背景技术
拉伸膜用于对各个物品、比如堆放在货板上的袋进行烧结和包装。所述物品在此用拉伸膜来包缠,使得所述物品借助于自附着的伸拉膜来彼此连接。已经证实的是,伸拉膜的边缘经常是在包缠和包装的期间引起断膜的起点。在伸拉膜卷的边缘或者棱边处的损坏可能使所述伸拉膜卷不能用。如果伸拉膜的卷绕完毕的卷违反操作规程地被运送或者落到地上,那比如就会产生这样的损坏。
已知的是,在卷到卷筒上之前通过对于边缘的翻折或者折叠所述伸拉膜相对于损坏变得更具抵抗力并且后来出现的撕断较少。不过,对于边缘的翻折也会导致以下情况,即:在棱边笔直地缠卷薄膜卷时会产生棱边堆积,所述棱边堆积同样让薄膜卷变得不能用。因此,在翻折棱边时,需要将薄膜的边缘彼此错开地卷在卷筒上。这比如能够通过卷轴的侧向振荡来进行。

对于已知的卷绕装置来说,折叠单元直接布置在刀的后面并且机械地与所述刀耦合。为了对棱边进行折叠而使用折叠单元,所述折叠单元将相邻的薄膜幅面的两条对置的棱边一起翻折。在此已观察到,在所述薄膜上可能产生折皱,所述折皱本身可能对薄膜的功能产生影响。
发明内容
以此为出发点,本发明的任务是,提供一种卷绕装置,所述卷绕装置能够尽可能无折皱地卷起具有被翻折的棱边的材料幅面。
