The working principle is as follows: pouring reduced iron powder, a filling agent, super absorbent resin and an alkaline compound into a containing frame 6 of a processing box 1 through a feeding pipe at the top of the processing box 1, connecting a power supply of a processing motor 4, wherein the processing motor 4 drives a rotary drum 5 to rotate, the rotary drum 5 can drive a stirring frame 14 to stir materials, meanwhile, the rotary drum 5 can drive a connecting wheel 7 to rotate, the connecting wheel 7 can drive a transmission belt 8 to rotate, the transmission belt 8 can drive a bevel wheel 10 to rotate under the guidance of a guide wheel 9, the structure of the transmission belt 8 enables the connecting wheel 7 to continue to drive the transmission belt 8 to rotate in the up-and-down moving process of the connecting wheel 7, the bevel structure at the bottom of the bevel wheel 10 moves up and down in the rotating process, the bevel wheel 10 can drive a rack 21 to move up and down, when the rack 21 moves down, the rack 21 and a sliding rod 22 are limited in a sliding way, and the rack 21 drives a rack 23 to rotate up, the rack 23 drives the transmission plate 24 to rotate oppositely, the transmission plate 24 drives the short plate 25 to rotate inwards, the short plate 25 drives the connecting rod 26 to rotate inwards, the connecting rod 26 drives the vibrating rod 27 to rotate upwards, the vibrating rod 27 drives the containing frame 6 to move upwards, when the rack 21 moves upwards, the containing frame 6 moves downwards through conduction, so as to drive the containing frame 6 to vibrate up and down, the materials are uniformly stirred, the electrolyte and distilled water are poured into the processing box 1 to be continuously stirred, then the activated carbon is added to be continuously stirred until the materials are uniformly stirred, a drain pipe at the bottom of the processing box 1 is opened for draining, the stirred containing frame 6 stirs and filters the materials, after the water is drained, the screw 31 is rotated, the screw 31 drives the transmission wheel 32 to rotate anticlockwise, the transmission wheel 32 drives the sliding rod 33 to rotate leftwards, the sliding sleeve 34 slides on the surface of the sliding rod 33, the sliding rod 33 drives the large chain wheel 35 to rotate through the sliding sleeve 34, the large chain wheel 35 drives the chain 36 to rotate, the chain 36 drives the movable wheel 38 to rotate under the guidance of the auxiliary wheel 37, the movable wheel 38 drives the valve core of the discharge valve 12 to rotate, the discharge valve 12 opens the discharge pipe 11, and the mixed material is discharged from the discharge pipe 11 and the hose 13, so that the processed deoxidizer is obtained.

The integrated deoxidizer producing and processing equipment of claim 1, wherein the vibration mechanism (2) comprises a rack (21), a sliding rod (22), a rack (23), a transmission plate (24), a short plate (25), a connecting rod (26) and a vibration rod (27), the top end of the rack (21) is in sliding connection with a sliding groove at the bottom of the bevel wheel (10), the bottom of the rack (21) is in sliding connection with the top end of the surface of the sliding rod (22), the bottom end of the sliding rod (22) is bolted with the bottom end inside the processing box (1), the number of the rack (23), the transmission plate (24), the short plate (25), the connecting rod (26) and the vibration rod (27) is two, two sides of the rack (21) are respectively meshed with the tooth surfaces of the two racks (23), and the axle center of the rack (23) is hinged with the inside of the processing box (1), the lug of tooth frame (23) front side and the rear side sliding connection of driving plate (24), the bottom of driving plate (24) is articulated with the inside of processing case (1), the top of driving plate (24) is articulated with the one end of short slab (25), the other end of short slab (25) is articulated with the top of connecting rod (26), the bottom of connecting rod (26) is articulated with the inside of processing case (1), the top of connecting rod (26) rear side is articulated with the bottom of vibrating arm (27), the top of vibrating arm (27) is articulated with the bottom that holds frame (6).

The integrated deoxidizer producing and processing equipment of claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism (3) comprises a screw (31), a transmission wheel (32), a sliding rod (33), a sliding sleeve (34), a large chain wheel (35), a chain (36), an auxiliary wheel (37) and a movable wheel (38), the right end of the surface of the screw (31) is rotatably sleeved with a hole on the right side of the processing box (1), the left end of the surface of the screw (31) is meshed with the bottom of the transmission wheel (32), the axial center of the transmission wheel (32) is rotatably connected with the inside of the processing box (1), the front side of the transmission wheel (32) is welded with the bottom end of the sliding rod (33), the surface of the sliding rod (33) is slidably connected with the inside of the sliding sleeve (34), the rear side of the sliding sleeve (34) is hinged with the front side of the large chain wheel (35), the axial center of the large chain wheel (35) is rotatably connected with the inside of the processing box (1), the left side of big sprocket (35) meshes with the right side of chain (36), the quantity of auxiliary wheel (37) is two, the axle center department of auxiliary wheel (37) is connected with the inside rotation of processing case (1), the outside of auxiliary wheel (37) meshes with the surface of chain (36), the axle center department of activity wheel (38) is fixed with the front end of arranging material valve (12) case and is cup jointed, the outside of activity wheel (38) meshes with the surface of chain (36).
4. The integrated deoxidizer production and processing equipment of claim 1, wherein an agitating frame (14) is welded on the surface of the rotary drum (5), and a groove at the top of the rotary drum (5) is arranged in a sliding manner with an output end of a processing motor (4).

10. The integrated deoxidizer production and processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: pouring reduced iron powder, a filling agent, super absorbent resin and an alkaline compound into a containing frame (6) of a processing box (1) through a feeding pipe at the top of the processing box (1);
s2: the processing motor (4) can drive the stirring frame (14) to stir the materials through the rotary drum (5), the rotary drum (5) drives the inclined plane wheel (10) to rotate through the connecting wheel (7), the transmission belt (8) and the guide wheel (9), and the inclined plane wheel (10) drives the containing frame (6) to vibrate up and down through the vibration mechanism (2), so that the materials are uniformly stirred;
s3: pouring the electrolyte and distilled water into the processing box (1), continuously stirring, and then adding the activated carbon and continuously stirring until the mixture is uniformly stirred;
s4: and (3) opening a drain pipe at the bottom of the processing box (1) for draining, opening a drain pipe (11) by a transmission mechanism (3) through a drain valve (12) after draining, and discharging the mixed material from the drain pipe (11) and a hose (13) to obtain the processed deoxidizer.
