Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an edge sealing system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic configuration of an edge sealing system. The edge sealing system automatically seals the edge sealing strip 6 to the side edges of the sheet 7. The sheet 7 may be a plasterboard. The edge banding system comprises an edge banding supply mechanism 4, a detection device 1, an edge banding mechanism 3, an edge banding conveyor 2, an execution device 5 and a controller.
The edge sealing conveyor 2 may be a roller conveyor or a belt conveyor. The edge banding conveyor 2 can convey the sheet 7. The edge banding mechanism 3 is used to fix the edge banding band 6 to the side edge of the sheet 7. The structure of the edge sealing mechanism 3 is the prior art and will not be described in detail here. The edge banding mechanism 3 is provided at one side of the edge banding conveyor 2. The sheet 7 to be edge-sealed is edge-sealed when the edge-sealing conveyor 2 is conveyed past the edge-sealing mechanism 3, so that after the sheet 7 to be edge-sealed is placed upstream of the edge-sealing conveyor 2, the edge-sealing conveyor 2 conveys the sheet 7 to be edge-sealed downstream thereof, and during conveying, the edge-sealing mechanism 3 fixes the edge-sealing belt 6 to the side edge of the sheet 7.
In this embodiment, the edge sealing mechanism 3 seals the sheet 7 passing through the edge sealing mechanism 3 in the process of processing the sheet 7 in the line and conveying the sheet 7 at a constant speed by the edge sealing conveyor 2, so that the conveying speed of the edge sealing conveyor 2 is equal to the consumption speed of the edge sealing belt 6.
The edge banding strip supply mechanism 4 is used for outputting edge banding strips 6 for banding the plates 7 to be banding to the edge banding mechanism 3. The banding band supply mechanism 4 includes a spindle 42 and a banding band 41. The mandrel 42 may be mounted on a frame. The banding reel 41 is configured in a substantially disk shape. The sealing tape reel 41 has a through hole in the middle thereof, through which the spindle 42 passes, so that the sealing tape reel 41 is fitted over the spindle 42 and is rotatable about the spindle 42. The spindle 42 is arranged coaxially with the banding tape reel 41. A roll of banding tape 6 is wound on the banding tape reel 41, and one end of the banding tape 6 is connected to the banding mechanism 3.
The edge banding mechanism 3 pulls the edge banding band 6 to the vicinity of the side edge of the plate 7 and then fixes the edge banding band 6 to the side plate of the plate 7, and the process continues to consume the edge banding band 6. During the pulling of the sealing band 6 by the sealing mechanism 3, this pulling force is transmitted along the sealing band 6 to the sealing band reel 41, so that the sealing band reel 41 rotates. The edge sealing tape reel 41 conveys the edge sealing tape 6 on the edge sealing tape reel 41 to the edge sealing mechanism 3 in the rotating process, the edge sealing tape 6 on the edge sealing tape reel 41 is gradually reduced, and the diameter of the edge sealing tape 6 wound on the edge sealing tape reel 41 is gradually reduced.
The detection device 1 is used for measuring the speed at which the banding tape reel 41 outputs the banding tape 6. The detection device 1 comprises a speed measuring device 11 and an elastic member 12. The speed measuring device 11 includes an encoder 112 and a roller 111. The encoder 112 includes a body and a rotation shaft. The rotating shaft extends out of the machine body. The roller 111 is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and the roller 111 and the rotating shaft are coaxially arranged. The roller 111 and the rotating shaft can be in interference fit or key connection. The roller 111 abuts against the edge strip 6. The movement direction of the portion of the tape 6 against the roller 111 is perpendicular to the axis of the roller 111. The edge sealing belt 6 can drive the roller 111 to rotate when moving, which is equivalent to the roller 111 rolling along the edge sealing belt 6, and the roller 111 drives the rotating shaft of the encoder 112 to rotate when rotating. After the rotation of the rotation shaft of the encoder 112, the encoder 112 can measure the rotation speed of the rotation shaft, that is, the rotation speed of the roller 111. The encoder 112 is electrically connected to the controller by a cable. The encoder 112 can send the rotational speed measured in real time to the controller in the form of an electrical signal. The controller can obtain the linear velocity of the outer peripheral surface of the roller 111 according to the rotation speed of the roller 111 sent by the encoder 112 and the diameter of the roller 111, wherein the linear velocity is equal to the movement velocity of the edge sealing belt 6 which is abutted against the roller 111, namely the velocity of the edge sealing belt disk 41 outputting the edge sealing belt 6.
