The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to the attached drawings 1-5 and 7 of the specification, asphalt is poured into the stirring box 2 by opening the box cover 4, the box cover 4 is covered again, then the pushing handle 40 is pushed, the pushing device moves forward, the motor 3 is started by operating the controller 41, the rotating shaft 5 is further driven, the stirring rod 6, the connecting shaft 7, the stirring blades 8 and the first gear 9 are driven to move synchronously, the first gear 9 rotates by matching with the toothed ring 10, the stirring blades 8 are driven to stir the asphalt, the stirring effect is better by double stirring, the heating rod 44 is started to heat the asphalt, the asphalt is heated uniformly under the stirring effect, the asphalt is kept in a liquid state, the asphalt solidification condition is avoided, the first belt pulley 11 is driven by the rotating shaft 5, the second belt pulley 13 is driven by the first belt 12 to rotate, thereby driving the first transmission shaft 14 and the second gear 15 to rotate, driving the driving frame 16 to reciprocate under the matching action of the teeth 19, the connecting rod 17 and the supporting rod 18, thereby driving the pull rod 21 to pull or push the cleaning rod 20 to swing around the fixed column in the cleaning groove 22 by a certain angle, simultaneously driving the brush 23 to clean the road to be repaired, cleaning out dust, starting the dust collector 24, sucking and collecting the dust into the dust collection box 25 through the dust collection pipe 26 and the dust hood 27, then starting the water pump 37, sucking out asphalt in the stirring box 2 through the inlet pipe 38 and discharging and irrigating the asphalt through the discharge pipe 39 onto the road to be repaired, and the device can avoid asphalt solidification, improve the adhesion between the asphalt and the road, and ensure that the adhesion between the asphalt and the road is firmer;
further, referring to fig. 1-3, 6 and 7 of the specification, the main gear 29 is driven by the shaft 5, so that power is transmitted to the second transmission shaft 28 through the second pinion 42, and then the third belt pulley 30 is driven, so that power is transmitted to the fourth belt pulley 32 through the second belt pulley 31, and then the drum shaft 33 and the rolling drum 34 are driven to rotate, the rolling drum 34 rolls and flattens the cast asphalt, so that adhesion between the asphalt and the road is firmer, and asphalt particles adhered to the surface of the rolling drum 34 are scraped by the scraper 35, so that the compaction flatness for repairing the damage is higher.
