The BIM technology-based operation and maintenance model building method according to claim 1, wherein the construction phase model modeling standard comprises: the system comprises a project file naming standard, a template file establishing standard, a two-dimensional family drawing standard, a three-dimensional family management standard and a BIM model LOD standard.

The BIM technology-based operation and maintenance model building method according to claim 1, wherein the partition tables comprise area detail tables and system detail tables, wherein the area detail tables are partitioned according to floors, areas, machine rooms and key areas, and the system detail tables are partitioned according to a strong electric system, a weak electric system, a fire alarm system, a water supply and drainage system, a spraying system, a fire hydrant system, a ventilation and smoke prevention and discharge system and an air conditioning water system.
4. The BIM technology-based operation and maintenance model building method of claim 1, wherein the construction phase prototypes include civil prototypes and electromechanical prototypes.

The BIM technology-based operation and maintenance model building method according to claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance item list comprises an energy list, a building automatic control equipment list, a security list and a fire alarm equipment list, wherein the energy list comprises an electric energy meter, a water meter, a gas meter and a heat meter; the building automatic control equipment list comprises air conditioning equipment, a fan, water supply and drainage equipment, centralized control illumination, an electric water valve, an electric air valve, a coil and a fire pump, the security and protection list comprises video monitoring and entrance guard, and the fire protection list comprises automatic fire alarm and gas fire extinguishing equipment.
6. The operation and maintenance model building method based on the BIM technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the building of the construction phase BIM model based on the construction phase model modeling standard, the partition table and the construction phase template file comprises:
establishing a plurality of regional construction BIM models under the boundary condition of the regional models set by the regional table according to the construction stage model modeling standard and the construction stage template file, wherein the regional construction BIM models comprise a building structure model, an electromechanical pipeline model and a decoration model;
and connecting at least one layer of the plurality of the region construction BIM models into a whole according to the boundary coordinates of the plurality of the region construction BIM models to obtain a construction stage BIM model.

The BIM technology-based operation and maintenance model building method according to claim 1, further comprising: and performing collision detection on the construction phase BIM model, readjusting the collision components in the construction phase BIM model, and inputting construction phase marking information on the adjusted construction phase BIM model, wherein the construction phase marking information comprises geometric information data and construction method information data of the construction phase BIM model.

and integrally scaling the operation and maintenance phase BIM model, reducing the number of polygons of the operation and maintenance phase BIM model, and converting the operation and maintenance phase BIM model into a light operation and maintenance BIM model.
10. The BIM technology-based operation and maintenance model building method according to claim 1, wherein the importing the light-weight BIM into the operation and maintenance platform and the data association with the operation and maintenance management database comprises:
establishing a configuration table according to the partition table and importing the configuration table into an operation and maintenance management database, wherein the configuration table stores the identity code of each model component in the partition table, including the boundary coordinates of the model component, the region to which the model component belongs and the system code;
and importing the light-weight operation and maintenance BIM into an operation and maintenance platform, and establishing a one-to-one mapping relation between geometric information data and operation information data of model members of the light-weight operation and maintenance BIM and identity codes of the model members in the configuration table, wherein the operation information data comprises real-time monitoring information data and operation and maintenance information data.