The spring 12 is connected to the encoder 112. The elastic member 12 applies an elastic force to the encoder 112 directed toward the edge sealing belt 6, and the elastic force can enable the roller 111 to be closely attached to the edge sealing belt 6, so that no slip occurs between the roller 111 and the edge sealing belt 6. So that the measurement is more accurate.
The actuator 5 comprises an alarm device (not shown in the figures) which is electrically connected to the controller by means of a cable. The alarm device can be an audible and visual alarm device, and the alarm device can send out an alarm, and the alarm can send out an alarm prompt sound and/or display alarm prompt information. The content of the alarm alert sound may be: "a certain side edge banding is abnormal".
The controller may be a computer or a programmable logic controller. The controller is configured to determine whether the speed of the edge sealing tape reel 41 for outputting the edge sealing tape 6 is matched with the speed of the edge sealing tape 6 in the process of sealing the sheet 7, and if the speed of the edge sealing tape reel 41 for outputting the edge sealing tape 6 is not matched with the speed of the edge sealing tape 6, the controller drives the alarm device to give an alarm.
The matching of the speed of the tape reel 41 outputting the tape 6 with the speed of the tape 6 consumption means that the difference between the speed of the tape reel 41 outputting the tape 6 and the speed of the tape 6 consumption is within a preset level. The fact that the speed of the sealing tape reel 41 outputting the sealing tape 6 is not matched with the speed of the sealing tape 6 consuming means that the difference between the speed of the sealing tape reel 41 outputting the sealing tape 6 and the speed of the sealing tape 6 consuming exceeds the preset degree.
In the present embodiment, when the absolute value of the difference between the speed V1 at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 and the speed V2 at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed is smaller than or equal to the preset difference V3, the speed at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 is considered to match the speed at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed. When the absolute value of the difference between the speed V1 at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 and the speed V2 at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed is greater than the preset difference V3, then the speed at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 is considered to be mismatched with the speed at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed. The value range of the preset difference V3 can be 0.1-0.5 m/s.
Of course, the gap between the speed V1 at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 and the speed V2 at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed can also be measured by the ratio of the speed V1 at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 to the speed V2 at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed. When the ratio of the speed V1 at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 to the speed V2 at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed is greater than or equal to the preset ratio P1, then the speed at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 is considered to match the speed at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed. When the ratio of the speed V1 at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 to the speed V2 at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed is smaller than the preset ratio P1, then the speed at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 is considered to match the speed at which the edge sealing tape 6 is consumed. The value range of the preset ratio P1 can be 0.9-1.
When the speed of the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputting the edge sealing tape 6 is not matched with the speed of the edge sealing tape 6, the speed of the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputting the edge sealing tape 6 is usually far smaller than the speed of the edge sealing tape 6, which indicates that the edge sealing tape 6 is broken, at the moment, the alarm device gives an alarm to inform a worker, the worker can acquire a broken message of the edge sealing tape 6 at the first time, and the worker can timely process machine faults caused by the broken edge sealing tape 6 and the unsuccessfully edge-sealed plates 7, so that the unfinished edge-sealed plates 7 can be prevented from being stacked into the plate 7 with the finished edge sealed.
In an exemplary embodiment, the execution means 5 further comprise a sorting conveyor 50. Sorting conveyor 50 is electrically connected to the controller by a cable. Sorting conveyor 50 may be a roller conveyor or a belt conveyor. The sorting conveyor 50 is connected to the edge banding conveyor 2. The edge banding conveyor 2 conveys the edge banding completed sheet 7 to the sorting conveyor 50.
Sorting conveyor 50 extends from edge banding conveyor 2 to a first stacking area 51 and a second stacking area 52. Sorting conveyor 50 may optionally transport sheet 7 to either first stacking zone 51 or second stacking zone 52. The first stacking zone 51 is used for storing normally edge-sealed boards 7. The second stacking zone 52 is used for storing the plates 7 which are not normally sealed.
