The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to an automatic production line and a production method of degradable non-woven fabrics, which have the characteristics of uniform heating of a pre-pressing roller and high efficiency of quick drying and rolling, and have the following beneficial effects in specific use:
firstly, by adding the structures such as the steam engine, the flow distribution box, the sponge plug and the like on the carding machine, the temperature of the extrusion pipe and the prepressing roller can be raised and heated by steam generated by the steam engine, so that the prepressing roller can be heated more uniformly;
secondly, through adding on the rolling machine that disinfects and establishing the vibration frame, support otter board and cam isotructure, in-process drying to the non-woven fabrics, can drive the support otter board on the vibration frame through the cam and vibrate, support the otter board and can effectually shake the drop on non-woven fabrics surface at the in-process of vibration and fall, can promote drying efficiency, in-process to the non-woven fabrics rolling, when changing the wind-up roll, can change the wind-up roll through the rotor plate, can guarantee that the device is in continuous work when changing, accelerate production efficiency.
