Referring to fig. 13 and 14, fig. 13 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion C of the smart medicine box shown in fig. 10, and fig. 14 is a schematic view of a structure of a key in the smart medicine box shown in fig. 10. Wherein, intelligent medicine box 1 still includes key 74, and key 74 and lockpin 72 are dismantled and are connected, and key 74 can drive lockpin 72 and rotate. For example, a triangular groove is formed at the end of the lock pin 72, a triangular protrusion matching with the triangular groove is formed at the end of the key 74, the triangular protrusion of the key 74 can be clamped into the triangular groove, and the tail of the key 74 can be used as a holding part which is held by a user to rotate, so that the lock pin 72 is driven to rotate, and the lock pin 72 and the lock hole 187 are locked and unlocked.
It should be noted that the lock pin 72 is almost completely inserted into the medicine box main body 10, and if there is no key 74, the lock pin 72 is not easily rotated, so that the intelligent medicine box 1 is not easily opened, and the safety of the medicine in the intelligent medicine box 1 is ensured.
A key groove 125 is formed in one side of the box body 120, which is far away from the box cover component 180, and the key 74 is detachably mounted in the key groove 125, so that the key 74 can be conveniently stored, the key 74 can follow the medicine box main body 10, and the key 74 is not easy to lose.
With continued reference to fig. 9, the alarm 20 may include a notification light 22, and the notification light 22 is disposed on a side of the cover 140 facing the cover assembly 180. The indicator light 22 can indicate the situation by means of normal lighting, flashing and the like. The notification light 22 may be an LED light or other type of light. The color of the notification light 22 can be set according to the requirement, such as one or more of red, blue, green, orange, white, etc.
Please refer to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a third structure of the intelligent medicine box according to the embodiment of the present application. The alarm 20 may include a horn 24, the horn 24 being disposed within the cartridge body 10. The speaker 24 may be prompted by audio, and the volume of the speaker 24 may be gradually increased according to the duration of the prompt. The speaker 24 may be a speaker or a buzzer.
Wherein, intelligence medicine box 1 still includes microprocessor 82 and wireless communication unit 84, and vibration inductor 30 and wireless communication unit 84 all are connected with microprocessor 82, and microprocessor 82 obtains the rotation information that vibration inductor 30 detected medicine box main part 10 to the information of will rotating sends external equipment to through wireless communication unit 84. It can be understood that the microprocessor 82 can know the medicine taking information such as whether the medicine taking time is up or not, whether the user has taken the medicine or not according to the alarm 20 and the vibration sensor 30, and the microprocessor 82 can transmit the medicine taking information to an external device such as a mobile phone through the wireless communication unit 84, so that the user can know the medicine taking information through the external device. The wireless communication unit 84 may be one or more of a bluetooth communication module, a WIFI communication module, and a mobile communication module (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G). For example, after the alarm 20 is activated, if the microprocessor 82 receives the rotation information of the rotation of the medicine box main body 10 transmitted by the vibration sensor 30, the microprocessor 82 can deduce that the user has taken medicine through the medicine box main body 10 and took medicine, and the medicine box main body 10 is rotated during the medicine taking process, so that the microprocessor 82 can send the medicine taking information to the mobile phone of the user or the mobile phones of other users (such as family members of the user) through the wireless communication unit 84. The microprocessor 82 may also transmit at least one of alarm information, system time, medicine taking reminder time, current drug format information (or reuse number information) to an external device through the wireless communication unit 84.
Optionally, microprocessor can also be connected vibration sensor and alarm, after the alarm sent the tip information (if send the tip sound or send the suggestion light), if vibration sensor detected that the medicine box takes place pivoted rotation information, then microprocessor can receive the rotation information that vibration sensor detected to according to this rotation information control alarm and close. When the preset time (such as the preset medicine taking time) of the timer is reached, the timer sends corresponding information to the microprocessor, the microprocessor controls the alarm to send prompt information according to the information, and meanwhile, whether the vibration sensor detects the rotation information of the medicine box main body rotation or not is detected. It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, after the vibration sensor detects that the main body of the medicine box is rotating, the level of the output end of the vibration sensor may be changed (for example, the high level is changed into the low level), the level of the output end may turn off the alarm, for example, the output end controls the connection and disconnection of the power pin and the power end of the alarm through a switching tube (for example, a field effect tube), and when the level of the output end is changed, the power pin and the power end of the alarm may be disconnected to turn off the alarm.
It should be noted that the intelligent medicine box 1 in this embodiment includes a circuit board 80, and at least one of the microprocessor 82, the wireless communication unit 84, the vibration sensor 30, the speaker 24 and the timer 40 is disposed on the circuit board 80.
The intelligent medicine box of this application embodiment has a plurality of medicine check, can separate and place the medicine, can the accurate rotate to the target medicine check on, still has the function of regularly reminding to there is the suggestion of number of times of taking medicine, can also realize self-closing through the rotation that detects intelligent medicine box and remind, can also in time feed back the state of intelligent medicine box to external equipment like the handheld device end through wireless communication unit, in time remind the user to take medicine effectively.
In order to better understand the intelligent medicine box 1 in the present embodiment, the following is an exemplary description of the use of the intelligent medicine box 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 12, when the intelligent medicine box 1 is used, the system time and the plurality of medicine taking reminding times are set through the time function setting key 60 and the timer 40, and the corresponding system time and the set medicine taking reminding times are displayed on the display 50. At this time, the infrared sensing device 136 corresponds to a detection notch 1343 on the shift lever 134, the infrared sensing device 136 is turned on, that is, the infrared receiver 1364 can receive the infrared light sent by the infrared transmitter 1362, the driving mechanism 132 does not work, the shift lever 134 and the medicine tray 160 do not rotate, and the medicine taking port 181 corresponds to one medicine lattice 162.
