firstly, sliding a pressure rod on a pipe clamping seat outwards, and then vertically placing a straight pipe on a bottom plate of the pipe clamping seat;
starting a stroke cylinder, driving a driving plate to descend by the stroke cylinder, driving the V-shaped transmission arm to rotate by the driving plate, enabling an arc-shaped part at the upper end of the V-shaped transmission arm to rotate inwards, pushing a pressing rod to be close to the straight pipe, enabling the pressing rod to be abutted against the outer wall of the straight pipe, and enabling the straight pipe to be limited on a pipe clamping seat;
(c) clamping a bent pipe:
sleeving a driven disc on a central screw to obtain an inner pipe clamping assembly;
secondly, an arc pipe clamping arm between the limiting disc and the driven disc extends into a pipe orifice of the bent pipe, the limiting disc is grasped, a center screw is rotated to connect the center screw with the limiting disc, the center screw pushes the driven disc to be close to the limiting disc through a supporting block, the arc pipe clamping arms distributed in the circumferential direction are enabled to be unfolded outwards, pipe clamping rollers on the arc pipe clamping arms are attached to the inner wall of the pipe orifice of the bent pipe, and the bent pipe is clamped by the inner pipe clamping assembly;

(e) dismantling:
firstly, starting a stroke cylinder again, wherein the stroke cylinder drives a driving plate to rise to drive a V-shaped transmission arm to rotate outwards, and an arc-shaped part does not abut against a pressure rod any more, so that the radian gas pipe is taken down from a workbench;
and secondly, rotating the central screw rod outwards to drive the supporting block to move outwards, so that the supporting block does not abut against the driven disc any more, and taking the inner pipe clamping assembly out of the straight pipe.

The method for processing the radian gas conveying pipe for the gas appliance according to claim 1, is characterized in that: step (d) is followed by step (c): inserting a convex end of one stainless steel semicircular ring into a positioning groove of the other stainless steel semicircular ring, so that the two stainless steel semicircular rings are butted to form a complete sealing ring which is sleeved outside the joint of a straight pipe and a bent pipe; the joints of the straight pipe, the bent pipe and the stainless steel semicircular ring are welded.

The method for processing the radian gas conveying pipe for the gas appliance according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the specific method of the step (a) is as follows: firstly, inserting a fixing stud at the bottom of a pipe clamping seat into a limiting through hole in a workbench in an aligning manner, and inserting a positioning column at the bottom of the pipe clamping seat into a positioning through hole in the workbench in an aligning manner, so that the pipe clamping seat is positioned and installed on the workbench; and secondly, mounting a fastening nut on the fixed stud until the fastening nut is attached to the bottom surface of the workbench, so that the pipe clamping seat is limited and fixed on the workbench.
