Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sewage treatment system with an ultrafiltration reverse osmosis system.
Background
The sewage station of our company is completed and put into use from 2009 to 9 months and has been continuously operated for 11 years, the treatment capacity of each tank body originally designed by the existing wastewater treatment system of the company is 2000t/d, and the treatment capacity is actually operated at present: the water amount is about 500t/d in winter, and the water amount is about 600t/d in summer due to large bathing amount of workers.
Referring to fig. 1, the existing sewage treatment system comprises the following technical processes and operation conditions: factory production wastewater + domestic wastewater-grating/water collecting well-regulating tank-hydrolysis and contact oxidation tank-cavitation air flotation (temporarily not acting as an air flotation machine and used as a sedimentation tank) -middle water tank-multi-medium filter-clean water tank-greening (small part of treated water); most of the treated water is directly discharged from the cavitation air flotation to the municipal pipe network.
The sewage station is limited by the floor area when being built, the equipment room is built on the ground 1 layer and the underground two layers, besides various mechanical equipment, a cavitation air flotation tank, a water collecting well and an intermediate water tank are also built in the equipment room, and the toxic and harmful gas volatilized by each sewage tank increases the poisoning risk of people entering and exiting the equipment room. In addition, the sewage treatment station has the following problems:
1. laggard sewage treatment process
The sewage treatment process is backward, no pretreatment equipment is needed, and the characteristics of the sewage discharge of cigarette production enterprises can not be met. The cigarette enterprise waste water contains a large amount of tobacco shreds and tobacco powder, the existing grid equipment of a sewage station can only intercept large pieces of tobacco leaves, other waste water containing the tobacco shreds and the tobacco powder directly enters a water collecting well through grid gaps, and the waste water is soaked and accumulated in a sewage tank to cause sewage yellowing, COD (chemical oxygen demand) and turbidity indexes are increased for the second time, the treatment burden of a hydrolysis acidification tank and a contact oxidation tank is increased, and in addition, the danger of limited space operation is increased for manual later-stage fishing of the tobacco powder.
The sump pit receives space area's limitation, and personnel clear drawing at every turn of manual work can only be at the well head with spade and strainer, can't thoroughly clearly draw totally. The design capacity of the water collecting well is small, only 17 tons, and the water collecting well is positioned at the negative layer of the equipment room, if the tobacco powder in the pool is not timely cleared, the total capacity of the pool is reduced, and the accident that the sewage overflows and floods the equipment room is easy to occur.
2. Unreasonable sewage treatment process
The cavitation air flotation tank is arranged in front of the hydrolysis acidification tank and the contact oxidation tank in the sewage treatment, so that the effect of reducing sewage suspended matters is achieved, and the low-turbidity sewage is ensured to enter the hydrolysis acidification tank for degradation treatment. The cavitation air flotation tank of our company is arranged at the tail end of a sewage treatment station and is limited by space, the volume of the air flotation tank is small, colloid and micro-suspended matters in wastewater cannot be settled and separated, the treatment effect of an aeration tank and a sedimentation tank cannot be achieved, and the cavitation air flotation tank is currently used as a sedimentation tank.
The existing wastewater system of a company runs for many years, no matter the treatment capacity and the treatment effect can not meet the development requirement, the process and equipment and facilities need to be maintained, perfected and optimized so as to improve the quality of water produced by the system, realize the recycling of water resources, save energy, reduce consumption and realize green production.
