The lifting mechanism 8 comprises a spring 80, fixed rotating wheels 81, connecting blocks 82, short rods 83, movable rotating wheels 84 and pull ropes 85, wherein the spring 80 is arranged between the bottom of the lifting rod 3 and the mounting plate 2, the fixed rotating wheels 81 are arranged on the lifting rod 3, the connecting blocks 82 are arranged in the middle of the bottom of the rear side of the piston 77, the short rods 83 are arranged on the connecting blocks 82, the movable rotating wheels 84 are connected to the left side and the right side of the short rods 83, and the pull ropes 85 are wound between the fixed rotating wheels 81 and the movable rotating wheels 84 on the same longitudinal side.
When the piston 77 moves backwards, the connecting block 82 is driven to move backwards, the connecting block 82 drives the short rod 83 and the moving rotating wheel 84 to move backwards to pull the pull rope 85, so that the lifting rod 3 and the cleaner 4 move downwards, the cleaning effect of the cleaner 4 on the PCB is achieved, the spring 80 is compressed, and when the piston 77 moves forwards, the connecting block 82, the short rod 83 and the moving rotating wheel 84 move forwards to loosen the pull rope 85, and under the action of the spring 80, the lifting rod 3 and the cleaner 4 are driven to move upwards to reset.