When the medicine taking reminding time is up, the microprocessor 82 controls the driving mechanism 132 to start working, the shifting rod 134 synchronously rotates, the shifting piece 1342 is matched with the shifting groove 164 to enable the medicine tray 160 to rotate, at the moment, the annular skirt 1344 passes through the infrared sensing device 136, the infrared sensing device 136 is disconnected, namely, the infrared receiver 1364 cannot receive infrared light sent by the infrared emitter 1362, meanwhile, the horn 24 of the alarm 20 sends out alarm sound, and the prompting lamp 22 is reminded by flickering of an LED lamp strip.
The driving mechanism 132 continues to work until the next detection notch 1343 corresponds to the infrared sensing device 136, the infrared sensing device 136 is turned on, the microprocessor 82 controls the driving mechanism 132 to stop working, so that the driving lever 134 stops rotating, the medicine tray 160 rotates to the next target medicine lattice 162 to correspond to the medicine taking port 181, and meanwhile, the medicine tray reports to the intelligent handheld device through the wireless communication unit 84 such as a bluetooth communication module in a wireless communication manner and records the current medicine taking state to remind a user of taking medicine;
then the user slides the sliding cover 184 to open the medicine taking port 181, turns the box body 120 vertically and pours out the medicine from the medicine taking port 181, the vibration sensor 30 is turned on, the horn 24 of the alarm 20 stops giving an alarm, the indicator light 22 stops flashing like an LED light bar, finally the sliding cover 184 is slid to close the medicine taking port 181, and then the box body 120 is laid flat to wait for the next medicine taking.
The intelligent medicine box provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail, the principle and the implementation mode of the application are explained by applying specific examples, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent medication box, comprising:
a medicine box main body for storing medicine;
the alarm is arranged on the medicine box main body and used for prompting a user to take medicine; and
the vibration inductor is installed in the medicine box main body, and the vibration inductor is used for closing the alarm when detecting that the medicine box main body rotates.
2. The smart cartridge of claim 1, wherein the cartridge body comprises:
a box body;
the box cover assembly is connected with the box body, an accommodating space is formed between the box cover assembly and the box body, and the box cover assembly is provided with a medicine taking port;
the cover body is arranged in the accommodating space;
the medicine tray is arranged in the accommodating space, a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the medicine tray, the medicine tray is sleeved on the cover body through the mounting hole, the medicine tray comprises a plurality of medicine lattices surrounding the cover body, and the medicine tray can rotate relative to the cover assembly so that one of the medicine lattices is opposite to the medicine taking opening;
the driving mechanism is arranged in the accommodating space; and
one end of the deflector rod is connected with the driving mechanism, and the other end of the deflector rod is in driving connection with the medicine tray;
the driving mechanism drives the shifting rod to rotate, so that the shifting rod drives the medicine box to rotate.
3. The intelligent medicine box of claim 2, wherein a plurality of shifting grooves are formed in the side of the medicine tray, which is far away from the box cover component;
the other end of the shifting lever is provided with a shifting piece which can be clamped into the shifting groove to drive the medicine box to rotate.
4. The intelligent pill case of claim 3, wherein the lever comprises an annular skirt with a plurality of notches;
the intelligent medicine box further comprises an infrared sensing device, the infrared sensing device comprises an infrared emitter and an infrared receiver, and the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver are arranged on two sides of the annular skirt;
when the annular skirt edge rotates to a position between the infrared transmitter and the infrared receiver, the infrared receiver cannot receive infrared light transmitted by the infrared transmitter and controls the alarm to send prompt information;
when the notch is positioned between the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver, the infrared receiver can receive infrared light emitted by the infrared emitter and control the driving mechanism to stop working.
5. The intelligent pill box of claim 4, further comprising:
and the timer is used for controlling the driving mechanism to start working when the preset time of the timer is up so as to enable the annular skirt edge to rotate between the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 2, wherein the box cover assembly comprises a box cover and a sliding cover, the sliding cover is slidably mounted on the box cover, and the sliding cover can slide relative to the box cover to close the medicine taking opening or expose the medicine taking opening.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 2, wherein the box cover component is further provided with a viewing port, the viewing port is adjacent to the medicine taking port and corresponds to the same medicine grid as the medicine taking port, the medicine tray is provided with the number of times of taking medicines corresponding to each medicine grid, and the viewing port is used for exposing the number of times of taking medicines corresponding to the medicine grid.
8. The intelligent medicine box of claim 2, wherein the box body is further provided with a lock pin groove, and the box cover component is provided with a lock hole corresponding to the lock pin groove;
the intelligent medicine box also comprises a lock pin, and the lock pin penetrates through the lock pin groove and is locked with the lock hole so as to lock the box body and the box cover component;
the lock pin can rotate relative to the lock hole, so that the lock pin is locked with or unlocked from the lock hole.

The smart pill case of claim 8 further comprising a key removably coupled to the locking pin, the key being capable of rotating the locking pin; one side of the box body, which is far away from the box cover component, is provided with a key slot, and the key is detachably arranged in the key slot.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 1, further comprising a microprocessor and a wireless communication unit, wherein the vibration sensor and the wireless communication unit are both connected with the microprocessor, and the microprocessor acquires rotation information of the medicine box body detected by the vibration sensor and sends the rotation information to an external device through the wireless communication unit.
