As described above, the cast-in-place method for the pipe gallery buttress provided by the invention comprises the steps of firstly arranging the prefabricated steel reinforcement framework on the bottom plate steel bars of the comprehensive pipe gallery, oppositely arranging the two prefabricated formwork support frames, and bundling or welding the steel reinforcement framework on the bottom plate steel bars of the comprehensive pipe gallery in a steel bar bundling or welding mode; the template support frame comprises a transverse support sheet and a longitudinal support sheet; the transverse supporting sheet is fixed with the longitudinal supporting sheet and is vertical to the longitudinal supporting sheet; a first fixing sheet extends from one end of the transverse supporting sheet, which is far away from the longitudinal supporting sheet; one end of the longitudinal supporting sheet, which is far away from the transverse supporting sheet, is fixedly connected with a second fixing sheet; the second fixing sheet is vertical to the longitudinal supporting sheet; a first fixing hole is formed in the first fixing sheet; a second fixing hole is formed in the second fixing sheet; the first fixing hole corresponds to the second fixing hole; then, a first fixing hole of one template supporting frame is jointed with a second fixing hole of the other template supporting frame, the second fixing hole of one template supporting frame is jointed with a first fixing hole of the other template supporting frame, fixing rods are arranged in the jointed first fixing hole and the second fixing hole in a penetrating mode to form a template, and the template is fixed on the steel reinforcement framework; then pouring concrete into the template to enable the template to limit and shape the concrete so as to form template concrete; and then the formwork is dismantled on the formwork concrete to form the cast-in-place buttress, and the method simplifies the process of erecting the formwork frame body to a certain extent, reduces the construction cost, increases the construction efficiency and effectively improves the construction quality.
The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place formwork and the cast-in-place method proposed by the invention are described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place formwork and the cast-in-place method provided by the invention without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A cast-in-place template for a pipe gallery buttress is characterized by comprising a template for limiting and shaping concrete for pouring the pipe gallery buttress and a steel reinforcement framework for matching with the template to support the template; wherein,
the template comprises two template support frames which are fixed relatively;
the template support frame comprises a transverse support sheet and a longitudinal support sheet;
the transverse supporting sheet is fixed with the longitudinal supporting sheet and is vertical to the longitudinal supporting sheet;
a first fixing piece extends from one end of the transverse supporting piece, which is far away from the longitudinal supporting piece;
one end of the longitudinal supporting sheet, which is far away from the transverse supporting sheet, is fixedly connected with a second fixing sheet; the second fixing piece is perpendicular to the longitudinal supporting piece;
a first fixing hole is formed in the first fixing sheet;
a second fixing hole is formed in the second fixing sheet;
in the two template support frames forming the template, a first fixing hole of one template support frame is jointed with a second fixing hole of the other template support frame; the second fixing hole of one template supporting frame is attached to the first fixing hole of the other template supporting frame;
and fixing rods penetrate through the first fixing holes and the second fixing holes which are attached to each other.
2. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 1,
the second fixing piece is arranged on one side of the longitudinal supporting piece, which is far away from the transverse supporting piece.
3. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 1,
the second fixing piece is arranged on one side of the longitudinal supporting piece connected with the transverse supporting piece.
4. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 1,
the fixed rods are steel bars.
5. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 1,
the template support frame is an aluminum template support frame.
6. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 1,
the transverse supporting sheet and the longitudinal supporting sheet are fixedly welded.
7. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 6,
and a right-angle reinforcing piece is arranged at the connecting part of the transverse supporting sheet and the longitudinal supporting sheet.
8. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 1,
the steel bar framework comprises a quadrilateral plane framework;
supporting legs are arranged below the plane framework; and,
the lengths of four sides of the plane skeleton correspond to the lengths of the transverse supporting sheet and the longitudinal supporting sheet;
the supporting legs are respectively and correspondingly arranged below four vertexes of the plane skeleton.
9. The pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template of claim 8,
the steel bar framework is bound on the steel bars of the bottom plate of the comprehensive pipe gallery.
10. A pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place method for carrying out the buttress cast-in-place treatment on a pipe gallery based on the pipe gallery buttress cast-in-place template as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
arranging a prefabricated steel reinforcement framework on a bottom plate steel reinforcement of the comprehensive pipe gallery, and oppositely arranging two prefabricated formwork support frames; the template support frame comprises a transverse support sheet and a longitudinal support sheet; the transverse supporting sheet is fixed with the longitudinal supporting sheet and is vertical to the longitudinal supporting sheet; a first fixing piece extends from one end of the transverse supporting piece, which is far away from the longitudinal supporting piece; one end of the longitudinal supporting sheet, which is far away from the transverse supporting sheet, is fixedly connected with a second fixing sheet; the second fixing piece is perpendicular to the longitudinal supporting piece; a first fixing hole is formed in the first fixing sheet; a second fixing hole is formed in the second fixing sheet; the first fixing hole corresponds to the second fixing hole;
attaching the first fixing hole of one formwork support frame to the second fixing hole of the other formwork support frame, attaching the second fixing hole of one formwork support frame to the first fixing hole of the other formwork support frame, penetrating a fixing stick into the attached first fixing hole and second fixing hole to form a formwork, and fixing the formwork on the steel bar framework;
pouring concrete into the template to enable the template to limit and shape the concrete so as to form template concrete;
and removing the formwork on the formwork concrete to form the cast-in-place buttress.
