Because the plate collecting and releasing machine cannot convey all trays 18/boxes 19 into the equipment at one time, the trays 18/boxes 19 can be conveyed in batches, but in order to ensure that the plate collecting and releasing machine can work continuously, the plate collecting and releasing machine can temporarily store the trays 18/boxes 19 by arranging the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7, the feeding jig conveying mechanism 8, the blanking jig separating and conveying mechanism 10 and the blanking jig conveying mechanism 11, and the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7, the feeding jig conveying mechanism 8, the blanking jig separating and conveying mechanism 10 and the blanking jig conveying mechanism 11, so that the plate collecting and releasing machine can operate the trays 18/boxes 19 on the plate collecting and releasing machine in batches conveniently.
Meanwhile, since the operation of the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 and the discharging jig lifting mechanism 12 requires time to operate, if the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 drags the trays 18 all the time, the trays 18 of the batch are lowered to transport the second batch of trays 18 after the trays 18 of the batch complete the plate receiving and placing, and the middle time is wasted. Therefore, when the trays 18 on the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 are fast empty (if 4 trays are left), the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 conveys the trays 18 to the jig feeding temporary storage mechanism 2 for temporary storage, at the moment, the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 can descend back to the feeding jig conveying mechanism 8 to receive the next batch of trays 18, and in the process that the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 receives the next batch of trays 18, the jig separating and transplanting mechanism 3 can continuously convey the trays 18/boxes 19 on the jig feeding temporary storage mechanism 2, so that the plate collecting and releasing machine can continuously work; when the tray 18 on the unloading tool elevating system 12 is full, the unloading tool elevating system 12 descends to convey the tray 18 to the unloading tool conveying mechanism 11, at the moment, the tool unloading temporary storage mechanism 4 is opened, the tool separating and transplanting mechanism 3 places the tray 18 on the tool unloading temporary storage mechanism 4 for temporary storage, after the unloading tool elevating system 12 ascends to be in butt joint with the tool unloading temporary storage mechanism 4, the tool unloading temporary storage mechanism 4 is closed, and therefore the condition that the plate collecting and releasing machine can work continuously is guaranteed.
According to the plate collecting and releasing machine, the tray 18 can be suspended at a specified position for temporary storage through the arrangement of the jig feeding temporary storage mechanism 2 and the jig discharging temporary storage mechanism 4, so that the continuous operation of the tray 18 feeding jig lifting mechanism 9 and the discharging jig lifting mechanism 12 is not influenced, the continuous operation of the plate collecting and releasing machine is ensured, and the working efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the tray 18 and the box 19 are shared, so that the universality is strong.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7 includes a first jig conveying belt 701 and a jig separating and lifting mechanism 702 disposed below the first jig conveying belt 701, the jig separating and lifting mechanism 702 is fixed to the frame 1, the first jig conveying belt 701 is fixed to a lifting end of the jig separating and lifting mechanism 702, and the jig separating and lifting mechanism 702 drives the first jig conveying belt 701 to move up and down. When the loading transport cart carrying the tray 18/box 19 reaches the loading inlet/outlet station, the jig separating and lifting mechanism 702 lifts the tray 18/box 19 by the first jig conveying belt 701 to separate the tray 18/box 19 from the loading transport cart, and the first jig conveying belt 701 is lifted to be flush with the loading jig conveying mechanism 8, so that the tray 18/box 19 on the first jig conveying belt 701 can be smoothly conveyed to the loading jig conveying mechanism 8. Since the structure of the unloading jig separating and conveying mechanism 10 is the same as that of the loading jig separating and conveying mechanism 7, the unloading jig separating and conveying mechanism 10 will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the feeding mechanism further includes a first patting positioning mechanism 13 and a second patting positioning mechanism 14, the first patting positioning mechanism 13 is located on two sides above the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7, the first patting positioning mechanism 13 is used for patting a tray 18/box 19 on the feeding jig separating and conveying mechanism 7, the second patting positioning mechanism 14 is disposed on two sides above the feeding jig conveying mechanism 8, and the second patting positioning mechanism 14 is used for patting a tray 18/box 19 on the feeding jig conveying mechanism 8. Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the jig loading temporary storage mechanism 2 includes two supporting plate modules symmetrically disposed along the Y-axis direction, and the two supporting plate modules support the tray 18 through the supporting plate to temporarily store the tray 18. The jig separating and transplanting mechanism 3 drives the tray 18 to move among the feeding jig lifting mechanism 9, the jig feeding temporary storage mechanism 2, the blanking jig lifting mechanism 12 and the jig blanking temporary storage mechanism 4 through the tray sucker component 301, the first Z-axis moving module 302 and the first X-axis moving module 304; the distance between the two tray sucker assemblies 301 can be adjusted according to the size of the tray 18 through the first Y-axis moving module 303, and the universality is higher; adopt the mode of sucking disc to snatch tray 18, for current draw-in groove locate mode, need not accurate location tray 18, convenient and fast, and can avoid damaging tray 18.

The PCB transplanting mechanism 5 drives the PCB to move between the jig separating and transplanting mechanism 3 and the PCB conveying mechanism 6 through the PCB sucker module 501, the horizontal rotating module 502, the second Z-axis moving module 503 and the third Y-axis moving module 504, and realizes the direction of rotating the PCB through the horizontal rotating module 502 and the PCB sucker module 501, so that the PCB can be horizontally or vertically moved in and out.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, an NG board temporary storage station is further disposed in the rack 1, and the PCB transplanting mechanism 5 places the unqualified PCB board to the NG board temporary storage station.
