According to the invention, the aluminum alloy section raw material is cleaned in advance, stains and dust attached to the aluminum alloy section raw material are removed in one step, the stains and dust are prevented from influencing the polishing of the aluminum alloy section, the aluminum alloy section raw material is convenient to further process, the aluminum alloy section raw material is driven to pass through multiple polishing grinding wheels which rotate at a high speed and increase the polishing fineness in sequence by the stroke driving device, the high-speed, high-efficiency and continuous polishing processing of the aluminum alloy section raw material is realized, the production efficiency is improved, the scraps of the polished aluminum alloy section are removed by high-pressure wind power, impurities attached to the finished aluminum alloy section are avoided, a powerful support is provided for the subsequent processing of the aluminum alloy section, and meanwhile, the labor force is saved.

Claims (4)
1. The surface polishing process of the aluminum alloy profile is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following operation steps:
s1: preparing raw materials: preparing the mass percentages of all elements of the aluminum alloy, smelting an aluminum ingot, casting an aluminum bar, designing and manufacturing a die, extruding an aluminum material, carrying out aging heat treatment, cutting materials according to the production requirement of the section, punching a positioning hole, milling a groove, welding a reinforcing rib or splicing the aluminum material to prepare an aluminum alloy section raw material;
s2: cleaning raw materials: putting the aluminum alloy section raw material into a cleaning solution for washing, wherein the temperature of the cleaning solution is 30-40 ℃, the surface of the aluminum alloy section raw material is scrubbed by cotton cloth during washing, the washing time is 5-8 minutes, then the washed aluminum alloy section raw material is scrubbed to be dry, and the aluminum alloy section raw material is placed in a ventilation position for standing for 30 minutes to obtain a clean aluminum alloy section raw material;
s3: preparing a grinding machine tool: the device comprises a transmission table, a gantry frame is arranged on the top of the transmission table in a spanning mode, a dust collection belt is arranged on the top of the transmission table, stroke driving devices are arranged on two sides of the dust collection belt, a plurality of fixing components are correspondingly arranged in the middle of the two stroke driving devices, 180-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 300-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 500-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 800-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 1200-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 1500-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 1800-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 3000-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 5000-mesh sand density grinding wheels, 8000-mesh sand density grinding wheels and 12000-mesh sand density grinding wheels are sequentially arranged on the top of the dust collection belt, driving shafts are respectively and alternately arranged in the middle of all the grinding wheels, one ends of the driving shafts are arranged on the gantry frame through bearing seats, and the other ends of the driving shafts are arranged on the gantry frame through bearings, the other end of the driving shaft is connected with a driving device;
s4: a grinding process, namely fixing an aluminum alloy profile raw material between two corresponding fixing components, driving the aluminum alloy profile raw material to sequentially pass through a 180-mesh sand density grinding wheel, a 300-mesh sand density grinding wheel, a 500-mesh sand density grinding wheel, an 800-mesh sand density grinding wheel, a 1200-mesh sand density grinding wheel, a 1500-mesh sand density grinding wheel, an 1800-mesh sand density grinding wheel, a 3000-mesh sand density grinding wheel, a 5000-mesh sand density grinding wheel, a 8000-mesh sand density grinding wheel and a 12000-mesh sand density grinding wheel through a stroke driving device, and grinding and polishing the aluminum alloy profile raw material in the process of passing through the grinding wheels;
s5: and (3) post-processing: grabbing the polished aluminum alloy section through a mechanical claw and sending the aluminum alloy section into an air box, blowing the raw material of the aluminum alloy section by a high-pressure air gun, removing the scraps on the surface of the aluminum alloy section, and orderly stacking the aluminum alloy section.
