The opening control of the fresh air opening 21 is realized by controlling the opening of the fresh air valve, and further the control of the air volume of the introduced fresh air is realized. The larger the opening degree of the fresh air valve is, the larger the opening degree of the fresh air opening 21 is, and the larger the fresh air quantity introduced into the air guide duct 20 is.
In this embodiment, the air duct 31 is further provided with a heating module 33 for heating the air flow entering the air duct 31 to increase the temperature of the air flow in the air duct 31, so as to increase the air outlet temperature of the air outlet 34 and further increase the clothes drying speed. Example II,
Based on the design of the clothes drying apparatus in the first embodiment, the second embodiment provides a control method of a clothes drying apparatus, which specifically includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 3.
Step S11: and acquiring the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34.
A temperature sensor 35 is installed at the air outlet 34 of the air duct 31, and is used for detecting the actual air outlet temperature of the air outlet 34.
The target outlet air temperature of the outlet 34 of the air duct 31 is a set value, and is set by a user according to a requirement.
Step S12: and adjusting the opening degree of the fresh air port according to the obtained difference value between the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34, so that the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 reaches the target air outlet temperature.
Under the condition that no heating module is arranged in the air duct 31 or the heating module is not started, the opening degree of the fresh air inlet is increased, the introduced fresh air quantity is increased, and the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 is reduced; the opening degree of the fresh air inlet is reduced, the introduced fresh air quantity is reduced, and the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 is increased. The actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 is adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the fresh air port, so that the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 reaches the target air outlet temperature.
According to the clothes drying device control method, the opening degree of the fresh air opening is adjusted according to the difference value between the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet and the target air outlet temperature, so that the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet reaches the target air outlet temperature, clothes are dried, waste heat of the outdoor unit is fully utilized, clothes airing speed is increased, bacteria breeding of the clothes is prevented, and living comfort of a user is improved.
As another preferred design of this embodiment, when a heating module is disposed in the air duct 31 near the air inlet 32, the method for controlling the clothes drying apparatus of this embodiment specifically includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 4.
Step S21: and acquiring the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34.
Step S22: the opening degree of the fresh air port and the output power of the heating module are adjusted according to the obtained difference value between the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34, so that the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet reaches the target air outlet temperature, clothes are dried, the waste heat of the outdoor unit and the heating module are fully utilized, and the clothes airing speed is accelerated.
Under the condition that the opening degree of the fresh air inlet is not changed, the output power of the heating module is increased, and the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 is increased; when the output power of the heating module is reduced, the actual outlet air temperature of the air duct outlet 34 is reduced. The actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 is adjusted by adjusting the output power of the heating module and the opening degree of the fresh air inlet, so that the actual air outlet temperature reaches the target air outlet temperature as soon as possible, and the requirement for drying clothes is met.
In this embodiment, PID adjustment is performed on the opening degree of the fresh air inlet and the output power of the heating module according to the obtained difference between the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct outlet 34, so that the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct outlet 34 reaches the target air outlet temperature of the air duct outlet 34. The PID adjustment speed is high, the stability is good, and the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 can reach the target air outlet temperature as soon as possible.
As another preferable design of this embodiment, the adjusting the opening degree of the fresh air inlet and the output power of the heating module according to the difference between the obtained actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet specifically includes the following steps, which are shown in fig. 5.
Step S21: and acquiring the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34.
Step S221: and acquiring the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct and the target air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the air duct, and calculating the difference value delta T between the actual air outlet temperature and the target air outlet temperature.
A temperature sensor 22 is disposed in the induced air duct 20, and the temperature sensor 22 is close to the air duct air inlet 32 and is used for detecting the actual air outlet temperature of the induced air duct 20.
Step S222: and determining whether the fresh air opening and the heating module are closed or not according to the relation between the difference value delta T and the first set value and the second set value.
When the difference value delta T between the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet is larger than a first set value, the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct is higher, the heating module is not required to be opened, so that the heating module is closed, energy and electricity are saved, the fresh air opening is opened, PID control is carried out on the opening degree of the fresh air opening according to the difference value between the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34, and the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 reaches the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34. Therefore, when the actual outlet air temperature of the air guiding duct is relatively high, that is, the outlet air temperature of the outdoor unit is relatively high, the temperature of the air flow in the air duct 31 is reduced by using the external fresh air, so that the requirement of the user on drying the clothes is met, and the clothes are prevented from being damaged due to the excessively high outlet air temperature of the air outlet 34.
When the difference value delta T between the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet is smaller than a second set value, the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct is lower, and external fresh air does not need to be introduced, so that the fresh air inlet is closed, the heating module is opened, and PID control is performed on the output power of the heating module according to the difference value between the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 and the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34, so that the actual air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34 reaches the target air outlet temperature of the air duct air outlet 34. Therefore, when the actual outlet air temperature of the air guiding duct is relatively low, that is, the outlet air temperature of the outdoor unit is relatively low, the air flow temperature in the air duct 31 is increased by using the heating module, so as to meet the requirement of the user for drying clothes.
When the difference delta T between the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct and the target air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the air duct is larger than the second set value and the first set value, the difference between the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct and the target air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the air duct is small, the heating module does not need to be opened, external fresh air does not need to be introduced, and therefore the heating module and the fresh air inlet are closed, and clothes are dried only through the air outlet waste heat of the outdoor unit. Therefore, when the actual air outlet temperature of the air guide duct is proper, namely the air outlet temperature of the outdoor unit is proper, the clothes can be dried by directly utilizing the waste heat of the outdoor unit without utilizing a fresh air inlet and a heating module, and the control is simplified.
Through the design steps S221-S222, the fresh air opening and the heating module are flexibly started, the requirement for drying clothes is met, energy is saved, consumption is reduced, and control is simplified.
In this embodiment, the first set value is greater than the second set value. For example, the first set point is 2 ℃ and the second set point is-2 ℃. Suppose that the actual outlet air temperature of the air guiding duct is T1, and the target outlet air temperature of the air outlet of the air duct is T2.
And when the temperature T1-T2 is higher than 2 ℃, closing the heating module, opening the fresh air port, and performing PID control on the opening degree of the fresh air port according to the difference value between the actual air outlet temperature and the target air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the air duct, namely performing PID control on the angle of the fresh air valve.
And when the temperature is T1-T2< -2 ℃, closing the fresh air inlet (namely closing the fresh air valve), opening the heating module, and performing PID control on the output power of the heating module according to the difference value between the actual air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the air duct and the target air outlet temperature.
When the temperature is more than or equal to minus 2 ℃ and less than or equal to T1-T2 and less than or equal to 2 ℃, the heating module (the output power is 0) and the fresh air inlet (namely the fresh air valve) are closed, and the clothes are dried by only utilizing the waste heat of the air outlet of the outdoor unit.
It is to be understood that the above description is not intended to limit the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and those skilled in the art may make modifications, alterations, additions or substitutions within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