The controller is configured to:
judging whether the speed of outputting the edge sealing belt 6 by the edge sealing belt disc 41 is always matched with the consumption speed of the edge sealing belt 6 in the process of edge sealing of the current plate 7;
if yes, the controller drives the sorting conveyor 50 to convey the current plate 7 to the first stacking area 51 after the current plate 7 enters the sorting conveyor 50;
otherwise, the controller drives the sorting conveyor 50 to convey the current sheet 7 to the second stacking zone 52 after the current sheet 7 enters the sorting conveyor 50.
In this way, when the speed of the edge banding reel 41 outputting the edge banding band 6 matches the speed of the edge banding band 6 consumed, it is indicated that the edge banding band 6 is not broken in the process of banding the current plate 7, the plate 7 normally completes edge banding, and the controller drives the sorting conveyor 50 to convey the plate 7 to the first stacking area 51 for storage. When the speed of the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputting the edge sealing tape 6 is not matched with the consumed speed of the edge sealing tape 6, the edge sealing tape 6 is broken in the process of sealing the current plate 7, the edge sealing of the plate 7 is abnormal, and the controller drives the sorting conveyor 50 to convey the plate 7 to the second stacking area 52 for storage. Therefore, the normal edge-sealed plate 7 and the abnormal edge-sealed plate 7 are automatically sorted and stored separately, the time and effort consumed by manual carrying are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the roller 111 of the speed measuring device 11 is arranged outside the outer circumference of the sealing band reel 41. The axis of the roller 111 is parallel to the axis of the banding reel 41. The outer peripheral surface of the roller 111 abuts against the edge sealing tape 6 on the outermost layer on the edge sealing tape reel 41.
The elastic member 12 is configured in a strip shape. The elastic member 12 may be an extension spring. One end of the elastic member 12 is connected to the spindle 42, and the other end of the elastic member 12 is connected to the encoder 112. The elastic member 12 is in a stretched state, and the elastic member 12 has a tendency to shorten.
In this way, the elastic element 12 applies an elastic force to the speed measuring device 11, which is directed towards the spindle 42, which enables the roller 111 to be always in close contact with the outermost edge band 6 of the edge band reel 41, without slipping between the roller 111 and the outermost edge band 6. The speed measuring device 11 obtains the speed of the sealing tape reel 41 for outputting the sealing tape 6 by measuring the linear speed of the sealing tape 6 on the outermost layer of the sealing tape reel 41, the sealing tape reel 41 is broken at any position between the sealing tape reel 41 and the sealing mechanism 3, the sealing tape reel 41 can be immediately decelerated, the speed of the sealing tape reel 41 for outputting the sealing tape 6 can be detected to be reduced at the first time by the detecting device 1, and the detection is generally faster.
In one illustrative embodiment, two elastic members 12 are provided, with two elastic members 12 being provided on opposite sides of the banding reel 41, respectively. Two ends of one elastic member 12 are respectively connected with one end of the mandrel 42 and one side of the encoder 112, and two ends of the other elastic member 12 are respectively connected with the other end of the mandrel 42 and the other side of the encoder 112.
The two elastic members 12 apply elastic forces from both sides of the banding tape reel 41, respectively, so that the encoder 112 is mounted more firmly.
In an exemplary embodiment, the controller is further configured to consider the speed of the take-up reel 41 outputting the take-up tape 6 to be not matched to the speed of the take-up tape 6 being consumed when the detection device 1 is unable to detect the speed of the take-up reel 41 outputting the take-up tape 6.
The failure of the detection device 1 to detect the speed at which the edge sealing tape reel 41 outputs the edge sealing tape 6 may be due to a failure of the detection device 1, or due to the edge sealing tape 6 on the edge sealing tape reel 41 having consumed light such that the detection device 1 cannot be abutted against the edge sealing tape 6, or due to breakage of the edge sealing tape 6. When the abnormal conditions occur, the controller treats the abnormal conditions as the broken situation of the sealing tape 6, so that the controller can send out an alarm through the alarm device to inform staff of timely removing faults.
In an exemplary embodiment, the edge strip supply mechanism 4 further comprises a guide wheel 43. The guide wheel 43 can rotate about its own axis. The guide wheel 43 may be arranged on one side of the edge sealing conveyor 2 and close to the edge sealing conveyor 2, the edge sealing belt 6 bypassing the guide wheel 43. The guide wheels 43 enable the direction of extension of the edge strip 6 to be changed, enabling the edge strip 6 to be conveyed to one side of the sheet 7 to be edge-sealed in a direction close to the conveying direction of the edge sealing conveyor 2.
