step 2: the No. 2 push pipe machine pushes in from the No. 3 working well to the No. 2 receiving well;
and step 3: the No. 3 push bench pushes towards the No. 3 working well from the No. 2 receiving well until the No. 3 push bench is in butt joint with the No. 2 push bench;
and 4, step 4: removing a No. 3 pipe jacking device and an edge scraper of a No. 3 pipe jacking machine, and installing a dragging device on the wall of the opposite foundation pit of the No. 2 receiving well;
and 5: the dragging device reversely drags the No. 3 pipe pushed by the No. 3 pipe pushing machine out of the hole, and the No. 2 pipe pushing machine pushes the No. 2 receiving well in an empty mode;
step 6: no. 3 push bench is dilatory, No. 2 push bench is empty to be pushed out of the hole and is hoisted out of ground from No. 2 receiving well respectively, makes No. 3 work well and No. 2 receiving well communicate.
2. The air-push-pull type push bench escaping construction method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 2, the No. 3 push bench adopts a mud-water air pressure balance composite push bench construction process to jack from the No. 2 receiving well to the No. 3 working well.

The air-pushing dragging type push bench escaping construction method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mud-water air pressure balance composite push bench construction process is as follows: firstly, the grouting equipment, the tunnel door seal, the guide rail, the rear backrest and the main top are installed, and a No. 3 push bench pushes mud and water in a No. 2 receiving well in a balanced manner, and dynamically adjusts the pushing parameters, the slurry ratio and the grouting amount.
