As shown in fig. 1-7, the venous transfusion device comprises a three-way pipe 1 and a venous catheter 2, wherein the three-way pipe 1 comprises a valve chamber 3, three branch pipes respectively communicated with the valve chamber 3 and a valve body 27 positioned in the valve chamber 3, the valve body 27 is provided with a valve rod 4 and a valve handle 5, the three branch pipes comprise two heparin cap connecting pipes 6 and a catheter connecting pipe 7, a connecting channel 8 is formed in the valve rod 4 from the top, the connecting channel 8 is communicated with the three branch pipes through the valve body 27, a rubber plug 9 for sealing the connecting channel 8 is arranged in the connecting channel 8, the rubber plug 9 is used for inserting a needle of a transfusion port, a valve 10 is arranged on the catheter connecting pipe 7, the valve 10 is used for controlling the opening and the sealing of the catheter connecting pipe 7, a liquid bag 11 is further arranged on the catheter connecting pipe 7, the liquid bag 11 is positioned between the valve body 27 and the valve 10, one end, far away from the valve body 27, of the catheter connecting pipe 7 is provided with an alarm device, the venous catheter 2 comprises a butt joint 13 and a pipe body 14, the butt joint 13 is used for screwing the venous catheter 2 into the catheter 7, and the three-way pipe 1 is inserted, and when the butt joint 13 is not screwed, the alarm device is not screwed.
Further, the alarm device comprises a battery 15, an alarm lamp 16 and a trigger switch 17, wherein the alarm lamp 16 is arranged on the side wall of one end of the conduit connecting pipe 7 far away from the valve body 27, when the butt joint 13 is screwed into the conduit butt joint pipe, the trigger switch 17 is turned on to enable the alarm lamp 16 to be on, and when the butt joint 13 is screwed, the trigger switch 17 is turned off to enable the alarm lamp 16 to be off; the medical staff is reminded whether the butt joint 13 is screwed or not, and safety is improved.
Further, the butt joint 13 comprises a threaded part 18 provided with an external thread 20 and a smooth part 19, an internal thread 21 is arranged on the inner wall of the conduit connecting pipe 7, a mounting groove 22 is arranged in a threaded groove at one end, far away from the valve body 27, of the conduit connecting pipe 7, the trigger switch 17 comprises an elastic copper sheet 23 and a conductive column 24, the conductive column 24 is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove 22, two ends of the elastic copper sheet 23 are respectively connected to two side walls of the mounting groove 22, the middle part of the elastic copper sheet 23 is upwards protruded and is not abutted with the conductive column 24 under the action of no external force, when the butt joint 13 is screwed into the conduit connecting pipe 7, the external thread 20 on the threaded part 18 drives the elastic copper sheet 23 to downwards press and be abutted with the conductive column 24, at the moment, the circuit is closed, the alarm lamp 16 is lightened, when the butt joint 13 is screwed with the conduit butt joint pipe, the smooth part 19 rotates to the mounting groove 22, at the moment, the elastic copper sheet 23 is bounces and is not abutted with the conductive column 24; the battery 15, the alarm lamp 16, the elastic copper sheet 23 and the conductive column 24 are electrically connected to form a circuit, when the elastic copper sheet 23 is abutted to the conductive column 24, the circuit is closed to form a loop, the alarm lamp 16 is turned on, when the elastic copper sheet 23 is sprung up under the action of self elastic force and is not abutted to the conductive column 24, the circuit is disconnected, the alarm lamp 16 is extinguished, and the structure is simple and practical.
Further, the alarm lamp 16 is a patch LED lamp; the lamp is easy to be small, thin and light, has no shape limitation, is easy to be manufactured into various applications, and is easy to be arranged in a suitable way with the device.
Further, the liquid sac 11 is arranged at the bottom of the conduit connecting pipe 7; the valve 10 and the valve handle 5 are not interfered by the arrangement, and the valve is practical and convenient.
Further, a holding sleeve 25 is arranged between the butt joint 13 and the pipe body 14; the medical staff can pinch the holding sleeve 25 by hand to rotate, thereby facilitating the operation.
Further, the rubber plug 9 is a medical rubber plug 9; meets the sanitary standard, is nontoxic and harmless, and does not cause harm to human body.
Further, the elastic copper sheet 23 is provided with a plastic insulating layer 26 on the side facing away from the conductive post 24; the elastic copper sheet 23 can be protected, and the liquid medicine can be possibly permeated between the threads during transfusion, so that accidents caused by short circuit can be prevented.
Further, the valve 10 adopts a ball valve; the ball valve has simple structure and mature technology.
