special vehicle comprises a vehicle which is regulated or approved by a country and is performing a special task, and the special vehicle comprises at least one of an ambulance, a police vehicle, a fire truck, an engineering ambulance and the like.
The special vehicles also comprise ordinary vehicles which are recorded by local traffic police departments and are used for emergency travel.
Optionally, the audio processing module comprises:
the audio receiving unit is used for receiving vehicle audio information on each traffic path;
and the audio processing unit is used for comparing the received vehicle audio information with pre-stored special vehicle audio information and starting the target recognition analysis processing module when the received vehicle audio information is consistent with the pre-stored special vehicle audio information.
Optionally, the target recognition analysis processing module includes:
the video acquisition unit is used for acquiring the image information of the special vehicles on each traffic path after the audio processing module identifies the audio information of the special vehicles;
the video target processing unit is used for identifying the acquired image information of the special vehicle, determining whether the special vehicle in the image information is in a duty state and the vehicle running direction, and generating a special vehicle traffic signal scheduling scheme for adjusting traffic signals at the intersection of a traffic path;
and the method for identifying the acquired image information of the special vehicle is at least one of target classification, target identification and image character extraction.
Optionally, the video target processing unit identifies the acquired image information of the special vehicle, acquires license plate information, compares the license plate information with pre-stored license plate information of the special vehicle, and identifies whether the special vehicle is a special vehicle.
In another aspect of the present application, a method of traffic grooming is provided, the method comprising:
acquiring vehicle audio information of each traffic route, identifying the special vehicle audio information, acquiring and analyzing image information of the special vehicles entering each traffic route, and generating a traffic signal scheduling scheme when the special vehicles are confirmed and in a duty state;
or the method comprises: when the special vehicle is an ordinary vehicle which is recorded by a local traffic police department and is going out emergently, acquiring image information of a traffic path where the special vehicle is located according to pre-stored license plate information of the special vehicle, and generating a traffic signal scheduling scheme;
the method adopts the traffic dispersion system.
Optionally, the acquiring the vehicle audio information of each traffic route specifically includes:
the vehicle audio information of each traffic path is acquired and compared with the special vehicle audio information prestored in the audio processing module, and whether a special vehicle enters each traffic path is judged;
optionally, after the audio information of the special vehicles is identified, the audio processing module outputs a confirmation signal, activates the target identification analysis processing module, and acquires and analyzes the image information of the special vehicles entering each traffic path;
wherein the confirmation signal is a special vehicle audio confirmation signal.
Optionally, the method of determining whether the vehicle is a special vehicle includes: comparing the vehicle contour information in the acquired image information with a vehicle model prestored in the target recognition analysis processing module, and judging whether the vehicle is a special vehicle;
the method for judging whether the special vehicle is in the duty state comprises the following steps: and identifying the working state and the driving direction of the special vehicle according to the image information.
Optionally, the method of determining whether it is a special vehicle further includes: and comparing the acquired license plate information with license plate information prestored in the module, and judging whether the vehicle is a special vehicle.
Optionally, the traffic signal light scheduling scheme includes:
when the traffic dispersion system detects that special vehicles pass through each traffic route, the time of a traffic signal lamp is dynamically adjusted according to the obtained special vehicle information;
when the special vehicle is in a traffic path with a road jam or the special vehicle is in the identification range of the target identification analysis processing module, adjusting a traffic signal lamp, and prolonging the time on the basis of the original passing time until the special vehicle passes through the traffic path;
optionally, the driving direction of the special vehicle is judged according to the driving lane of the special vehicle, and the traffic condition of the traffic path in the driving direction is dynamically dredged.
In yet another aspect of the present application, an electronic device is provided, which includes a video capture device, an audio capture device, and a processor configured to execute the above-mentioned method via execution of the executable instructions
Based on the current target detection technology, when a special vehicle passes through an intersection, the system firstly monitors the special siren sound of the special vehicle on duty, and after the system identifies the siren sound, the system activates the target identification analysis processing module to start detecting the vehicles at the intersection in different directions.
When private vehicles going out in emergency do not have special audio signals to activate the dispersion system, license plate information is stored in the traffic dispersion system in advance after being recorded by a traffic department, the traffic dispersion system is activated, image information of a traffic path where the vehicles are located is obtained, and a traffic signal scheduling scheme is generated.
The beneficial effects that this application can produce include:
1) the special vehicle traffic dispersion system that this application provided, when special vehicle was through the traffic crossing, special vehicle direction of travel can be discerned to the system to control traffic signal director, real-time control traffic signal lamp function can be generally applied to various special vehicles on duty.
2) The system can integrate the audio processing system, the video target processing system and the traffic signal lamp control system on one development board, so that the cost is saved, and the data transmission processing efficiency is improved.

The present application will be described in detail with reference to examples, but the present application is not limited to these examples.
Examples
As an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the special vehicle traffic grooming system includes a special audio signal receiving and processing device, a target recognition and analysis processing device, and a traffic signal lamp control device;
the special audio signal receiving and processing device comprises an audio receiver and an audio processing system;
the target recognition analysis processing device comprises a camera and a video target processing system;
the traffic light control device comprises a traffic light control system.
The special audio signal receiving and processing device, the target recognition analysis processing device and the traffic signal lamp control device are integrated on a development board, are arranged at the entrance of each traffic path and are used for collecting vehicle information on each traffic path.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic view of a work flow of a traffic dispersion system for a special vehicle, an audio receiver and a video collector (camera) transmit collected signals to a data processing device including an audio processing unit and a video target processing unit, and the signals are processed and analyzed and then output to a signal control device (traffic signal lamp control device) to control traffic lights and disperse traffic.
As shown in fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of a specific work flow of a special vehicle traffic grooming system, an audio receiver receives audio information of vehicles on each path, the received audio signal is input to an audio processing system, and compared with a pre-stored special audio signal to determine whether a special audio standard exists, if so, an output signal activates a target recognition analysis processing device, a camera is started, and information of the special vehicles on each path is collected; if not, the target recognition analysis processing device is not activated, and the audio receiver continues to receive the audio information of the vehicles on each path.
The camera collects information of special vehicles on each path, including vehicle type, warning light, license plate information and the like; the vehicle type information is compared with a budget special vehicle model, and if the vehicle type information is the special vehicle model, whether the vehicle type information is in an execution state is judged according to the state of the warning lamp; and if the vehicle is not the special vehicle, the audio acquisition and comparison are continued.
And if the collected special vehicle is in the duty state, forming a traffic signal lamp scheduling scheme according to the driving direction in the image, outputting signals, adjusting the time of the traffic signal lamp and dredging traffic.
