Background
The reversing valve is a direction control valve with more than two flow forms and more than two oil ports and is a direction control valve depending on the relative movement of the valve core and the valve body. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the handle is pulled upwards for a certain distance, the wedge-shaped plate and the locking block are unlocked, and the handle can be automatically operated to shift the valve core rod to change the direction; pressing the handle downwards for a certain distance, locking the wedge-shaped plate and the locking block, and finishing self-locking when the handle cannot rotate; the invention has simple operation and can be locked at any position, thus being also applied to proportional valves, combination valves and the like.

The end part of the valve core rod 2 penetrates through a support plate at the lower end of the shifting block 4, a vertical chute 2-1 is formed in the end part of the valve core rod 2, and the sliding column 4-1 is movably located in the chute 2-1. When the shifting block 4 swings, the sliding column 4-1 can push the valve core rod 2 to realize the reversing of the valve core.
The valve body 1 is provided with a through groove 1-1, and the square rod 5 penetrates through the through groove 1-1. The ear plates 1-2 are fixed under the through groove 1-1, and the rotating shaft 7 is fixed between the two ear plates 1-2. The working process is as follows: referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the handle 6 is pulled upwards for a certain distance, the wedge-shaped plate 9 is separated from the lock block 8, the handle 6 is unlocked, and the handle 6 can be automatically operated, so that the valve core rod 2 is shifted to change the direction; after the handle 6 is pressed downwards for a certain distance to a preset position, the wedge-shaped plate 9 is attached to the locking block 8 (the side surface of the wedge-shaped plate 9 is also attached to the square rod), the wedge-shaped plate 9 and the locking block 8 can not rotate relatively through friction force, and the handle 6 is locked; the handle 6 is simple to operate and can be locked in any position.

a rotating shaft (7) is fixedly connected in the valve body (1), the rotating shaft (7) penetrates through the square rod (5), and the rotating shaft (7) is rotatably connected with the square rod (5); an elliptic cylindrical locking block (8) is fixed in the middle of the rotating shaft (7) positioned in the square rod (5), and the locking block (8) and the rotating shaft (7) are coaxially arranged;
