The beneficial effects are that: 1. disinfect to the drainage front-tube through the disinfection subassembly, rotate through drive assembly and drive the extraction subassembly and reciprocate from top to bottom slide the hydrops of patient's wound to the drainage front-tube in, the extraction subassembly is collected the hydrops, places the subassembly and slides dorsad and no longer blocks the extraction subassembly, at this moment medical personnel take off and clear up.
2. The drainage front tube can be disinfected by the disinfectant in the disinfection box, and medical staff can conveniently replace disinfectant by pulling out the rubber plug.
3. The rocker rotates to drive the air exhaust piston rod to slide up and down in a reciprocating manner, so that the effusion at the wound of the patient can be extracted.
4. The rocker rotates to drive the liquid pumping piston rod to slide up and down in a reciprocating manner, so that accumulated liquid can be pumped and the drainage foretube can be cleaned.

When the effusion in the wound of the patient needs to be drained, then the medical staff draws out the disinfected drainage front tube 1 and inserts the drainage front tube into the wound of the patient, at this time, the medical staff starts the motor 701, the output shaft of the motor 701 rotates to drive the bevel gear 704 to rotate, the bevel gear 704 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 703 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 703 rotates to drive the eccentric disc 705 to rotate, the eccentric disc 705 rotates to drive the rocker 706 to rotate, the rocker 706 rotates to drive the air pumping piston rod 802 to reciprocate up and down in the air pumping cylinder 801, the air pumping piston rod 802 slides upwards to discharge the air in the air pumping cylinder 801 from the exhaust pipe 803, the air pumping piston rod 802 slides downwards to pump the air into the air pumping cylinder 801 through the exhaust pipe 805, meanwhile, the drainage tube 808 pumps the effusion in the wound of the patient into the collection bottle 806 through the drainage front tube 1 and the corrugated hose 4 for collection, after the effusion drainage of the patient is completed, the medical staff closes the motor 701 to stop the collection operation, medical personnel pushes away wedge 604 and slides dorsad from placing case 601 bottom, first spring 605 is compressed, wedge 604 slides dorsad no longer withstands collecting bottle 806, medical personnel takes out collecting bottle 806 afterwards, exhaust tube 805 breaks away from with drainage tube 808 and rubber buffer 807, when medical personnel will handle the hydrops, medical personnel extracts rubber buffer 807 and opens collecting bottle 806, medical personnel handles the hydrops afterwards, handle the completion back, medical personnel puts back rubber buffer 807, push collecting bottle 806 from placing case 601 afterwards, exhaust tube 805 inserts with drainage tube 808 and rubber buffer 807, at this moment medical personnel unclamp wedge 604, first spring 605 resets and drives wedge 604 and slide in opposite directions and withstands collecting bottle 806. When drainage needs to be performed on accumulated liquid in a wound of a patient, a medical worker takes out the liquid storage bottle 906 by pushing the wedge block 604 to slide backwards, pulls out the rubber plug 807 to open the liquid storage bottle 906, then adds a certain amount of cleaning liquid into the liquid storage bottle 906, after the completion, the medical worker puts the rubber plug 807 back, then pushes the liquid storage bottle 906 into the placing box 601, the wedge blocks 604 slide oppositely to prop against the liquid storage bottle 906, when the rocker 706 rotates to drive the liquid pumping piston rod 902 to reciprocate up and down in the piston cylinder 901, the liquid pumping piston rod 902 slides downwards to pump the cleaning liquid into the piston cylinder 901 through the water pumping pipe 903, the liquid pumping piston rod 902 slides upwards to push the cleaning liquid into the cleaning pipe 905, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pipe 905 flows into the drainage front pipe 1 through the corrugated hose 4, the drainage front pipe 1 is cleaned, the cleaning liquid cannot drip into the wound of the patient under the action of the first ball valve 2 and the second ball valve 3, the cleaning liquid in the drainage front tube 1 flows into the collection bottle 806 through the drainage tube 808 along with the drainage, and after the effusion collection and drainage of the patient are completed, the medical personnel close the motor 701 to stop the cleaning operation. This device simple structure through promoting push rod 1001, can make things convenient for medical personnel to take out collecting bottle 806 and stock solution bottle 906.
The rubber blocks are arranged on the push rod 1001, and the anti-skidding function can be achieved.
