wherein by the action of the connecting arm 16, the mounting tube 35 can move up and down and simultaneously drive the belt tube 14 to move up and down, so that the same stillness between the driving gear 53 and the driven gear 36 is ensured.

1. A constant temperature fumigating device for producing aromatic vinegar, which is characterized by comprising:
the fermented grain smoking cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a heat preservation cavity is formed in the cylinder wall of the cylinder body, an air inlet pipe head is connected below one side of the cylinder body, and a first air outlet pipe head is connected above the other side of the cylinder body;
the top cover is arranged at the upper end of the fermented grain fumigating cylinder;
the temperature-raising stirring mechanism is arranged on the top cover;
the sealing box is arranged at the top of the top cover, the upper end of the temperature raising stirring mechanism penetrates through the sealing box, and one side of the sealing box is connected with a second air outlet pipe head;
the driving mechanism is arranged on the sealing box, and a driving gear in the driving mechanism is meshed with the driven gear;
the temperature raising stirring mechanism comprises an annular pipe, wherein the inside of the annular pipe is connected with a straight pipe, the bottoms of the annular pipe and the straight pipe are both connected with stirring pipes, a plurality of connecting plates are arranged between adjacent stirring pipes at equal intervals, the inside of each connecting plate is of a cavity structure, and the adjacent stirring pipes are communicated through the connecting plates;
the middle of the upper side of the straight pipe is connected with the straight pipe, the upper end of the straight pipe is connected with a mounting pipe, the mounting pipe penetrates through the sealing box, the surface of the mounting pipe is fixedly connected with a driven gear, and one side of the mounting pipe is connected with an exhaust pipe;
the top end of the installation tube is connected with a rotary connector, and the first air outlet tube head is connected with the rotary connector through a connecting tube;
a first partition board is arranged in the mounting pipe, and a second partition board is arranged in the straight pipe;
the inside of straight tube just is located one side of second baffle and installs elastic sealing element, elastic sealing element includes piston block, holding ring and extension section of thick bamboo, the holding ring be fixed in the inside of straight tube and be located the one end of extension section of thick bamboo, the piston block install in the inside of straight tube and be located the opposite side of extension section of thick bamboo, be provided with the elastic element between piston block and the holding ring, one side symmetry fixedly connected with slide bar of holding ring, the one end of slide bar runs through the piston block.

The constant temperature fermented grain fumigating device for producing aromatic vinegar according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a motor, one end of an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft through a coupling, and the driving gear is fixed on the surface of the rotating shaft.

The constant temperature fumigating device for producing aromatic vinegar according to claim 1, wherein the top of the sealing box is connected with an internal thread pipe outside the mounting pipe, the surface of the mounting pipe is provided with a reciprocating thread, and the mounting pipe is in threaded connection with the internal thread pipe through the reciprocating thread.

The constant temperature fumigating device for producing aromatic vinegar according to claim 2, wherein the motor output shaft is fixedly connected with a rectangular shaft, the center of the driving gear is fixedly connected with a driving pipe, the center of the driving pipe is provided with a rectangular cavity, the rectangular shaft penetrates through the driving pipe through the rectangular cavity, the surfaces of the mounting pipe and the driving pipe are both rotationally connected with rotating rings, and a connecting arm is fixedly connected between the two rotating rings.
5. A method of using the apparatus for producing constant temperature fermented grains from aromatic vinegar according to any of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
s1: adding vinegar grains to be fumigated grains into the fumigated grains cylinder, closing the top cover, and connecting the first air outlet pipe head with the rotary connector through the connecting pipe, wherein the air inlet pipe head is connected with the output end of the steam generating equipment through a pipeline;
s2: during baking, steam is led into the heat preservation cavity through the air inlet pipe head to preserve heat of vinegar grains in the fumigating grain cylinder;
s3: steam enters the temperature-raising stirring mechanism through the connecting pipe, namely, the steam enters the stirring pipe and the inside of the connecting plate, and meanwhile, the driving mechanism drives the temperature-raising stirring mechanism to rotate, so that the inside of the vinegar grains can be heated rapidly;
s4: the first partition board and the second partition board are matched with the elastic sealing piece, steam is discharged through the exhaust pipe at one side of the installation pipe, and then is discharged through the second air outlet pipe head.
