1. An electrolysis generating apparatus, characterized in that: comprises an electrolytic water tank (1), an electrolytic generator (2) and a liquid level plugging device (3);
a limiting groove (11) is formed in the electrolytic water tank (1), and the limiting groove (11) is communicated with a water storage cavity of the electrolytic water tank (1);
a water inlet notch is formed in the bottom projection plane at the top of the electrolytic water tank (1); the projection surface of the bottom of the electrolytic tank is the projection range of the bottom surface of the limiting groove (11) on the top of the electrolytic water tank (1);
the liquid level plugging device (3) comprises an electrolyte box (31), and the electrolyte box (31) is placed in the limiting groove (11);
a hollow groove is formed in the box body of the electrolyte box (31), and a floating block and sterilization electrolyte are arranged in the hollow groove;
the electrolysis generator (2) is arranged in the electrolysis water tank (1).
2. The electrolysis generating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:
liquid level plugging device (3) still include with spacer (32) that electrolyte box (31) are connected, spacer (32) set up in the top of electrolyte box (31), the length of spacer (32) is greater than the height of electrolysis water tank (1), makes spacer (32) wear out all the time the breach of intaking, the height of electrolysis water tank (1) does the distance outside the inboard top in bottom of electrolysis water tank (1).

the electrolysis generating device further comprises a water storage tank (4), wherein the water storage tank (4) is arranged on the outer side of the top of the electrolysis water tank (1), the water storage tank (4) is communicated with the electrolysis water tank (1) through the water inlet gap, and the water storage tank (4) is provided with a water filling port (41).

one surface of the bottom support frame (5) opposite to the electrolytic water tank (1) is used for placing cleaning cloth to be disinfected.
8. An electrolysis generating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein:
the water storage tank (4) is provided with a holding rod (8).
9. The electrolysis generating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:
the electrolysis generating device also comprises a power controller (7), wherein the power controller (7) is connected with the electrolysis generator (2), and the power controller (7) controls the electrifying time of the electrolysis generator (2).
10. The electrolysis generating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:
the box body material of the electrolyte box (31) is silver.
