Background
The medical infusion three-way pipe can mix different medicine solutions in a plurality of injection pipes and provide the medicine solutions into a patient body, the medicine solutions are allowed to be communicated or separated and communicated between every two injection pipes, generally, three pipe bodies of the three-way pipe are two heparin cap connecting pipes and a catheter connecting pipe used for connecting a venous catheter, in clinical work, when the venous catheter is connected with the venous catheter connecting pipe through threads, if the venous catheter is not screwed (screwed to the bottom), liquid is easy to seep, and when a valve body of the three-way pipe is used, a cavity gap can be formed between the connecting part of the valve body and the two heparin cap connecting pipes, medicines can be remained in the cavity gap, a flushing pipe is not easy to flush, and when medicines with incompatibility are encountered, adverse reactions are easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention addresses the above-identified problems in the prior art by providing an intravenous infusion device.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: the venous transfusion device is characterized by comprising a three-way pipe and a venous catheter, wherein the three-way pipe comprises a valve chamber, three branch pipes communicated with the valve chamber respectively and a valve body positioned in the valve chamber, the valve body is provided with a valve rod and a valve handle, the three branch pipes comprise two heparin cap connecting pipes and a catheter connecting pipe, the valve rod is provided with a connecting channel from the top, the connecting channel is communicated with the three branch pipes through the valve body, a rubber plug used for sealing the connecting channel is arranged in the connecting channel and used for inserting needles of transfusion ports, a valve is arranged on the catheter connecting pipe and used for controlling the opening and the sealing of the catheter connecting pipe, a liquid bag is also arranged on the catheter connecting pipe and positioned between the valve body and the valve, the liquid bag is communicated with the tube cavity of the catheter connecting pipe, and an alarm device is arranged at one end, far away from the valve body, of the catheter connecting pipe, the venous catheter comprises a butt joint and a catheter body, the butt joint is used for being screwed into the catheter connecting tube to complete butt joint of the venous catheter and the three-way tube, and when the butt joint is not screwed tightly, the alarm device gives an alarm.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the medicine is injected to a patient, except that the valve is required to be opened, the three-way pipe is the same as a normal three-way pipe, the alarm device can give an alarm when the butt joint and the catheter connecting pipe are not screwed, so as to remind medical personnel and avoid the occurrence of the condition of liquid seepage, when the medicine is cleaned, the catheter connecting pipe is closed through the valve firstly, then the valve is rotated to ensure that the valve body is communicated with all three branch pipes, the needle of the transfusion port is inserted into the connecting channel from the rubber plug and is injected with the normal saline, the normal saline exceeding the volume of the valve chamber flows into the liquid sac after the normal saline is continuously injected due to the closed state of the catheter connecting pipe, the liquid sac is bulged, so that the normal saline is flushed for the first time and is pumped out through the transfusion port, the normal saline is collected into the connecting channel from the periphery in the process of pumping, the liquid flow of the normal saline passes through a cavity formed between the connecting part of the valve body and the two heparin cap connecting pipes, the medicine in the medicine washing box is washed away, the washing cleanness is high, and the medicine washing box is safe and practical.
In foretell venous transfusion device, alarm device includes battery, alarm lamp and trigger switch, the alarm lamp sets up on the one end lateral wall that the valve body was kept away from to the pipe connecting pipe, works as the butt joint screw in when the pipe is to the joint pipe, trigger switch opens and makes the alarm lamp light, works as when the butt joint is screwed, trigger switch closes and makes the alarm lamp extinguish.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-7, the intravenous infusion device comprises a three-way pipe 1 and an intravenous catheter 2, the three-way pipe 1 comprises a valve chamber 3, three branch pipes respectively communicated with the valve chamber 3 and a valve body 27 positioned in the valve chamber 3, the valve body 27 is provided with a valve rod 4 and a valve handle 5, the three branch pipes comprise two heparin cap connecting pipes 6 and a catheter connecting pipe 7, the valve rod 4 is provided with a connecting channel 8 from the top, the connecting channel 8 is communicated with the three branch pipes through the valve body 27, a rubber plug 9 for sealing the connecting channel 8 is arranged in the connecting channel 8, the rubber plug 9 is used for inserting a needle of an infusion port, the catheter connecting pipe 7 is provided with a valve 10, the valve 10 is used for controlling the opening and closing of the catheter connecting pipe 7, the catheter connecting pipe 7 is also provided with a liquid bag 11, the liquid bag 11 is positioned between the valve body 27 and the valve 10, the liquid bag 11 is communicated with a lumen of the catheter connecting pipe 7, one end of the catheter connecting pipe 7 far away from the valve body 27 is provided with an alarm device, the venous catheter 2 comprises a butt joint 13 and a catheter body 14, the butt joint 13 is used for being screwed into the catheter connecting pipe 7 to complete butt joint of the venous catheter 2 and the three-way pipe 1, and when the butt joint 13 is not screwed, the alarm device gives an alarm.
