An aluminum foil surface coating device is characterized by comprising a tank body unit (1) for containing a coating material (A), a fixed roller unit (2) for conveying an aluminum foil (B), a movable roller unit (3) arranged on the tank body unit (1) and used for coating the coating material (A) on the aluminum foil (B), and a rotary table unit (4) arranged on the tank body unit (1) and used for adjusting the position of the movable roller unit (3); the tank body unit (1) comprises a bottom plate (101) and a paint groove (102) which is arranged on the bottom plate (101) and is used for containing paint (A); the fixed roller unit (2) comprises a first fixed roller (201) for jacking up the movable roller unit (3) downwards and a second fixed roller (202) for conveying aluminum foil (B); the movable roller unit (3) comprises a fixed column (301) arranged on the bottom plate (101), a lifting column (302) arranged on the fixed column (301), and a movable roller (303) arranged on the lifting column (302); the movable roller unit (3) further comprises a fixed column cavity (304) which is arranged on the fixed column (301) and is used for installing the lifting column (302), a lifting column opening (305) which is arranged on the fixed column (301), is communicated with the fixed column cavity (304) and is used for installing the lifting column (302), a sinking column (306) which is arranged on the lifting column (302), and a movable roller shaft (307) which is arranged on the sinking column (306) and is used for fixing the movable roller (303); the pool body unit (1) further comprises a bottom plate cavity (103) arranged on the bottom plate (101), a turntable column hole (104) which is arranged on the bottom plate (101) and communicated with the bottom plate cavity (103) and used for installing the turntable unit (4), and a gear column hole (105) which is arranged on the bottom plate (101) and communicated with the bottom plate cavity (103) and the fixed column cavity (304); the movable roller unit (3) comprises an internally threaded hole (308) arranged on the sinking column (306), a threaded column (309) arranged on the internally threaded hole (308), a gear column (310) arranged on the threaded column (309) and mounted on the gear column hole (105), and a threaded column gear (311) arranged on the gear column (310); the turntable unit (4) includes a turntable (401), a turntable column part (402) provided on the turntable (401) and mounted on the turntable column hole (104), and a turntable column gear (403) provided on the turntable column part (402) and for meshing the screw column gear (311).
2. An aluminium foil surface coating device according to claim 1, wherein the movable roller unit (3) further comprises a support column (312) arranged on the lifting column mouth (305), and a support column hole (313) arranged on the lifting column (302) for mounting the support column (312).

An aluminium foil surface coating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cell body unit (1) further comprises a limiting groove (106) provided on the bottom plate (101) and communicating with the turntable column hole (104); the turntable column part (402) comprises a rotating column (402 a) and a limiting block (402 b) which is arranged on the rotating column (402 a) and is used for being clamped with the limiting groove (106).

An aluminum foil surface coating apparatus as recited in claim 3, wherein the turntable column section (402) further comprises a movable column (402 c), a rotary column cavity (402 d) provided on the rotary column (402 a), a movable column hole (402 e) provided on the rotary column (402 a) and communicating with the rotary column cavity (402 d) for mounting the movable column (402 c), an insert column (402 f) provided on the movable column (402 c), an insert plate (402 g) provided on an inner side surface of the rotary column cavity (402 d), and an insert column hole (402 h) provided on the insert plate (402 g) for mounting the insert column (402 f).

The aluminum foil surface coating apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein the turntable column section (402) further includes a stopper hole (402 i) provided on the rotation column (402 a) and communicating with the rotation column cavity (402 d) for mounting the stopper (402 b), a lower bevel groove (402 j) provided on the stopper (402 b), an extension column (402 k) provided on the movable column (402 c), and a lower bevel block (402 m) provided on the extension column (402 k) and for jacking up an inner bottom surface of the lower bevel groove (402 j).

The aluminum foil surface coating apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein the turntable column part (402) further comprises a sliding groove (402 n) provided on the stopper (402 b), a sliding column (402 p) provided on an inner side surface of the rotation column cavity (402 d) and mounted in the sliding groove (402 n), and a sliding column spring (402 q) provided in the sliding groove (402 n) and for pushing up the sliding column (402 p).

The aluminum foil surface coating apparatus as recited in claim 4, wherein the turntable column section (402) further comprises a movable column ring (402 r) provided on the movable column (402 c), a spring block (402 s) provided on an inner side surface of the rotary column cavity (402 d), and a movable column spring (402 t) provided on the spring block (402 s) and sleeved on the movable column (402 c) for jacking up the movable column ring (402 r).
