1. The method for constructing the hollow pushing and pulling type push bench is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1: jacking the No. 1 pipe jacking machine from a No. 1 working well to a No. 2 receiving well, so that the No. 1 working well is communicated with the No. 2 receiving well;
step (a) 2: jacking the No. 2 push bench from the No. 3 working well to the No. 2 receiving well;

step 5: the dragging device drags the No. 3 pipe jacked by the No. 3 pipe jacking machine out of the hole in a reverse direction, and the No. 2 pipe jacking machine is jacked to the No. 2 receiving well in an empty pushing mode;
step 6: the 3-th push bench pulls and the 2-th push bench pushes empty and lifts out of the 2-th receiving well from the hole to the ground, so that the 3-th working well is communicated with the 2-th receiving well;
the step 5 specifically comprises the following steps: the dragging device drags the pipe 3 pushed in by the pipe jacking machine in a section-by-section reverse direction to make a hole, the transport vehicle transports the pipe 3 dragged to the working well 3, and the pipe jacking machine 2 circularly pushes the pipe 3 to the receiving well 2 in a hollow pushing mode;
the dragging device comprises a dragging bracket, a dragging jack and a steel wire rope, wherein the dragging bracket is fixed on the side wall of the No. 2 receiving well, which is close to the No. 3 pipe, the dragging jack is arranged on the dragging bracket, and the pushing-out end of the dragging jack is connected with the first No. 3 pipe jacked by the No. 3 pipe jacking machine through the steel wire rope;
the pulling bracket is formed by reversely mounting a jacking bracket of the No. 3 pipe jacking machine, and the pulling jack is formed by reversely mounting a jacking jack of the No. 3 pipe jacking machine on the pulling bracket;
the pushing end of the dragging jack is provided with a plurality of cross irons which are arranged in a crossing way, one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the cross irons, and the other end of the steel wire rope is connected with a pull ring corresponding to the No. 3 pipe;
in the step 5, the distance of reverse dragging of the No. 3 pipe is equal to the distance of empty pushing and jacking of the No. 2 pipe jacking machine, and the distance of single reverse dragging of the No. 3 pipe is 0.5 m-0.8 m;
the length of the No. 3 pipe is 2.0-2.5 m, and the No. 1 pipe pushing bench, the No. 2 pipe pushing bench and the No. 3 pipe pushing bench are all mud-water air pressure balance compound pipe pushing bench.
