The working principle is as follows: when in use, the punching frame 7 and the checking frame 8 are fixed with the conveying frame 1 by a fixing plate 17 and a screw 18, corrugated boards are put into the storage box 6, the alternating current motor mechanism 4 drives the driving roller 3 to rotate, thereby driving the conveying belt 2 to move, when the corrugated boards are moved into the punching frame 7, the air cylinder mechanism 9 is used for driving the connecting column 19 and the punching column 20 to press downwards, the corrugated boards are punched by the punching teeth 25, residues after punching enter the cavity 23 to be stored, when the corrugated boards need to be cleaned, the pressing seat 26 can be driven to press downwards to press the residues to make the residues fall down, the elastic rope 28 can be used for restoring the original position, thus the punching column 20 is not needed to be disassembled for cleaning, the convenience of cleaning is improved, when the corrugated boards are moved into the checking frame 8, the corrugated boards are sensed by the infrared mobile sensor 16, transmitting a signal to the counter mechanism 12, thereby realizing counting, firstly carrying out one-time counting before the corrugated board is finally scanned and counted, comparing the number of the two statistics at last, so as to quickly know whether the corrugated board is missed, simultaneously carrying out whole-course recording on the corrugated board passing through by using the camera 15, displaying on the display screen component 13, facilitating later searching and comparison, placing the corrugated board on the positioning plate 43, externally connecting the sterilized alcohol conveying mechanism by using the connecting pipe 40, spraying alcohol on the surface of the corrugated board placed on the positioning plate 43 through the atomizing nozzle component 42, achieving the sterilizing effect, and quickly drying the surface by using the drying mechanism 32, improving the cleanness degree of the finished corrugated board, controlling the temperature by using the temperature control mechanism 36, avoiding the damage of the corrugated board due to overheating, driving the push rod mechanism 37 to drive the push plate 33 to move after the corrugated board is processed, thereby support corrugated container board, drive corrugated container board and remove, make it follow in the external storage mechanism of gliding carriage 34 landing, need not personnel manual promotion, improve convenience and intellectuality, also reduced personnel's touching and caused the risk of pollution.
