A recovery device for manufacturing recycled paper is characterized by comprising a stirring roller, a fan dedusting assembly, a screen and a spray head; the fan dust removal assembly and the spray head are arranged at the bottom of the cylinder cover of the stirring roller; the screen is arranged in the stirring roller.
2. The recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper, according to claim 1, wherein said nozzles are equally spaced outside said fan dust collecting assembly.
3. The recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying head is provided with an atomizing nozzle.
4. The recycling device for manufacturing recycled paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fan dust removing assembly comprises an air outlet assembly and an air exhaust assembly provided with a dust removing filter element and a deodorizing filter element; the air exhaust assembly comprises a hot air assembly; the dust removal filter core is arranged at the bottom of the deodorization filter core.
5. The recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper as claimed in claim 3, wherein the exhaust outlet of the exhaust assembly is annularly arranged outside the exhaust assembly.

The recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper, according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of said stirring drum is provided with a drain header pipe and a slurry discharge pipe; a first branch water pipe of the main drainage pipe is connected with the stirring roller, and a second branch water pipe of the main drainage pipe is connected with an external purification system; and a switch valve is arranged on the second branch water pipe.

The recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper, according to claim 5, wherein a filter tube is connected to the middle section of said main drain pipe; the filter tube comprises a water inlet net and a water outlet net, and the aperture of the water inlet net is larger than that of the water outlet net.
8. The recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper as claimed in claim 1, wherein said screen moves up and down along an axial direction of said agitating drum during operation.
9. A control method of a recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper, characterized in that the control method comprising the recycling apparatus for manufacturing recycled paper of any one of claims 1 to 8 comprises:
the method comprises the following steps: pouring recycled paper, and starting a mesh screen and a fan dedusting component to remove dust and impurities;
step two: closing the fan dedusting assembly, starting the spray head and the stirring roller, and disinfecting;
step three: closing the spray head, and cleaning impurities on the recycled paper by the inlet water of the drainage main pipe;
step four: opening a switch valve, and enabling the cleaned sewage to enter a purified water system through a first branch water pipe of a main drainage pipe;
step five: the switch valve is used for water inlet to soak the recovered paper, the stirring roller is used for beating the paper pulp for multiple times, and the pulp discharge pipe is used for conveying the paper pulp.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the step four comprises the step of closing the on-off valve by the cleanness of the sewage, and the sewage enters the stirring drum through the second branch pipe of the main drainage pipe, and the steps one, two and three are repeated.
