When the weather is clear, the touch switch 121 is contacted with the fourth baffle 112 on the right side, the fan 123 is started, cold air is blown out by the fan 123, the air cooling effect is achieved, ventilation and heat dissipation inside the frame body 1 are further accelerated, and when the weather is rainy, the fourth baffle 112 slides downwards and is not contacted with the touch switch 121, and the fan 123 is closed.
