The servo motor 22 drives the screw rod 13 to rotate, the screw rod 13 drives the electric spindle mounting plate 11 to slide up and down along the movable sliding plate 5 through the screw rod nut 12, and the machining height of the milling saw blade cutting device of the gang tool changing spindle is adjusted.
The servo motor 38 drives the saw blade motor through the rotary speed reducer to finish the cutting in the X axis and the Y axis.
When the saw blade rotating device 3 works, the electric spindle cylinder is in a contracted state, the processing tells that the servo motor 22 drives the screw rod 13 to rotate and control, the saw blade rotating device cylinder drives the saw blade rotating device to slide downwards to a proper position through the sliding block mounting plate 34, the small saw sawing unit cylinder is in a contracted state, the large saw motor works and starts to process, after the processing is finished, the large saw blade cylinder is contracted, the small saw blade unit 33 cylinder extends out, the small saw blade unit 33 starts to work, and after the processing is finished, the small saw sawing unit 33 cylinder is in a contracted state.
When the electric spindle device 4 works, the saw blade rotating device 3 and the small saw sawing unit 33 are in a contracted state, the Z-axis air cylinder 42 drives the electric spindle 46 to move downwards to a proper position through the electric spindle mounting plate 44, the electric spindle 46 is started to process, and when a tool is required to be replaced, the tool can be replaced simultaneously in the process that the electric spindle 46 moves to the next working position, so that the processing time is saved.
