Embodiment one:
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a shoulder armor 10 is worn on a shoulder portion of a human body. The shoulder armor is covered on the upper part of the trunk, and is an armor structure, namely the shoulder armor is made of materials with enough rigidity, such as plastics, carbon fibers and the like. The side 11 of the shoulder armor facing the human body is an open end, the shoulder armor is provided with a shoulder armor hole 12 for penetrating out arms, and the shoulder armor can be conveniently worn on the upper part of the shoulder and the trunk on one side of the body.
The shoulder armor comprises a left shoulder armor and a right shoulder armor, the left shoulder armor is worn on the left side of the human body, the right shoulder armor is worn on the right side of the human body, and the left shoulder armor and the right shoulder armor are of symmetrical and identical structures. In the drawings in this embodiment, the left shoulder armor is taken as an example.
Shoulder armor covers the shoulder, side ribs and collarbone of human body. The lower part of the shoulder armor corresponds to the upper abdomen, the lower part of the shoulder armor is provided with a tightening belt 13 which is connected with nylon 17 sticking buckles, and the tightening belt encircles the upper abdomen to tighten the shoulder armor on the human body. The shoulder armor is hollow-out structure relative to the parts of the front chest and the back chest so as to avoid affecting the normal respiratory function of the lung.
The shoulder nail extends to the other side of the human body on the front side as shown in fig. 3 (14) to improve the compression effect on the side of the neck and avoid the influence on the front of the neck.
As shown in fig. 4, the shoulder strap acts to support the pressing body and to press the neck, so that the shoulder strap mainly receives three kinds of forces, namely, a lateral force F1, a back force F2, a lateral torque R1, and a back torque R2, when the pressing body is supported.
The main parts of the shoulder nail which are contacted and fixed with the human body comprise a lower edge 1A, a collarbone edge 1B, a neck side edge 1C and an armpit edge 1D. The shoulder strap 13 is worn on the human body, and the shoulder strap obtains a lateral supporting force G1 in the medial and lateral directions of the lower edge 1A, and a supporting force G2 in the front and lateral directions of the lower edge is obtained in the front and lateral areas of the lower edge due to the supporting action of the upper abdomen of the human body, and a supporting force G3 in the rear and lateral directions of the lower edge is obtained in the rear and lateral areas of the lower edge, and at the same time, a proper downward vertical supporting force G4 is obtained due to the tightening strap encircling the upper abdomen (or lower rib). In the region of the collarbone rim 1B and thereabout, the shoulder nail acquires a supporting force G5 in the direction of the outer anterior side. In the neck-side edge 1 and the vicinity C, the shoulder nail obtains a supporting force G6 in the outward direction. In the armpit 1D, the shoulder armor obtains a supporting force G7 directed outward from the body and a vertical supporting force G8 directed downward.
The lateral supporting force G6 of the shoulder armor at the cervical side and the lateral supporting force G7 at the armpit side can balance the lateral acting force F1 born by the shoulder armor, the lateral supporting force G5 of the shoulder armor at the collarbone side can balance the back acting force F2 born by the shoulder armor, the lateral supporting force G1 of the shoulder armor at the lower edge 1A can balance the lateral torque R1 born by the shoulder armor, and the back supporting force G3 of the shoulder armor at the rear end of the lower edge can balance the back acting force R2 born by the shoulder armor. Therefore, the shoulder pad can stably support the pressing body, and pressure is generated on the neck.

The shoulder pad is provided with a front support hole 15 provided at a position of the shoulder pad facing the front side of the human body and a side support hole 16 provided at a position of the shoulder pad corresponding to the shoulder of the human body. For convenient use, the shoulder armor may be provided with a plurality of front support holes and side support holes, in this embodiment, two front support holes and two side support holes are provided, the front support holes and the side support holes are square holes, and the square holes may be square holes, hexagonal holes or square holes with more ribs.
Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 5 to 8, a neck compression hemostasis device includes a shoulder armor 10 according to an embodiment, and a compression body for compressing a side neck or a rear neck is provided on the shoulder armor.
In this embodiment, the pressing body is an elastic pressing piece 20, and the elastic pressing piece is made of a material having good elasticity, such as plastic or metal material having elasticity. The elastic pressing piece is provided with a pressing piece mounting rod 21, and is connected with the mounting rod 21 through a scroll spring section 22 at the heel.
The elastic pressing piece is mounted on the shoulder pad through a front support hole 15 or a side support hole 16 of the shoulder pad, and the front support hole and the side support hole of the shoulder pad are square holes. The root of the pressing piece mounting rod is provided with a mounting joint 40, the elastic pressing piece is mounted in the front supporting hole or the side supporting hole through the mounting joint, and the mounting joint is a square shaft corresponding to the front supporting hole and the side supporting hole of the shoulder armor. The mounting tab 40 is inserted into the front support hole or the side support hole, which can prevent the rotation of the presser mounting bar, so that the elastic presser foot maintains the pressing force against the neck. The compression force of the elastic compression plate 20 on the neck portion can be adjusted by rotating the compression plate mounting lever through the elastic deformation of the heel spiral spring section 22.
In this embodiment, for example, as shown in fig. 6, when a wound is formed on the right side of the neck of a wounded person and bleeding is continued, the wound is first covered with a hemostatic material 50, and a pressing block 51 is further applied on the hemostatic material. The pressing block 51 is a resilient pad such as a sponge block. The pressing block can enable the pressing force of the elastic pressing piece to be applied to the neck wound. Then, as shown in fig. 7, the mounting tab 40 is inserted into the front support holes, and the shoulder nail of the present embodiment is provided with two front support holes, and an appropriate one of the front support holes may be selected according to the site of the wound. If the compression force is to be adjusted, the compression force of the elastic compression plate 20 on the neck can be changed by rotating the compression plate mounting rod to elastically deform the heel spiral spring section 22. The front supporting hole and the mounting joint which are matched with the square hole and the square shaft are adopted, so that the pressing piece mounting rod can be prevented from rotating, and the elastic pressing piece can keep the pressing force on the neck to perform compression hemostasis.
As shown in fig. 8, the elastic compression piece mounted in the side support hole can be used to compress and stop bleeding at the wound site on the rear side of the neck.
The elastic compression sheets can be used for respectively compressing and stopping the blood on the side part of the neck or the rear part of the neck, and two elastic compression sheets can be used for simultaneously compressing and stopping the blood on the side part of the neck and the rear part of the neck.
