Abstract
The invention relates to a positioner for assisting fixation of a snakegourd fruit leg support and a using method thereof; the assembly mobile station is provided with an auxiliary guide assembly, a front indexing driving assembly, a rear indexing driving assembly and two side guardrail frames. The auxiliary guide assembly comprises an arc guide frame, and an arc hanging groove is formed in the bottom of the arc guide frame; two mounting columns are arranged in the arc mounting groove in a sliding mode, and mounting and inserting loading plates are welded on the two mounting columns; the front indexing driving assembly and the rear indexing driving assembly comprise the same structural components and respectively comprise a U-shaped block, and bayonet grooves matched with the corresponding mounting columns are formed in the U-shaped block. The invention can realize the position conversion of the four specific positions of the U-shaped support inserting machine, achieves the automatic position changing function and further ensures the position accuracy after each position changing. The invention overcomes the defect that displacement cannot be realized due to the snakegourd fruit leg support in the prior art.
