Abstract

The device comprises a clamp body, a positioning mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a drill plate mechanism; the clamp body is a support body of a base structure and consists of a bottom plate which is horizontally arranged and a vertical plate which is fixedly connected with the bottom plate and vertically arranged; the clamping structure, the positioning mechanism and the drill plate mechanism are arranged on a bottom plate or a vertical plate of the clamp body; the positioning mechanism comprises a supporting and positioning device and a centering device; the clamping mechanism comprises a transverse clamping mechanism and a vertical clamping mechanism, and is an adjustable screw rod clamping device; the drilling template mechanism consists of a drilling template and a drill bushing arranged on the drilling template in a through hole structure. The clamp takes the side frame spring bearing table surface as a positioning reference, and realizes automatic centering of the side frame through the automatic centering mechanism of the side frame central guide frame, thereby solving the manufacturing technical problems of high requirements on the symmetrical accuracy and the hole distance of holes at two sides of the side frame relative to the lateral center of the side frame; the drill jig plate and the clamp body adopt a bolt connection structure, so that the drill jig plate and the clamp body are convenient to detach and transform.

the clamping mechanism comprises a transverse clamping mechanism and a vertical clamping mechanism, and is an adjustable screw clamping device which is arranged on two sides of the bottom plate or the vertical plate and used for horizontally and vertically clamping and fixing the side frame;
the drilling template mechanism consists of a drilling template and a drill bushing arranged on the drilling template in a through hole structure, and is arranged on two sides of the supporting and positioning device on the vertical plate and used for positioning a drilled hole.
And the supporting and positioning device comprises a positioning plate provided with a plurality of positioning round pins, the positioning plate is fixed at the upper end of the middle part of the vertical plate through a supporting plate vertically fixed on the surface of the vertical plate, and the plurality of positioning round pins are fixed on the surface of the positioning plate to form a positioning array for limiting and fixing the bottom cross beam of the side frame central guide frame.
The centering device is composed of a base, a guide block, a supporting block, symmetrically arranged movable nuts and transmission shafts of the movable nuts; the base is fixed in the horizontal center of riser, support positioner below, bottom plate surface center fixed support block, and transmission shaft middle part and support block normal running fit, both ends are provided with the screw thread that turns to opposite respectively, and the cover is equipped with synchronous flexible removal nut on the screw thread of both ends, and each removal nut both sides all are provided with the guide block that is fixed in the bottom plate surface.

And the two groups of vertical clamping mechanisms are respectively fixed on two sides of the vertical plate and used for vertically clamping and fixing the side frame, and each vertical clamping mechanism comprises a vertical positioning pin and a vertical clamping screw matched with the vertical positioning pin.
Four sets of drill templates comprising drill sleeves are arranged on the drill template mechanism, and the four sets of drill templates are respectively fixed at the drilling positions of the fixed and positioned upper side frames of the vertical plates.
The clamp is used for drilling the mounting holes of the rubber pile of the side frame of the railway freight car, realizes the automatic centering of the side frame by taking the table surface of a spring bearing of the side frame as a positioning reference and through the automatic centering mechanism of the central guide frame of the side frame, and better solves the technical problems of high requirements on the symmetrical accuracy and the hole distance of the holes at two sides of the side frame relative to the transverse center of the side frame. Meanwhile, the drill jig plate and the clamp body are in a bolt connection structure, so that the drill jig plate is convenient to disassemble and transform, and is suitable for drilling requirements of different side frames.

The fixture body 1 is mainly formed by assembling and welding a vertical plate 16 and a bottom plate 19 and is used for fixing the side frame 4. A transverse clamping mechanism is arranged on the vertical plate 16 and consists of a transverse clamping screw 11 and a matched transverse positioning pin 17, so that the side frame 4 is positioned and clamped transversely; the bottom plate 19 is also provided with a vertical clamping mechanism which is composed of a vertical clamping screw 12 and a matched vertical positioning pin 18 and realizes the vertical positioning and clamping of the side frame 4.
The supporting and positioning device 2 is arranged in the middle of the clamp body 1 and used for supporting the side frame 4 and vertically positioning, the supporting and positioning device 2 comprises a positioning plate 22 and a positioning round pin 21, the positioning plate 22 and the supporting plate 13 are fixed on the clamp body 1 in a welding mode, and the positioning round pin 22 is connected with the positioning plate 21 through threads of the positioning round pin and is lifted up and down.
The centering mechanism 3 is arranged below the supporting and positioning device 2, is fixed on the clamp body 1 through a bolt and a centering mechanism connecting plate 14 and is used for longitudinal automatic centering of the side frame. The automatic centering mechanism 3 is composed of a moving nut 31, a transmission shaft 32, a supporting block 33, a guide block 34 and a base 35. One side of the two sides of the transmission shaft 32 is provided with a left-handed trapezoidal thread, and the other side is provided with a right-handed trapezoidal thread, so that the movable nuts 31 connected with the transmission shaft can simultaneously, at the same speed and in reverse direction according to a fixed route under the guidance of the guide block 34, and the side frame 4 can realize longitudinal automatic centering in the clamping process.
The drilling template mechanisms 5 are arranged on two sides of the clamp body 1, are used for drilling side frame rubber pile mounting holes, consist of drilling templates 51 and drill bushings 52, and are fixed on two sides of the clamp body 1 through bolts together with the drilling template connecting plates 15.
When a side frame rubber pile mounting hole is drilled, a hoisting device is adopted to hoist the side frame 4 to be drilled on the supporting and positioning device 2 of the device, and then a crowbar is used to rotate the automatic centering mechanism 3, so that the movable nuts 31 at two sides of the automatic centering mechanism 3 are respectively contacted with the side column surfaces at two sides of the central guide frame of the side frame 4. And then, a crowbar is used for rotating the transverse clamping screw rod 11 and the vertical clamping screw rod 12 at the two sides of the clamp body 1 to clamp and fix the side frame 4 on the clamp, and finally, a radial drill drilling machine is used for machining a side frame rubber pile mounting hole.
After drilling is completed, the transverse clamping screws 11 and the vertical clamping screws 12 on the two sides of the clamp body 1 are loosened, and then the side frame 4 is lifted away from the drilling clamp by adopting hoisting equipment.

the positioning mechanism comprises a supporting and positioning device and a centering device; the supporting and positioning device is arranged at the upper end of the middle part of the vertical plate and consists of a plurality of positioning round pins, and the plurality of positioning round pins are combined and used for supporting a bottom cross beam of the side frame central guide frame and realizing vertical height positioning; the centering device is arranged at the transverse center of the vertical plate and below the supporting and positioning device, consists of a screw mechanism which can be synchronously stretched inwards and outwards in a bidirectional way and is used for centering two sides of the central guide frame of the side frame through synchronous pushing;
the clamping mechanism comprises a transverse clamping mechanism and a vertical clamping mechanism, and is an adjustable screw clamping device which is arranged on two sides of the bottom plate or the vertical plate and used for horizontally and vertically clamping and fixing the side frame;
the drilling template mechanism consists of a drilling template and a drill bushing arranged on the drilling template in a through hole structure, is arranged on two sides of the supporting and positioning device on the vertical plate and is used for positioning a drilled hole.
