step two, the pressing plate 7 is manually operated to assist in pressing the upper surface of the product 9, so that the product 9 is kept balanced without being screwed down vigorously, and the subsequent flexible clamping operation is facilitated;
and step three, flexibly adjusting the flexible clamping device 6 according to the shape of the positioning surface of the part, and hydraulically clamping and locking the part by using a locking device after the part is in place to finish the positioning and clamping work.
And step four, after all the clamping operations are finished, loosening the pressing plate 7, pulling backwards to make the upper processing surface clear, and finishing the positioning and clamping work, so as to achieve the purposes of positioning and clamping.