In more detail, the alarm device comprises a battery 15, an alarm lamp 16 and a trigger switch 17, wherein the alarm lamp 16 is arranged on the side wall of one end of the conduit connecting pipe 7, which is far away from the valve body 27, when the butt joint 13 is screwed into the conduit butt joint pipe, the trigger switch 17 is turned on to enable the alarm lamp 16 to be turned on, and when the butt joint 13 is screwed, the trigger switch 17 is turned off to enable the alarm lamp 16 to be turned off; reminding medical personnel whether to screw the joint 13 or not, and improving the safety.
In more detail, the butt joint 13 includes a threaded portion 18 and a smooth portion 19, each of which is provided with an external thread 20, an internal thread 21 is provided on the inner wall of the conduit connecting pipe 7, a mounting groove 22 is provided in a threaded groove at one end of the conduit connecting pipe 7, which is far away from the valve body 27, the trigger switch 17 includes an elastic copper sheet 23 and a conductive post 24, the conductive post 24 is provided at the bottom of the mounting groove 22, two ends of the elastic copper sheet 23 are respectively connected to side walls at two sides of the mounting groove 22, under no external force, the middle portion of the elastic copper sheet 23 protrudes upward and does not abut against the conductive post 24, when the butt joint 13 is screwed into the conduit connecting pipe 7, the external thread 20 on the threaded portion 18 drives the elastic copper sheet 23 to press down to abut against the conductive column 24, at this time, the circuit closing alarm lamp 16 lights up, when the butt joint 13 is screwed with the pipe butt joint pipe, the smooth part 19 rotates to the installation groove 22, and the elastic copper sheet 23 bounces to be not abutted with the conductive column 24; the circuit is formed by electrically connecting the battery 15, the alarm lamp 16, the elastic copper sheet 23 and the conductive posts 24, when the elastic copper sheet 23 abuts against the conductive posts 24, the circuit is closed to form a loop, the alarm lamp 16 is on, when the elastic copper sheet 23 bounces under the action of self elasticity, and when the elastic copper sheet does not abut against the conductive posts 24, the circuit is disconnected, the alarm lamp 16 is turned off, and the structure is simple and practical.
In more detail, the alarm lamp 16 is a surface mount LED lamp; the lamp is easy to be small, thin and light, has no shape limitation, is easy to be made into various applications, and is easy to be arranged adaptively with the device.
In further detail, the liquid bag 11 is arranged at the bottom of the catheter connecting tube 7; the arrangement does not interfere the operation of the valve 10 and the valve handle 5 by medical staff, and is practical and convenient.
More specifically, a grip sleeve 25 is provided between the butt joint 13 and the pipe body 14; the medical care personnel can hold the holding sleeve 25 by hands to rotate, thereby facilitating the operation.
In more detail, the rubber plug 9 is a medical rubber plug 9; meets the sanitary standard, is nontoxic and harmless, and can not cause harm to human body.
In more detail, a plastic insulating layer 26 is arranged on one surface of the elastic copper sheet 23, which is back to the conductive column 24; the elastic copper sheet 23 can be protected, and liquid medicine possibly permeates between threads during infusion, so that accidents caused by short circuit can be prevented.
In further detail, the valve 10 is a ball valve; the ball valve has simple structure and mature technology.
